M18, please! Any other refs? This is the civ WIP I have so far. I'm attempting to design a proper powered uniform, but I may not be able to scan it at home before the 31st since I'm currently on a road trip so if you'd like you could CC it or I could send you a design asap.

F10 or M10, or maybe a splice of the two? God only knows. Any other refs? Most refs are in quest -- Pinterest, hairstyle kinda like this? (Note: I'm on the new/alt civilian cooldown list, but this is incorrect! Sergio rolled the contest early, and I was not actually a winner in the legitimate rolls.)

This means for all you lucky people, your first stage is paid for if you win! You don't owe me anything.
This is a great chance for those who wanted to enter, but maybe didn't have the gold to.
Future stages will still need to be paid for, but that's something you can worry about when its time to grow them.
