Personality: Amaterasu is a kind female, who is very needy at times. In her time with her birth family, she was spoiled, and is used to getting plenty of attention, but her polite temper contradicts this, and she can control it most of the time. Sometimes, though, she slips and lets out some of that selfishness, but she's getting better at putting others needs first now that she has a family. She's also slightly untrusting to males, knowing what happened with the rogue she'd met, but none-the-less never holds that against her sons.
History: Ammy was born in the Southlands with her pack, one of six pups. As a young child, she was spoiled, and felt herself as a princess, assuming that she can get whatever she wants whenever she wants from whoever's around. She, unlike some, is easy in big crowds, and loves any sort of company she can find, especially when she's getting attention.
Once she grew older, Amaterasu left her family and pack, wanting to travel the lands and have a family of her own. Her mother had spoken of a place called the Pridelands, and so that was where she set off to, thinking the place wondering to live the rest of her life with future generations. Along the way, she met another of her kind, a purple furred male, with the most dazzling ruby eyes. He bade her company, and over the course of the travel after hearing her story, he told Ammy he's be a wonderful father, shooting out as many good qualities as one could find. This of course, convinced her that he'd be the best to sire her pups, and allowed him to do so.
The sweet-talking rogue had his way, using the excuse of being her 'mate' and future father to her pups to use her for his own pleasure. Though, once the femme was pronounced pregnant, the male was no-where to be seen. Upon reaching the Pridelands with a swollen belly, the femme gave birth to two beautiful sons, Ukabe and Taka, whom she loved with all of her heart, despite the no-show father. Now they reside in the Pridelands, Ama overjoyed that she now has the things she's always wanted.
One night, on a hunting trip for food, the maned wolf came across a lioness, whom had all intentions of turning Ama into her personal slave. In a heated battle between the two, she left with claw marks in her right shoulder, the lioness sustaining similar injuries. Despite that night, she hasn't had much trouble from other species, even having made friends with a jackal who believes herself a lion and a couple other significant animals. |

Personality: Gharadi has always had the emotional support system of her family nearby, as well as a strong pride, and because of that she is fairly self-confident in herself. Strong-willed yet enjoyable company, she enjoys her job as a huntress in the pride. Having a job gives her a sense of major importance in the pride. Though at times she is childish, she retains a strong sense of self and opinion even in difficult situations.
History: Gharadi and her siblings were born to Juke and Muujiza in the Southlands, where they stayed for most of their cub-hood. When they reached adolescence the entire family packed up and moved northwest to join the Nchi'mahadhi pride, where they, at this time, reside. |

Personality: Nyota is a shy young lion. Being alone all of his life, he hasn't had much of a need for words, which causes him to sometimes pause mid-sentence simply to find the word he was thinking of. He'll always be hesitant when reacting to new situations and people, like-wise with trusting people enough to open up to them. When hungry, tired, or excessively hot the cub develops a horrible head-ache because of what he deems 'the beginning'. Very few know what he means by it though.
History: Nyota's history is unknown to even him. The cub doesn't remember his parents, a pride, only his own name, his only strand of his past. He simply, woke up one day, amongst several rocks, head burning and his own blood sprayed on the rocks. Heaving his own emaciated form up on green tipped paws, the cub wandered away from the scene. Since then he'd been wandering blindly around, well, everywhere, wondering who he actually was, where he came from, and what he actually is.
Taken under the wing of a large male rogue called Jua'randa, Nyota is becoming a bit more sociable of a lion. He's able to form complete sentences nearly every time he speaks, and is beginning to learn to hunt and feed himself, instead of resorting to picking off the remains of others' meals. He still though, has yet to find out about girls. |

Personality: Though she is the only one of her sisters not involved in the pride's council, she bares no ill feelings. If anything, it is a mercy. Changamka is a generally lazy lioness, who would rather stay resting or eating than racing about fretting and making decisions or having a heated argument. Because of this nature, she seems to have no opinion on some matters, believing that if everyone had the same attitude, things would just be chosen by the most ambitious, since they care the most. She enjoys watching the males in the pride and is greatly envious of those who are with kin, though can't really be bothered with finding a male herself. Loves her family dearly, even if their rules do irk her a bit sometimes.

Personality/History: Starehe was born of a large litter of normal cheetahs. Her parents were both rogues, though her father often spoke of starting a kind of 'Cheetah Coalition' or haven-like place for travelers of their kind to pass through safely and rest while sharing stories of their expeditions and spreading the word.
Both parents loved each other plenty, but when the cubs came(five in all), they found themselves drifting apart. Disputes over food, dens, and even how much the children cried or looked like their parents became more and more frequent. Star was born the middle child, after giving birth to the first two, a noisy male and female, her weary mother decided on the name 'Starehe' or 'quiet' as a virtue, hoping the cub would pick up it's meaning and be silent and easy to care for.
But as the cubs grew and each cheetah running around, fighting, laughing, screaming, Star was found to be far from it as she tried to get her parents devoted attention and love, brash and wild. She grew into the role so much that is all she is now, a performer hoping to catch the spot-light and affection of some person.
She now travels wherever she can, highly doubting that she'll ever stop, always looking for someone to please, and when it's wrong, running away afterwards. Truly she's just a bit lonely, kept hidden under a grinning mask and need for acceptance. |

Personality/History: To a somewhat close-minded cub, a name means everything. Who you are, what you are, even how great you can or can't be. Which is why Mahashumu takes hers very seriously. The meaning of her name causes her to think of herself as a very respectable and honorable figure just because, often belittling other creatures because of it.
The cub has quite a bit of an ego, and is snide towards those she doesn't take to. Those she does she regards as 'okay' and either will be glued to them out of curiousity or assumed ownership or dismiss them without a thought.
She also has quite a mind for jokes and scaring people, and will stop at nothing to make sure that her plan goes without a hitch. |
