He trained with his father from a young age to work on becoming a full knight when he grew up, and when he was a teen he set off on his journey to prove himself. Short Blurb of Recent Events: Tannin has really started growing up and realizing that not everything in life is so clean cut. There is no clear line between good and evil sometimes, and he's often in turmoil about choosing the right path in life. He has a strong devotion (aka he's in love but he can't admit it) to his mentor Kaiya, the Angeni of Redemption. He now wears the scars of walking alongside her, but he wears them proudly, as he has it in his head that he's going to protect her, at whatever cost.

Short Personality Blurb: Reject is a mostly nocturnal creature. He is a healer at heart, despite his aggressive appearance, and is spends his nights wandering, searching for those who might need to be healed. He is a very shy and somewhat socially awkward recluse, having struggled all his life finding a place to belong. He tends to be rather shy, save when it comes to tending others, and is a quiet and aloof individual.
Short Blurb of Recent Events: Most recently he's met two mares that will come to impact his life in different ways. He discovered one of his first friends in a mare named Musso Kuroni. She is one of the first he's met that hasn't judged him for his appearance, perhaps because she is 'scary' looking as himself. The second mare goes by the name Blackbird (but her real name is Raven). She's a uni-kalona who has amnesia, and doesn't remember much about her life. Reject is currently aiding her, and will stick close until she is properly healed enough to continue on her own. Both mares have been positive influences on his life, even if he is unaware of just what they might come to mean to him in time.

Short Personality Blurb: Kaiya is the angeni of Redemption. She is a dedicated soul, one who wants nothing more than save the world one broken soul at a time. She is patient, kind, generous, and forgiving. Unfortunately, though, she is not perfect. Too often she gives more of herself than she should, and sometimes she honeslty doesn't know when to quit. She cannot actually understand why a soul might choose to stay evil, or walk a path of darkness, and that. . . sometimes. . means her stubbornness can get her in trouble.

Short Blurb of Recent Events: Most recently she's taken a new mentor under her wing, a stallion named Tannin Nox. He has wanted to learn the ways of a knight, and thought Kaiya is a holy warrior, she has agreed to teach him the gentler arts of knighthood. Forgiveness, patience, kindness; a way to look at the enemy, to read them, and try to find some redemption.

She hops that what she teaches Tannin will help him in times of doubt, despair, and misfortune. She wants to give him a strong foundation so when hope is lost, HIS faith might not falter. When evil and temptation slink near, he will be able to resist.

She knows she is not a true knight, and hopes to introduce him to others during their travels.

Short Personality Blurb: Lothorien is steadfast and kind. He grew up in a split family, with his father and brother separating from the rest of his small family early on. He is protective of his mother and sister, feeling that it was his obligation as 'the man' to see them safe and sound. His sister, especially, was particularly clumsy and a bit of a chatterbox, so he knew he would have to keep close guard over her.

Age and maturity have not changed Lothorien much. He is a quiet soul, though not at all shy. He is a guardian soul, looking out for those in need as well as tending his small plot of territory and land. Nature, to him, is just as important as the the soquili who live upon it.

Lothorien leads a quiet life but he does not mind such things. He has yet to find adventure and excitement, but isn't entirely certain he wants to seek out such a thing; he likes his life balanced, and at the moment, everything seems to be in its proper place.

From his countless years of Servitude as the Hound of Hell, Cerberus has become unhinged and ferocious. Relentless hunger clawing at his belly motivated him to feast on any living who dared approach the gates, or any spirit who tried to escape. Now, free after countless years, relieved of his duty and maddening hunger, he still bears deep psychological scars of his role as a guard dog. His great wings which bear resemblance to heads with gaping maws became figures in Cerberus's mind - other heads that growl and bay and whisper secretively to him. She's high spirited, spunky and creative, She loves art, be it from cave painting to scenery or just watching a human paint, she wants to join and create pieces of her own. She can be quite curious and annoying but also very clumsy and laughs at her own faults. She tried her best to make someone smile, be it Kalona or or worse. She see's others criticisms as a way to make herself better.
She loves colors so you'd see her hunting for the oddest of things to make some sort of paint with so she can create what she loves. Her favorite place is at the edge of the forest where she can see a lake and frosted mountains from afar, it takes her breath away with such beauty. But she also loves the oasis at the desert where she can admire the odd plant life and critters.

Short Personality Blurb: Small and rather dainty, Avia believes she is a bird.

She will make the argument to anyone who does not believe her that she has all of the requirements! Claws, wings, a feathery tail, and she has even learned to chirp, tweet, whistle, and caw. What else did one need to have to be a bird? She's just a really really big bird!

Other than her avian behaviour, which was indulged by her loving mother Melian throughout foalhood, Avia is a regular mare. She loves to be fawned over and complimented, takes time to mind her mane and feathers, and can often be found taking both water and sand baths in the hottest days of the summer. She can be fussy at times, also, but for the most part can be a tolerable character so long as one doesn't pick at her bird-story. If you do that... well she becomes entirely unpleasant and mean. She darkens, becomes untrusting and sometimes even violent, striking with her wings or if it really comes down to it, her claws.

Inside, it actually hurts her when others don't believe she's really a bird, so there are days where she is entirely mopey and cries to herself. It's these days that she works towards whistling better, and often goes out in search of more feathers for her nest. These are also the occasions that the avian maiden can be found singing. It is a very private thing for her to do, and as such, not many have heard her do it, but perhaps if one can get close enough to her heart she will one day share her songs with them.
Short Blurb of Recent Events: Recently she has found who she believes is her Soulmate. Her clawed prince has woven her a story of why she has the cursed claws that she does, and led her into believing it was part of what draws them together. She became his plaything, and just when he was getting bored of her, pops up little stitch in his plan. She is pregnant with his foals.
A new idea sparks in his mind, and again she is woven into his web of lies and stories, but this time she is broken. She feels worn and useless since he had gotten rather short with her lately, told her off several times, broken her. With the raising of the children she will be beginning to find her new way in life, one of strength from her first brood. She will be just as influenced as the little ones and she is beginning to see the world in a darker hue, crying less often now, but having much less desire to do good, and even the odd twinge of wanting to do something... not very nice. In short... her broken state is beginning to lead her down a path of fowlness.

Short Personality Blurb: Rainart is very gruff, very awkward socially, and really doesn't know how to interact with others normally. He's a big boy, even as far as drafts go. And he can be very gentle, even very intricate when he really puts his mind to it, but that takes a lot of concentration and patience at the best of times.

He is patient when he is on the hunt, and usually does not get ticked off very quickly, but once he sets his mind to something, or to hating someone, there is no changing it back.

He is obsessed with the Hunt. He is always trying to kill something bigger, better and harder to track. He loves the entire process, and will keep the skeletons as his trophy, specifically the skulls. He will of course try to use the entirety of his kill in one way or another, as he does not believe in wasting anything. At the very least, he will throw the remainders to scavengers. And though he will eat meat, it is not the only thing he will eat. He will gladly eat berries and graze, but after a while of eating that, he will start to crave some meat again.

He has a cave where he stores his trophies, hidden away in a secret place where very few now about it. It is usually where he can be found if he is upset, confused or otherwise unknowing of what to do next.
Short Blurb of Recent Events: He just recently broke up with his lifemate, Ariadne, and by broke up, I mean things were getting tense, they were fighting more and more often, and then one day she snapped, went suddenly quiet, looked him dead in the eye and left. No explanation, no goodbye, just turned around silently and left.

So, he has spent a lot of his time in recent days in that very treasure cave of his, not knowing what he should do next. His children are grown and out in the world. He holds the highest hopes of Eira Linn becoming the great hunter she has the potential to be, Acanthus... well he hasn't seen him in a while, but he hoped the now-stallion would find his way back to him soon with tales of great hunts and epic kills.

His days are spent more or less alone, which in the past would have been just the way he liked it, but with his emotions recently torn up, he is unsure of whether he wants to be alone. He's experiencing all sorts of new feelings about Ariadne, and he will always care for her, for she showed him many things and taught him even more, but that does not ease the anger and betrayal he often feels. It's easier to live alone, but there was something about cuddling upto someone warm and fuzzy.

Thief was not adopted by Rainart, but rather impressed his companionship upon him. He randomly showed up one day, scooped up a mouse carcass from under Rainart's hoof, and quietly ate it in a nearby tree while the draft yelled at him. And every day following he continues to follow Rainart wherever he goes, sometimes stealing snacks and nibbles, and sometimes just sitting out of Rainart's reach and silently (and sometimes not so silently) mocking the heavy hunter. Rainart has attempted many an attack at the crow to try and kill him, but Thief is a clever little crow and has thusfar managed to outmanoeuvre the grey stallion.

Adults, foals, humans, wild animals... pretty much anything that comes across him at the time. The White Raven never leaves his side, in fact, he has become something of a puppet to her. Most of his ideas... are really hers. Most of his actions... are induced or instructed by her. His insanity? Nourished and fed by her. Perhaps if they were apart he would be different, but the only way that's going to happen for longer than a few hours is if one or the other dies.


He wanders about a LOT, but that being said he does have a regular territory that he stalks most often, and he also does have a 'nest' where he keeps all of his souvenirs and trinkets and where the murder nests and has babies.
His nest is marked by the gray circle, and is at the very very beginning of the river up in the rocky plateau area within the mountain range.

He does not like to wander the plains, too much exposure, and he ventures into the swamps though cautiously. The mountains are also a pretty common trek for Skah, though he does tend to keep to the treeline or at least green rocky areas and avoids snowy peaks at almost any cost.
Short Blurb of Recent Events: When he was a young foal, Skah Talutah had foolishly trusted his parents, thinking that they had loved him and wanted him as a son, and though he could see it was not true in their eyes he believed them. He allowed them to talk him into believing that they had found him, all alone as a babe, and taken him in and raised him as their own. But that story was not to be upheld for very long.

An old crone found him one day, as he played out of his parents' sight, and she told him the cold, harsh truth. She had been there when he was born, she had helped him escape his mother's womb, and she knew that he was their real son, a clawed beast born of two normal soquili.

Oh, how they had wailed and whinnied in fright and confusion. What could possibly have gone so wrong that they had been cursed with this monster? Had they not led full and deserving lives? What had they done to deserve this burden? And most importantly of all, what were they to do now?

The crone convinced them to spare his life, and to raise him just as any other foal, with one small exception:
Lie to him and tell him he was born of other parents, and thus avoid any questions or admittance of his unnaturally clawed feet and feathery tail.

One simple lie that led to their demise at those very same claws.

Recently he has found himself somewhat entranced by the mysterious mare Frostmourne. She seems to return the interest, and they have of late spent a lot of time together. He has shown her around the cliffs and nearby valleys at the base of the mountains where she comes from, and he has shared many of his victories and stories with her, and she in return. She is a powerful mare, knows what she wants, doesn't let others throw her around. She is interesting to Skah, and she has swayed him with her grace and beauty and cunning. Currently, he is a little amiss at her leaving so suddenly, and as far as he knows she merely has business to attend to, and he secretly hopes that she will come back after it is accomplished. White Raven, however knows better. She has seen that the mare has used him to get pregnant, and that she has left bearing his foals. She is sending 3 emissaries from her murder of crows to accompany the mare and look after the foals. She, too, has thoughts of expansion, and what better way than with Skah's offspring?
