--- Profile Submission Guidelines ---


First off, I just want to say WELCOME! We're excited to have you Role-playing with us and we can't wait to get you started! I know that at first, the task of learning the Guild rules and submitting a character can be very daunting, but I will try to make the experience as easy as I possibly can for you. So here are a few Tips, Tricks, and Rules to help you out when submitting your character. Hopefully, if I've done my job in this post, you'll be able to get through creating a profile with no trouble and can be quickly approved and ready to start role-playing with us.

1. Character Creation

The most important step you will take here is deciding who you want your RPC to be. Take your time with this. I suggest finding a picture first (one which you have permission to use), then developing a personality for your RPC. After that, work on their backstory and goals and try to make it all fit together and make sense. Once you figure this out, all of the mundane details (name, age, height, weight) will fall into place.


Remember: If you don't care about and enjoy your character, odds are no one else will either. Character depth and Cohesion only comes after coming to a strong conclusion of who you want your character to be before you even pick a name.


1a. Demon/Bloodlines/Clan

These aspects of a character go hand and hand with the above. You should decide if you want your character to have one of the above well before you begin to submit a profile, and preferably, you should have applied for your D/B/C AND been approved prior to submitting a profile here. As these are characteristics of birth or genetics, these are an integral part of a character and must be chosen prior to having your character approved, and should probably be mentioned in your back story somehow (at least in some degree, though it is not required).


Warning: You will not be allowed to apply for a D/B/C after having your profile submitted and approved. (Noted exception: Becoming the host of a demon by other means.)

2. Choosing a Ninja Class/Attribute/Specialties

This can all seem somewhat complicated, but it's really not. What the Ninja Class system allows you to do is define your character even more by giving them certain areas of expertise which will set them apart from other RPCs in the Role-play. Each Ninja Class has it's own unique set of abilities, but also has restrictions on what your character can and cannot do, making your choice of Ninja Class critical in determining what areas your character will train and specialize in.

Remember: Some Bloodlines may restrict what Ninja Class your can choose, so keep this in mind when planning your character. Also, certain Attributes are prerequisites for learning some Taijutsu/Weapon styles, so be mindful of that as well.

3. Chakra Elements & Total Chakra Points

The number of chakra elemental affinities your character has is determined by your ninja class and requires special attention. However, at a characters creation, they must define all the elements that they will at some point be able to use, even if they cannot yet use it. In the case of a Kekkai Genkai which allows the user to use a combination element, such as Hyouton, or Mokuton... that RPC is able to utilize and train all of their elements right away, but cannot learn any elements beyond them.

Total Chakra Points need to be calculated at each level and are important to keep track of. To find out how many points your character has, go [HERE]. When you run out of chakra, you can no longer use jutsu, and more then that, you will most likely be physically exhausted as well.


Remember: You should always keep track of your RPC's chakra points and stamina during the day, even when not in combat or training.

Remember: In order to regain your chakra/stamina, your RPC must rest. This must be done with a specific RP post stating that your character went to sleep, and can only be done once a day.

4. Profile Upkeep/Documentation

One of the most important things you can do is keep track of what your RPC has learned and accomplished within the guild. Trust me when I say that as time goes on, you will forget and lose track of posts/events, making it all the more important for you to document what your RPC has been through. When training jutsu, after you've learned a technique, your profile should be updated with the appropriate information along with a LINK to the post where you learned it. the same goes for learning or acquiring any skill/item. This is to protect yourself in the case that anyone ever questions where/when you learned a skill and if it was legitimate.


Remember: If it's not documented, it didn't happen. Supply links to training posts, acquisitions of items, or other such information/techniques within your profile and squash any doubt someone might have about your character's abilities/inventory.

Remember: Your story is ever-changing, and as such, so should your history. I have created a forum called "Life of a Shinobi". At character creation and then every now and then afterward, you should take the time to chronicle the events of your character in your own personal thread within that subforum. That way, people can know who you are and what you have done in the guild and you can fully remember your own history.

Physical Description: Haruko stands at 5'7" with mid-back length silver hair. Her eyes are naturally amber colored and will only change when she activates her bloodline abilities. She ties her hair back with a black cloth made of see through material that is sometimes used to cover her eyes. Her usual outfit consists of a spaghetti strap dress that has an open slit starting from her right hip. Along with her dress, Haruko wears a light indigo cloak with a white collar, held together by a brooch and ribbon. A black and white choker decorates her neck while arm length back open finger gloves with gold trimmings cover her arms. Lastly black boots with heels that end just below her knees are Haruko's personal choice for shoes.

Personality: Due to her disappointing childhood, Haruko has developed a natural hatred and lack of trust for those who serve under an higher power. After the death of her grandfather, Haruko had practically closed up her heart from others. She hated how twisted the world around her was and continued to yearn for the power to destroy that chain of power and rid those who so greedily fight for their fortune. Haruko believes that those who rule with greed and fear are trash and don't deserve to live, Haruko hopes that by taking the power from them, people who actually care for others can replace them. It's a far-fetched dream since once someone tastes power, they never seem to want to let it go but Haruko would do anything to destroy the current chain of power, including her father's current status. No matter how cold-hearted Haruko has become over her years of traveling alone, she still can't seem to keep her cold demeanor around kids, their child-like innocence is what helps to keep her motivated. They view the world as a peaceful place where the lords treat them respectfully but in reality, they're only being sheltered from the truth. Not wanting them to experience what she did when she found out her father's true attention, Haruko tries to upset the government whenever she can without being caught. As of now, no one has been able to break through her shell and gain her trust, Haruko believes that in a twisted, demonic world such as this, the only people she could trust are those who share her goals of disrupting the seat of power and herself. Feelings such as trust, respect, and loyalty are all traits that Haruko believe needs to be earned and not given thus her hardcore criteria when hanging around the same person for a long period of time.

Behavior: Haruko has developed many faces over her years of traveling with her grandfather as well as alone. There's the professional/formal/polite one Haruko has developed over the years for when conducting business with people she has never met before since she hated the chance of getting too close as well as a mask to help hide her discuss against working with certain clients. Then there's her serious/full of hatred side when she's carrying out a assassination mission, Haruko will show no mercy when she's after those who she believes have hearts filled with at least one of the seven sins. As for her true self, Haruko will rarely allow it to surface unless she by herself or hanging around with kids, Haruko's someone who likes to indulge herself in a good book and a cup of tea. She's also actually really sweet and caring but knowing that the kind are the first ones to be weeded out of society, Haruko has formed an ice-cold demeanor as her main mask when wondering around the various villages.

[AUGMENT] - The Medical Ninja Class is able to utilize a specialized technique wherein they can concentrate immense amounts of chakra into a single spot, generating an incredible amount of force behind any one of their attacks. This enhanced strike, or [Augment] allows the medical shinobi to channel their energy into a single devastating attack which can reduce stone, earth, or wood to rubble, or leave an opponent completely crippled, or worse. Beyond this, they can also use the ability to grant a kind of super-human strength, allowing them to, for a brief period, accomplish tasks no one normally could, such as lifting heavy slabs of stone, or ripping a tree from it's roots and swinging it around. An augmentation costs 3 chakra points to perform and this cost cannot be reduced by any means of chakra cost reduction. The [AUGMENT] lasts for only one attack/action, and the Medical Ninja must allow for a one post cooldown between uses.

Tweak: Dropping Second Element to gain a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu style

Though Haruko may have lost almost all of her faith in humanity, mainly those at the seat of power, she still wishes to do what she can to prevent premature deaths. The death of her mentor/grandfather figure struck her hard and at 18, Haruko was even harder on herself for not being able to do anything about it. Her "grandfather" had taught her the basics of healing jutsus along with the knowledge of numerous medical/poisonous herbs during their time together and yet, in his time of need, Haruko was unable to gather the knowledge to save him. User receives an additional +5/10 chakra points. [For every 10 points of chakra a user has, they receive an additional 5 points of chakra]

Once per combat, even if the user has been completely drained of their chakra, the user can still complete one final jutsu which they already know by utilizing their "Overdraft" ability. [This jutsu costs no Stamina to use]

Secondary Attribute: Agility

An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin . Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.

Tertiary Attribute: Intelligence

An intelligent mind is required in order to handle the complex style that is passed down among her family. Intelligence is one of the requirements to learn the Hien fencing style.

The Kansatsuryoku, as Haruko learned, required a lot of chakra as well as great control over chakra in order to use. Her large abundance in chakra reserves help Haruko to maintain greater control over her bloodline ability while granting her more chakra for other techniques. With this, Haruko is able to train longer in various nin-/ken-/medical jutsu. Something that works well towards her goals of purifying the nation and becoming a medical specialist. In battle, Haruko uses her large chakra reserves to her advantage. Offensive combat is not her strong point as she specializes more in evasion and weapon use. So if possible, Haruko aims to end things quickly or to stall it out so that she would be the last one standing with chakra. Agility and Intelligence are both needed if one hopes to do well in learning the family weapon style. Past down from generation to generation, the Hien style consists of fast and complex moves that requires both an agile body and keen mind. Using her training from the Hien style to her advantage, Haruko has trained her body to be more flexible and swifter giving her the edge in evading attacks. Combined with her intelligent mind, Haruko is able to plan her moves carefully and effectively for either a quick/long lasting battle. Both with minimal injuries.


Specialties:

Chakra Control: All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.

Summoner: Allows a ninja to sign a Summoning Contract and gain access to the summons within it. To call the summons, the users must still be trained by the Summoning's Scroll Carrier (Summoning/Contract Sage), and they can only learn summons up to their current rank. No shinobi can access summons without this specialty.

Passed on from generation to generation, Hein, is the primary fencing style used by members of the Tsubame family. It utilizes the basic stances of fencing, and expands on these with chakra to extend, empower, and control ordinary footwork and bladework beyond the average warrior. The movements of this style are graceful and smooth, often described as a dance around the opponent more then a form of combat.


Maneuvers

En Garde (Stance) - The standard starting stance of any fencer, the En Garde stance is the perfect balance between defense and attack. when set, if the fencer holds this stance for a post, without making any other attack or using another maneuver, the next attack used agaisnt them, of C-rank or lower, and even D-rank jutsu are easily dodged, deflected, or otherwise avoided due to the keen intellect and swift movement of the Hien style user.

Advance (Footwork) - Pushing forward with their back leg, the Hien style practitioner is able to amplify the action of their muscles with a burst of chakra, which propels them forward in a slight gliding movement, which can be rather disorienting when a classical 'step' is expected.

Beat (Bladework) - More of a provocation then anything else, the beat maneuver gives the appearance of whatever the user wishes. by making a light tap agaisnt the blade of an opponent, or even simply a feint attack to the air, the beat is meant to provoke an action in the enemy which can quickly be capitalized on by the Hien's quick motions.

Parry (Bladework) - A basic, yet incredibly useful skill, a parry, when performed successfully will allow the user to deflect any incoming weapon-based attack against them, the sudden movement of the blade, either by sweeping or beating agaisnt the opponent's blade, pushes the attack out of the user's away. (This functions as a guaranteed evasion of an incoming C-ranked or lower incoming weapon-based attack which can only be used once every 5 posts.)


Techniques


Lunge (Footwork) - Combining the art of the Advance with the placement of the blade, a Hien student is capable of propelling themselves forward in a double advance, while simultaneously lunging the tip of their blade forward. As the blade is lunged forward, chakra is also pushed through the arm, allowing the blade to pierce through solid ojects with ease. those trained as Medical-nin can even use this pointed attack, which, when striking the enemy's body, can hit pressure points, causing the area struck to be numb for two posts.

Coule (Bladework) - A technique which only works against another user when they are using a weapon, A Coule, or grazing, can be used to make an attack agaisnt the weapon itself, allowing the Hien practitioner to channel their chakra through their blade as they scrape down the side of their opponent's weapon. The friction between the blades and the chakra creates a pulse which sends the blade to the side, bringing the user's arm with it as it creates an opening for the Hien user to attack. (The Coule itself is an automatic success, but the following strike is not)

Riposte (Bladework) - Usable only after a successful parry, a user channels chakra through their arm to make an enhanced attack agaisnt their opponent. Channeling the necessary chakra (a C-rank amount), the energy travels through the user's arm and out into the weapon, propelling it forward at twice the speed of a normal attack with 1.5 times the thrust and piercing power. (This attack can only be used once every 5 rounds, sharing it's cooldown with parry, and must be taken instead of an In Quartata movement.)

Remise (Bladework) - On any Riposte, with an additional D-ranks worth of chakra, even on a miss, the riposte's attack will hit. the premise comes in the extra boost of chakra unexpectedly lengthening the blade's range by adding an additional two inches of chakra off the tip of the blade, also creating a chakra tail, which can also do damage on the attack. (This is only a guaranteed against opponents one rank higher then your own, and agaisnt opponents who do not have the 'Agility' Attribute in either the Primary or Secondary position)

Weapon Location: The sheath of her rapier is hung loosly on a belt located by her right hip.

Weapon Description: The Kokushibyo is a dark black rapier made purely of iron and weighs approximately 0.9 kilograms. The blade is 1.5 centimetres (0.59 inches) in width and 1 metre (39 inches) in lenght, ending in a sharply pointed tip. The Kokushibyo was made with flexiblity and swift movements in mind so it's design is fairly plain. The hilt is weaved out of two long pieces of metal forming a simple guard for the hand and a mini dome of protection for the area where the blade connects with the hilt.

Special Properties:

When infused with chakra, the user is able to warp the shape/form of the blade providing the user the ability to direct his/her blade around certain objects/obstacles that might be in the way during an attack(wrapping around an enemy's weapon).

Physical Description: A man of average height and proportional weight to it. He has a very well developed body, however mostly in the chest area and shoulders. He is always seen with a haori hanged on his shoulders, a haori decorated with different symbols, under them sunagakure and Kurochi family symbols along with additional flower patterns. Under the haori he wears a white shirt, never fully closed, locking the buttons only up to the chest. Below he wears black cargo pants, closed down with a tighter end due to Kenzo slipping their end in his boots. While his boots also are very similar to military wear; black combat boots.

Personality: Like many say, different occurrences change one's world, it was proved in Kenzo's world. Due to the many happenings in the past, his personality, his whole mentality was changed. In the past he was a normal person, maybe somewhat dark to the personality, speaking with serious words and eventually taking everything serious. While jokes were not in his mood, or even if he was not social at all he still had friends. Obviously those friends still exist in his mind, as he never befriended someone without fully gaining their trust. However, he was nineteen when he left Suna, and during the Cold War, more precisely at a period of Four years, also then time when he was away from Sunagakure his whole personality had changed. His mind filled with the monotone scenery of children, women and old men crying at his hands. And next, seeing their eyes slow down for a minute after lying to them with a big smile "...Everything is going to be alright...". Such, even when he returned home he had that same face, the very same smile. He was named the Kazekage and eventually became soft as silk with all: Enemy or friend. After keeping his position for one year, a day he remembered his old self. And after a year of rest, by returning to Sunagakure again he sealed the new Kazekage. The true older self, the pure serious man. Maybe due to the people he recently met he sometimes reclaims his older smiles, but still it is clearly seen that he is no longer the cheering man anymore.

Behavior: Kenzo has a narrowed, straight personality. It does not change drastically with the presence of others, or even lack of company. Such, even when Alone Kenzo's mind does not react in any way, he either finds an object to entertain himself with or even sleeps, all different in each case. While when accompanied he tries to not offend anyone, responds with honesty and tries to only speak the truth. He has a philosophy saying that he shall never fear person, words or death. While combat situations are a different field than the last two. In combat he is obviously serious about his intention, as he does not battle for fun; it takes a strong reason for him to engage into a battle simply for the fact that killing is not 'right' to him. He does not provoke in combat, never offends and always backs up his words. Out of combat consists of the earliest situations [The starting two]. Something you may never meet from his mouth is sarcasm.

Bijuu Abilities: Often mentioned in an altered version of it in Myths and stories, the Hachibi was formerly imagined to be a cephalopod creature, as it mainly attacked (When it did) with its tails or arms. However, its body was based on the Ushi-Oni creature, a mostly horned creature also in the Myths of Japanese tradition. It has a large, muscular body with a hunched back and a special skin - when wet it is slippery, but when dry it becomes hard. It also has the famous Eight cephalopod Tails or arms. Hachibi has no legs, as the tails seem to take their position, while he moves with his giant arms.

Ninja Class: Taijutsu
Taijutsu Class ninja can [TRAIN], enabling them to increase their Speed, Strength, Endurance, and Toughness. Every Taijutsu Class user must choose however how they will Train their RPC. Each RPC must make a choice... Either they can train each stat once, eventually raising them all by 1 rank, OR they can train just two stats, but one of the stats can be trained twice.
I am dropping a FULL Taijutsu Style for 15 total Jutsu

Kenzo will train : Speed and Endurance. He will train Endurance twice.

Due to his training in his past, Kenzo became the perfect host for Hachibi. However for those training years [3-13 years] he only perfected his Taijutsu, having no master or sensei to teach him any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. It is obvious that Kenzo became a Taijutsu Specialist even in that age.


Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Speed
Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.

However, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.
Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute can utilize a 'Burst' technique, which enables them either to increase their speed by an additional rank (Putting a Genin's speed above that of a Sp. Jounin) for one post or perform an additional action for that round, enabling them to string together combo maneuvers. (Normally, most shinobi would only be able to use one jutsu per combat post.)

Secondary Attribute: Toughness
Taijutsu strikes against these ninja count as if they were -1 in rank (effectively, user gets +1 rank to Toughness), and any Taijutsu strike which is considered 3 ranks below their effective defense rank will have no effect whatsoever (Unless performed by a ninja with the 'Strength' attribute in either their Primary or Secondary attribute slot). Any jutsu with a 'Stun' effect at your rank or below will have only a minor effect. Also, though ninjutsu still act as their respective ranks and the Toughness Ninja takes full damage from them, they can more easily withstand the attacks and continue to fight.

Tertiary Attribute: Agility
Kenzo is more Agile then the typical shinobi, enabling him to dodge attacks in unexpected ways and catch his opponents off-guard.

Just as Kenzo's instructor told him, the boy finished the training. He was told to train his Speed and Agility, and seeing as the last one was his weaker spot he trained it the most. Toughness was mostly given by nature, while the training also gave it a boost, the same for Speed. But due to the special training he made in the past specially for Agility, it ranked as his third attribute. He tried to close all weaknesses to become the perfect Hachibi host, and as much as his body does not seem the speed type, he is agile and very fast.

Specialties:

Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.

Combo: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.

This is a style where it is based on leg techniques primarily, although the usage of hands is also used as well, making the two go hand in hand. The upper body focuses on defensive maneuvers. Used as transitions to offensive techniques. While the opponent is subdued by destructive kicks and swift punches. The attacks are swift and powerful, which is how it earned its name "Lightning" Kickboxing. The punches are not what is powerful though, but the kicks are devastating. One is only allowed to learn this after mastering many other disciplines. It is thus considered one of the highest style of hand to hand combat.

The creator of this style needed to learn how to protect his squad. Putting himself through training that most would consider torture he became a protector, never giving a inch on the battle field, and doing every thing he could to prevent his squad from taking damage, this man was renowned for his threshold of punishment.

Through the beating a technique was born, Chakura no kyōka, or Chakra Reinforcement. This technique floods the muscles with chakra making them harder than any rock, or metal, at advance levels this ability can be pored into the arms, or legs making strikes extremely powerful. Once this ability is learned it can transform a ninja into a unmovable destruction factory, that can with stand almost any assault.

This sword style is a weapon style traditionally used by Kirigakure shinobi. This style is taught from master to apprentice, and it is considered one of the highest honors of the village to master this style. The style focuses on using pure offense to keep your opponents on their toes. The style focuses on continuously fluid yet direct attacks and quick reflexes to force the opponent on the defensive. However, this style technically lacks any specific defensive techniques due to the ferocity of the style.

Physical Description: Saiyuri seems small in every way. She's vertically challenged, and her body isn't built like a normal kunoichi. Her dark hair only falls to her shoulders as well. Saiyuri's attire seems bland, a plain shirt, pants, and the standard ninja shoes. She carries a few pouches on her for medical equipment as well as other miscellaneous ninja tools.

Personality: Saiyuri is very quiet, though not due to being shy. She can't speak. Most people see this as a low self-esteem problem, but truthfully, Saiyuri is very calm. It takes a lot to upset her. She's very expressive, due to the lack of speech abilities. Even though she can speak telepathically, Saiyuri reserves that talent. Most people don't enjoy someone in their head, so Saiya stays out of it. When she is 'conversing' with others, she uses body language even more than actual 'speech'. Other than that, she's peaceful, and very intuitive.

The Medical Ninja Class is able to utilize a specialized technique wherein they can concentrate immense amounts of chakra into a single spot, generating an incredible amount of force behind any one of their attacks. This enhanced strike, or [Augment] allows the medical shinobi to channel their energy into a single devastating attack which can reduce stone, earth, or wood to rubble, or leave an opponent completely crippled, or worse. Beyond this, they can also use the ability to grant a kind of super-human strength, allowing them to, for a brief period, accomplish tasks no one normally could, such as lifting heavy slabs of stone, or ripping a tree from it's roots and swinging it around. An augmentation costs 3 chakra points to perform and this cost cannot be reduced by any means of chakra cost reduction. The [AUGMENT] lasts for only one attack/action, and the Medical Ninja must allow for a one post cooldown between uses.

Tweak: Dropping Genjutsu for 3 extra techs on my elements for each rank

Saiyuri has always been one to help others, and now she may apply her powers to saving people. Her special increased intelligence allows her to understand much about the human body that people her age wouldn't understand. She gets people, so coupled with her talent for healing them, Saiyuri will make an excellent medical ninja.

Primary Attribute: Intelligence

Benefit: All jutsu, for the purposes of learning, are considered one rank lower and can be learned at an accelerated rate, of 3 fewer posts required.

Combat Ability: Additionally, a ninja with this attribute can spend a post to "Analyze" an opponent allowing them to learn something specific about them, or understand the secret behind a technique or style. This also allows them to more easily dodge whatever attack is coming next, or make their next attack more likely to hit.

Secondary Attribute: Agile

Benefit: An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin . Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.

Saiyuri tends to view the world from an objective point of view. She likes to know things, and enjoys solving puzzles due to her intelligence level. Saiya observes people as if they were puzzles, and tries her hardest to solve them. Other than that, she's a dead shot when it comes to throwing projectiles. Her speed is only noticeable when another her rank, who isn't speedy is running with her. The chakra reserves come in handy when there just happens to be a busy day in the hospital, or she's on a particularly dangerous mission.


Specialties:

Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly

Chakra Control: All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.

Physical Description: Misuki is of your average body built, she's tall, and slender. Misuki has long black hair usually tied back by a rose color ribbon. Her daily attire consists of a white sleeveless kimono top reaching her thighs; accessorized with a rose colored obi and white kimono sleeves held to her arm by tan colored clamps. She also wears black knee length shorts and to finish, ankle high beige boots with heels. On the left side of her waist is the sound device that Misuki was given as a child. That sound device is used to keep her heartbeat alive while she fights so Misuki will rarely go anywhere without it.

Personality: Misuki is reclusive in some ways but it mostly ties in with her fears of trusting others. Though she's learned to open up more during her time in Suna, there is still only a few people who she'll completely let in. Aside from her trusting issue, Misuki is very diligent and hardworking, she's very goal oriented and will always strive for perfection. Misuki is very sincere in what she does and she is not one to go for the kill unless necessary. She's protective of those she hold dear and as Hokage, Misuki will do anything to prevent harm from coming to her village. Generally calm and collected, Misuki will rarely raise her voice but she can become very out-spoken when the need arises.

Behavior: In general, Misuki is a sweet, soft-spoken individual who runs on emotion more that logic but in reality, Misuki is very cunning and sly. She plans everything out in her head and rarely reveals her calculative side. With others she tends to hold up a barrier due to her trust issue and it'll take awhile before she'll lower the wall and that is only after someone proves that they are loyal and trustworthy. That in itself can take awhile. She puts up a professional front when it comes to Hokage matters but when teaching, she'll be the patient, understanding teacher who'll take her time to teach others. She is very gentle with others and rarely will she ever give a direct and hurtful comment. When alone, Misuki allows all walls to drop and she reverts back to the serene, innocent, hateful child that she became after her parent's death. Her manipulative and cunning nature take hold during this time and Misuki could sometimes spend hours alone thinking up plans - most of which she'll never carry through. When surrounded by those she gave her complete trust too, Misuki will appear more relax and just happier in general. Combat wise, Misuki becomes a serious fighter intent of surviving. She'll try to let nothing slip pass her and will become irritated if she did. She uses her cunning mind to her advantage during fights and her goal is to outlast or go for a quick finish. During a fight, Misuki will rarely speak unless in charge of a group and it'll take a lot of annoying tactics to pull her away from her state of calm. Clear headed and attentive, Misuki does her best to think things through in a fight and will generally avoid any risky or just plain stupid moves.

Misuki had always been interested in medicine and aiding others. Even as a child, Misuki always helped with taking care of her neighbour's younger kids even though she was only 6 years in age. Pretty much a child herself. The murder of her family changed everything, for awhile Misuki feared the sight of blood but upon helping a poor family heal their injured child, Misuki's love for aiding others was rekindled. It was after that time that Misuki really wished to learn the art of medicine so that she may prevent death from happening to those she care for.

Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute is able to invoke an 'Evade', whereby, even in the most impossible situation, they are able to find a way out of an attack or grapple hold, maneuvering their body nimbly in such a way to take almost no damage from an incoming attack and either completely avoid it, or maneuver around it to their advantage. (Cannot 'Evade' an attack from an opponent 3 ranks of speed higher then your own.)

Secondary Attribute: Cunning

Benefit: +1/2 rank to all Genjutsu (making all of their Genjutsu more difficult and convincing then normal). Able to think quickly to dodge/counter incoming attacks, and able to more easily detect traps set by an enemy. Their traps are also more effective then others, increasing their chances of working. Cunning ninja are also affected less by the manipulative effects of those with the 'Sexy Attribute'... though they would still be rather attracted to them.

Tertiary Attribute: Endurance

Ninja gains an additional 3 stamina per rank.

A cautious person by nature, Misuki prefers to avoid direct conflict and as such her specialities lie in range/mid-range combat. Agile and Cunning help Misuki in her attempt to avoid direct conflict as her agile body allows for her to dodge much easier than most. Add in her cunning mind and Misuki can think up plans on the fly. Endurance helps Misuki to endure longing training/working hours. An increae in endurance also helps Misuki to outlast most in a fight.


Specialties:

Sensor: Sensor ninja have an innate bonus to detect those around them at all times. They are the only ninja who can intuit another shinobi's position or movement purely by detecting their chakra. In all situations regarding [Stealth], Sensor ninja act as if they were one rank higher then their actual rank and the ranges of detection are doubled. Sensor ninja can also innately detect any non-stealthed shinobi within 100 ft of them. Once detected, a Sensor can spend a post to [Focus] on a target. This reveals their relative chakra levels/rank, chakra color, and allows the target to be [Marked]. A marked target can be detected/tracked automatically by a Sensor anywhere within a mile. (A sensor can only Mark up to three Shinobi at a time.)

...in combat, all Sensors gain +1 rank in evasion against Ninjutsu and can detect if someone is under the effects of a Genjutsu. These are an innate bonus which comes in sensing the opponent's chakra movements, which gives them an inherent advantage in dodging incoming attacks or detecting a Genjutsu's effects.

Physical Description: Ken typically wears long baggy pants with a long silk sash around his waste. Due to several of the Shihouin clan techniques he generally wears nothing on the upper half of his body causing him to be rather tan since he generally wears nothing. He wears his hair in a long braided knot running the entire length of his back. Ken does however wear to large bracers on his forearms made from a tough studded leather to help with his taijutsu abilities. He stands fairly tall for a fourteen year old and his body most definitely exemplifies the rigorous physical training he undertakes as part of his clan as his well toned body is generally shone.

Personality: Ken is a very calm person by nature, he generally never allows things to get to him and does not typically seek out trouble. He is also a fairly even keel person as well, he does display emotions but they are generally far less than the normal person portrays along with them not generally displaying his true feelings (or at least the degree to which he feels them). He is a very complacent person and extremely obedient when it comes to commands from someone that is superior to him. He is also a fairly happy person, taking pride in himself and his way of life meaning that he enjoys what he does and likes the idea of training and completing missions.

Behavior: Ken is generally fairly quiet, he says what needs to be said and doesn't usually talk excessively. When around those he doesn't know very well he can be extremely unsocial and very quiet. However around those he has come to trust and even like Ken will be truly open and will display just how social he can truly be. When alone he tends to either train or simply relax enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds, he is mostly found somewhere outside doing something involving nature whether it be swimming, climbing, or just training in the woods Ken definitely enjoys being outdoors.

Ken was raised in the Shihouin clan meaning that almost his entire ninja life will be based around the Shihouin Clan techniques, along with being the rightful heir to this clan it is his duty to ensure that he becomes a master of the awesome power it has to offer so that he can someday assume control of the clan. His impressive physique combined with the secret taijutsu style created by the shihouin clan made the choice to become a taijutsu specialist easier than breathing.

Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Agility

Benefit: An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin . Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.

Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute is able to invoke an 'Evade', whereby, even in the most impossible situation, they are able to find a way out of an attack or grapple hold, maneuvering their body nimbly in such a way to take almost no damage from an incoming attack and either completely avoid it, or maneuver around it to their advantage. (Cannot 'Evade' an attack from an opponent 3 ranks of speed higher then your own.)

Secondary Attribute: Speed

Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.

...however, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.

Tertiary Attribute: Endurance

Ninja with this attribute treat themselves as having stamina which is one rank higher then their current rank when placed in the Primary or Secondary Attribute slot. If placed in the Tertiary slot, it gives an additional 3 stamina per rank.

Ken's entire life has been spent training his body and increasing his physical prowess, the extreme speed and control necessary to master the Shihouin techniques has made his body a physical machine, allowing him to move at break neck paces with extreme control of his own agility as well as pushing his body to the limits as the chakra drain caused by this style has caused his endurance to increase as well as his other attributes.


Specialties:

Chakra Control: All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.

Combo Master: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.

The Shihoiun clan prized Taijutsu style. Utilizing and concentrating chakra into the feet, the user can move at fast and blinding speeds. This is known as “Flash Release”. The user is also able to control their raw chakra and elemental chakra into what is called “Shunko release” by the clan. This Shunko release is used as an armor to protect the user. As the user progresses with shunko release, he/she is able to launch that concentrated chakra. With both of these elements combined, this style has become one of the most lethal styles in the shinobi world. Outsiders may learn the style but their bodies do not have the strength to deal with great speed. They are also not to pass it on, as a general good will. Those outsiders, who are found teaching this to other outsiders, are usually caught quickly and killed along with their apprentices.

- Please create your Life of a Shinobi thread and link it to your profile

- You don't get your Training for free due to being a Kage, you still need to make those posts.

- Your tertiary attribute does not give you a rank increase to your evasion. Please read the Guide to Attributes and how to tier them.

- You can erase the second element slot from your profile if you're not gonna use it. Same goes for bloodline abilities.

- Please check your Ninja Class Taijutsu limitations and understand what you tweaked. As a Taijutsu Class Ninja, a Kage, you dropped a full style in order to take more ninjutsu... that means you can only Master one style of taijutsu and learn up to A-rank of another, unless you tweak the third style, in which case you can master two styles, but you only get 12 extra ninjutsu. (3 per RANK... not 12 total anywhere you want... and that doesnt include S-ranked jutsu if you tweaked your third style rather then your second or first.)

Zane, due to his training has become one of the fastest shinobis in Kirigakue. But, he is not known for his speed, but for his ability to be able to outmaneuver his opponents and get out of any situation unscathed. His opponents would learn that giving Zane just an inch of room would mean Zane just stretching out that one inch into a mile. Utilizing both agility and speed, Zane is a tough customer to battle.

Specialties:

Sensor Sensor ninja have an innate bonus to detect those around them at all times. They are the only ninja who can intuit another shinobi's position or movement purely by detecting their chakra. In all situations regarding [Stealth], Sensor ninja act as if they were one rank higher then their actual rank and the ranges of detection are doubled. Sensor ninja can also innately detect any non-stealthed shinobi within 100 ft of them. Once detected, a Sensor can spend a post to [Focus] on a target. This reveals their relative chakra levels/rank, chakra color, and allows the target to be [Marked]. A marked target can be detected/tracked automatically by a Sensor anywhere within a mile. (A sensor can only Mark up to three Shinobi at a time.)

In combat, all Sensors gain +1 rank in evasion against Ninjutsu and can detect if someone is under the effects of a Genjutsu. These are an innate bonus which comes in sensing the opponent's chakra movements, which gives them an inherent advantage in dodging incoming attacks or detecting a Genjutsu's effects.

Sensei All techniques taught by a Sensei require 2 fewer posts to learn, 3 fewer posts if the Sensei already knows the technique. they can teach any technique, even if it is of an element they cannot wield so long as they have a scroll (with the exception of Medical ninjutsu). All techniques learned by the Sensei require 2 fewer posts to learn and at Special Jounin, they can learn additional skills which would normally be outside their ability. (Has full access to Sealing jutsu of their rank, and can learn up to 2 ninjutsu/genjutsu one rank below themselves of a chosen element. [This is gained again, for a different element at Jounin.]

Custom jutsu which could not be normally learned by a ninja, can be accessed by a sensei so long as they have seen it used at least once. (However, this requires 5 more posts then normal, -1 post for every time beyond the first it is seen used. (This does not apply to Bloodline ninjutsu, or to Clan Hiden jutsu, such as Nara/Akimichi techniques) Once learned however, these techniques can be taught to students.

Hey guys, so I'm in charge of newcomer profiles and excuse me if I leave anything out on the first run. First time approving profiles under this format. Alright, here goes.

@Raijin: Ken

- Height and Weight need to be in both standard and metic so 5'11" would be 1.56m. I suggest you put the metric in brakets. Weight, I'll leave it up to you to complete. So pounds to kg alright?

- Genin is spelled with one 'n' not two 'n'

- Please place 'N/A' for stages seeing how the Shihouin clan contains no stages

- Take away the Secondary and Tertiary elemental slot since they are unneccessary. Your rpc only has one element so keeping the other two slots will just take up space.

- Part of your profile format is off. Check where you might have accidently deleted
& . The most likely place is between your genjutsu section and your bloodline abilities section.

- None of the Taijutsu stages come mastered. You're gonna have to train in them from scratch. Also Genin only start off with one style. Being apart of the Shihouin clan doesn't give you Inazuma taijutsu style automatically. It takes up a slot. Meaning you reached your Genin limit on Taijutsu. Remove the rest till you reach the appropriate rank. You're allowed 3 styles but they happen in time so at the moment you only have one avaliable to you.

- Same for Kenjutsu, stage doesn't come mastered.

- No kunai, projectile, or scroll? You sure about that? Having a kunai or two never hurts anyone. Just saying.

Physical Description: He is a blonde headed male with a bit of scruff around his chin, giving him a much older feel. his clothing is the exact uniform of a bartender, even though he lost that job due to "accidentally" poisoning an entire tray of liquor because his target and another man decided to order ten beer mugs. That way there was no avoiding death. His bow tie actually is his headband, and upon close inspection, you can tell that his bow tie had the waves of the mist village on either side. He is also often found with a cigarette in his mouth. his body is thin and lean, but insanely powerful for someone of his size.

Personality: Pacifistic in nature, but willing to kill if instructed.

Behavior: Alone: Quiet, thoughtful, and thinking up ways of obtaining ingredients for a poison he heard of in legends, one rumored to be a gas capable of infecting an entire village with an incurable debilitating disease.

Stealth enables an Assassin Class Ninja to wrap themselves in a cloak of chakra which makes them become invisible to all those around them. This can be done at any time of the day and there is no limitation on how long a character can stay in Stealth.

Special Ability: [CRAFT POISON]

These ninja have the ability to submit custom Poisons in the [Custom Technology] thread. These ninja are immune to the poisons they create.

- Assassins can create up to 3 'Public' Poisons, which any other assassin can obtain in some way or another, and which ordinary ninja can access the antidotes for within their villages.

- Additionally, an Assassin can create 1 'Private' Poison, which only they have access to, and which only they have the antidote for.


Anri has always been one to reside in the shadows so this was the perfect choice for him, even though his family is known for their Taijutsu. Mikado, Anri is silent, and very deadly in his own rights. He has a wide knowledge of poison, making it an even more so perfect job for him.


Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Speed

Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.

...however, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute can utilize a 'Burst' technique, which enables them either to increase their speed by an additional rank (Putting a Genin's speed above that of a Sp. Jounin) for one post or perform an additional action for that round, enabling them to string together combo maneuvers. (Normally, most shinobi would only be able to use one jutsu per combat post.)

Secondary Attribute: Agility

Benefit: An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin . Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.

Tertiary Attribute: Intelligence

Because he is smarter than the average shinobi, by a long shot, constantly mixing ingredients for poisons in his mind, trying to figure out a legendary poison.

The speed makes allows him to move quickly, to accommodate his reaction speeds, and avoid any unnecessary touch, that could lead him to be either grabbed, or just touched in general. The agility allows him to react quite a bit faster, and slink his way to avoid being touched as well. Combo: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.
