The first poem is complete free verse and it's really terrible, but the second one is much better and they were both written the very same day within one hour of each other- so you see? You weren't the only one who was on eggshells all week Gabriela.

My new dominant personality,
changing what I thought to be my true sense of reality,
Sheesh that math teacher is a b***h,
I was itching to hit her and it's just my first day.

The friends that I speak with,
Told me today that my plan was broken,
The token of all my hard work is now up in flames.

But I will not make that call,
because I am stronger than that.
And yet,
I still have the whole week ahead of me.

I hope you're doing well,
wherever you are,
and whatever you're doing,
'cause this poem is a result of my boredom.

I'm just writing this down,
so that I can say:
" Even if I frown,
life was made this way,
and I lve you with all my heart,
Forevermore...
'till the day that we part. "

Poem Two:

Chemistry was no better I swear,
It was only second hour and I couldn't stop pulling my hair,
Tearing at my skin,
Looking at the pale faces of my confused classmate kin.

Third hour will be fine I'm sure,
Then I'll eat lunch and be happy once more,
But I'll fail this tri,
I'm not telling you a lie-
And it's still only the beginning of the week.

Fifth hour I have English,
What a way to end my day!
Then I have to work,
So I'll look to my mother and say:
" Can I be home-schooled from now on? "

She'll just smile and pat my head,
As I pray to be dead as I stare at that retarded Wendy's logo.

*sigh*
When will this nightmare end?
Please tell me dear friend...
Oh how I miss you so-
