Bloodline/Clan Requested: Shihouin Clan
Why do you want this Bloodline/Clan: My character is gonna be a taijutsu class user and he will primarily be focused on speed and power so I figured this clan would work well along with him being in Konoha it would work well with his back story to be of this clan.
What do you know about the Bloodline/Clan: This clan has the ability to use enhances speed techniques (flash release) and a combination of chakra and taijutsu (Shunko release) in combination with one another to create a powerfully fast and deadly taijutsu style. This clans techniques also seem to combine some lightning elements into certain strikes as many shunko release techniques involve paralysis/burns caused by a form of lightning.
Please supply a Brief RP Sample:
A young genin could be seen arriving in the area as he glanced around the small opening trying to determine if it could in fact fulfill the needs he required of it. After several moments the boy nodded and calmly assumed a basic stance focusing himself for a moment before he began, instantly his body began to ready as he spoke " Flash release: Flash Step..." he said as he darted into the air in a single step. Appearing twenty feet from his position infront of a tree his muscles tightened as his entire body prepared and he released only a few words " Speed Kick..." he said rotating his body upwards and unleashing a combination of rapid kicks that struck the tree over and over again causing nearly 30 large dents to appear in only a few short seconds. Finishing this technique he pushed off and flipped backwards from the now damaged tree focusing his chakra for the next attack as he moved through the air.
Cascading to the ground he instantly took off flashing back and forth with each step as though to confuse an opponent he darted to the next tree appearing on it's left side and raising his arms as he spoke " Flash Release: Speed punch..." he uttered unleashing a barrage of strikes at the defenseless target creating several numerous and yet slightly smaller indentations in the bark of the tree as had been done before with his speed kick technique. Finishing this he flashed back to the center of the small clearing leaving the some odd 40 marks and the tree that now bore them alone as he prepared for the final portion of his short training session.
Pausing in the middle of the clearing as white chakra began to form around him he spoke "Shunko release: Stimulating form..." he said calmly as he breathed in deeply for a moment before exhaling as his chakra soon enveloped his body and lightning could be seen racing across his bare skin. Standing in the stance for only a moment he disappeared, clearly utilizing the flash step technique, as he appeared around ten feet to the left barely a foot of the ground whilst facing a tree and held his position for a moment. Instantly his muscles tightened as he spoke " Smashing Strike..." he said rotating in the air and releasing a powerful kick that blared into the tree leaving a massive dent that was surrounded by several scorch marks from the electrical discharge that was coupled with his attack. Pushing off of the tree he rolled back and held his arm forwards pointing it at the same tree he had struck only a second earlier speaking " Shunko Release: Chakra Shot " he said firing the blast of chakra into the tree and increasing the size of the dent. Slowly the lightning infused chakra that covered his body began to recede as he panted slightly and a loud cracking sound could be heard as the tree slowly toppled over. Breathing deeply the boy turned and walked from the area moving back to his home for a nice rest before training again...

Not bad, not bad... you showed a decent understanding of the concepts and good use of the abilities... but there are a few things here and there that were off.
1 - Speed Punch and Speed Kick wouldn't leave the number of marks you're citing in your paragraph. I was thinking more like 2-3 attacks rather then just the one... not 30-40.
2 - I can understand that it's an RP sample, so this isn't a big deal really, but you used a lot of chakra... almost 40 chakra points. Some of those values will probably change, but still... that's pretty high.
Jsut make sure you watch that chakra/stamina use. each Flash step is 5c/3s, and that will add up quick.

Why do you want this Bloodline/Clan: To recreate Takashi from VR... everyone's favorite pyromaniac.
What do you know about the Bloodline/Clan: It's based off Fairy Tail's awesomely awesome Natsu. The techniques themselves are based off using abilities mimicking dragon limbs and dragon fire. The most notable ability is the ability to consume a source of fire and restore the user's stamina. Fire attacks are naturally buffed, but that being said, water deals extra damage to a Dragonil.

"I'm fired up!"
(X) Takashi pounded his fists together. Sparks flew from his knuckles as his glare fell upon those that would dare assault his town. "Quicker than the wind
and as still as the forest! Hotter than flames and more magnificent than a mountain! I am the man of Love and Justice, Takashi Shishigami! Prepare yourself!" Takashi fell forward from the rooftop and dive bombed at the crowds below, zooming past arrows aimed to slay him. "Shishigami Ninpo!" As he fell, he crossed both hands in front of his face in the shape of an X. "Fire Dragon's Iron Fist!" Both hands ignited and became consumed with fire as he slammed both into the ground. A flame show wave shot out, knocking dozens of raiders skyward every which-wa, and yet still more tried to swamp him. "Shishigami Ninpo. He extended both arms to either side. Fire condensed into small orbs, which grew as more fire was added. By the time the raiders were almost upon him, they were both a little bigger than the size of his head. "Fire Dragon's Gleaming Flame!" An explosion of fire engulfed the area, completely destroying any hope of the raiders to get a hit on Takashi. Smoke and dust kicked up.
As he stood straight, another shinobi appeared before the raider ranks, through the smoke. Takashi grinned widely, welcoming the challenge, which may have been a little too soon. Immediately, a Water Dragon spawned above the enemy shinobi, roaring. "Ah crap." The dragon came in for a sweep of a constant Water Bullet, to which Takashi managed to roll out of the main stream. Still. half of the attack hit him, which caused him severe pain even though it only grazed him. This was bad. But then the enemy did something he wasn't expecting. Fire Ball. The enemy could use both Suiton and Katon? Rare, but the enemy unknowningly signed his own death warrant. As the Fire Ball grew close, it expanded in size dramatically, then consumed Takashi's body. Witnesses either laughed or screamed in terror. Something followed that no one was prepared for. "Thanks for that, bad guy number four hundred and eighty-seven. But I gotta say, your fire has a salty taste to it." The flames began to get sucked into.... his mouth. Takashi ate the flames of the jutsu. Sure, light burns covered his body, but it was worth it. Scales soon covered part of his face, his canines grew into fangs, and an aura about him created an Oni mental image for witnesses. "My turn." As the Water Dragon came back for another sweep, Takashi completely vanished from sight. "Shishigami Ninpo - Forbidden Art!" He reappeared before the enemy shinobi, too dumbstruck to do anything. "Crimson Lotus Phoenix Swo--"
Takashi was awaken by a dog pouncing on his lower body. After chasing the dog around the estate for thirty minutes, he stopped to watch the sunrise... and proceed to kick the dog in the face as it came by for another attack. He was still only thirteen, but he would get there. He would become as powerful as his father had been. He would be the hero for a change.

Bloodline/Clan Requested: Byakugan ( Hyuuga Clan )
Why do you want this Bloodline/Clan: I plan on using it plus sensor to ensure that no one can sneak up on my character easily, or perfectly, since as an assassin character, the only way for me to be defeated is to be found, or out stealthed.
What do you know about the Bloodline/Clan: Gah, i hate this part of the applications... basically they can see through objects, and see chakra systems in opponents. Using this ability, they use their taijutsu style of Juuken to block off the chakra system of opponents, effectivly crippling them of using ninjutsu, or even possibly genjutsu. ( although my favorite usage would be disabling the legs of using chakra to make them fall off of walls during battles on a canyon wall. xD Or drowning them by disabling the muscular system as well with poison and making it so that they can't stand on the water as well. xD ) this may seem great, but they have a small blind spot that makes it so that if someone manipulates a senbon perfectly, they get a nice little death present to the back of the skull. also branch members get a swastica tattooed to their head that basically destroys the eyes, and probably the brain too upon death, or shaming the main family. Yay for family reputation!
The techinques they use drain their body quickly. They cost chakra, as well as increased stamina due to them actually being both taijutsu and ninjutsu combined into one.

Anri stood in the middle of the field, his eyes closed, flicking them open quickly as he heard a rustling noise behind him, his veins on the outer sides of his eyes bulged instantly, his eyes changing hue to a pale blueish gray. " Byakugan. " He muttered, pivoting quickly three times, getting one body length away and spinning to face his opponent. " Eight Divination Palms of the Hand Heavenly Spin. " He said quietly. Suddenly he began to spin rapidly, so that it seemed like he turned, stopped momentarily, turned again, stopped, and turned again. In truth this was only what the human eye could percieve. He was actually spinning at such speeds that the dust he was kicking up was gathering directly beneath him. A field of amber chakra created a dome around him, and built up in the areas where the senbon made contact with the slight sphere. In truth he never touched a single senbon. By pulsing chakra outward, much like with the regular Juuken open palm hit, He was able to completely stop the projectiles from reaching him. After the jutsu had ended due to the senbon barage ending, Anri continued the spin and spun to his opponent's side with blinding speed. dust flying into the air with each pivot. He stopped suddenly, his face grave as his fasts were pointed at his opponent and drawn back to his waist on either side of him. Chakra was gathering in his fists as he did so, shaping into that of twin lion heads, Perfectly colored lion heads due to his chakra's amber color. " Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists. " He said just as quietly as his first technique. He leaned forward just a bit, close enough the hair on his face brushed his opponent's smooth face. His right fist slammed into his opponent's stomache first, sending them forward and to the left. Then his left fist caught hold of his opponent's ribcage, crackling noises being heard at the moment of impact. His opponent's leftward motion halted, and was converted completely to upward and forward motion. The Opponent flew forward and hit the ground, an arm audibly snapping as they tried to catch themselves. The Opponent tumbled to the ground Bouncing up into the air along the way.
Anri quickly ran toward his opponent, an earth clone appearing behind him and failing to make contact with a punch. Anri seemed to disappear as he ran full speed, far faster than his opponent, Anri reappeared on the direct other side of the opponent, quickly bringing a hand up into the Opponent's stomache, chakra surging quickly into the open palm, stopping his opponent's movement in this direction. " Eight Divination Signs Destructive Mountain Fist. " He said, The chakra making this blow cut off all tenketsu that were under Anri's open palm at the point of impact, as well as shooting the Opponent into the Earth clone making it crumble from the sheer force and making the Opponent's motion stop as it slammed into the equivalent of a brick wall. Disappearing yet again, Anri reappeared above the opponent in the air. " Eight divination Signs Air Palm. " He said, forcing his open palm at the opponent, Like most of the Hyuuga clan's techniques, A wave of chakra surged into Anri's palm. The surge was so powerful however, that even though the chakra stayed at Anri's hand, the sheer force of it sent a wave of air pressure directly into the opponent, flinging them to the ground in an instant. Dust flew in every direction, mixed with grass blades, and some weeds. When the dust settled, Anri had gained a couple of inches in the air, allowing him more time to think, and a small hole that was human torso shaped was in the ground, about 8 inches deep.
Just before hitting the opponent in it's small ground indention, Anri made a quick Taijutsu stance and spoke a few final words. " Eight Divination Signs One hundred Twenty-eight Palms of the Hand. " He said Slightly more audible than anything he had yet said. It was as if time had frozen, and an array of epic proportions appeared above Anri, under his feet. Anri looked down on his opponent and his hands straightened out in opened palms with the pointer and the middle fingers outstretched, and the pinky and ring fingers curled. Suddenly, he took his right hand back, and put his left hand forward, until he fell enough that the tip of his left middle finger touched his opponent's chest. Blindingly his right hand came down, thudding into his opponent then shooting back upwards as the left shot backwards to Anri's side, and then shot downwards into the Opponent. This continued for about three seconds, one palm...two palms...four palms... eight palms... sixteen palms... thrity-two palms... sixty-four palms... one hundred twenty-eight palms, a total of two hundred and fifty-four strikes to his opponent, disabling the Tenketsu in the arms, legs, and torso around the heart. With the last blow, Anri unfolded his hand, and laid it on his Opponent, bending his arm and pushing off quickly. In doing so he launched himself a couple of feet into the air, and he landed on the ground two feet away at the foot of the hole on the ground he had made. Turning to his right he bowed and looked directly at the Mizukage who had used a genjutsu on him to aid in his training. " Thanks. " Anri said, his face still almost completely emotionless. The only hint of emotion was gratitude and a bit of relief from knowing his abilities were still honed greatly. Suddenly the surroundings melted away, the office could be seen, as well as the spinning pinwheels that were the Mizukage, Anri's master,'s eyes.
( It was all the Ephemeral genjutsu of the uchiha clan, so none of it was particularly real, and He never moved. )

Bloodline/Clan Requested: Hyouton
Why do you want this Bloodline/Clan: Because I think it would fit my Rpc, and having a Hyouton user in Konoha would help the village's military power.
What do you know about the Bloodline/Clan: Well, it's Hyouton, it's a elemental bloodline which grants the user the Ice Release by combining Wind and Water. The Ice formed by this bloodline is extremely durable, being able to withstand most forms of fire, save for the never ending flames of Amaterasu and the Spiritual flames of the Nibi. And they are able to make hand seals with just one hand

" I'll go on ahead." Heliel mumbled finding himself in a corner, under attack from three ninja, he could take them on, but he didn't feel like using his chakra at the moment. One of the men began making handseals and Heliel knew that holding back was going to get him killed here. " Tsubame Fubuki" Heliel then commanded, making a short number of seals with one hand, forming small ice birds in a sudden rush of wind which then flew toward the men, two of them took out blades and parried the incoming birds, but the one whom was making the seals found no way to evade the jutsu and so the small birds slashed into his body, not doing much damage, or initial damage, but the ice began to slowly cool up his temperature and hinder his movements. " Nice trick kid, but I have some better tricks." One of the men commented as he began to make handseals and slammed his bare hand on to the ground, making several stones come up, almost like a barrage of stalagmites trying to stab on to Heliel. " Hyourou no Jutsu" Heliel cries also running through some seals and slaming his hands on the ground, making large amounts of ice imprison the stalagmites and stopping the attack in it's tracks, as well as freezing the man's leg and hand. " You're pretty much done for, so I might as well kill the last one." He then says making more seals.
" Wolf Fang Avalance" Heliel then says, running though a set of seals, meanwhile, the other survivor did the same, but instead he was focusing chakra on to his hand, making lightning peer off it. " Lightning Blade." The other man commanded, and as he did around ten snow wolves ran toward him, and he did the same, placing his lightning blade forward, slicing through all of the wolves. " Nice move, but can you dodge this?" Heliel then asks the man, running through yet another set of seals, this as the other man runs toward him. " Death by a Thousand Flying needles." Heliel then says, making water with his Suiton affinity and following up to condence it with his Fuuton affinity, creating hundreds of needles which then blasted toward the incoming man, but not before he managed to get a clean hit on to Heliel's shoulder.

RPC Name: Yukimura Sanada Bloodline/Clan Requested: Kuri Blood Art ManipulationWhy do you want this Bloodline/Clan: I think this will fit perfectly with my character who will attempt to illustrate 'beauty' within blood shed. ^^ Plus, this is a Clan I have never utilized before but have been very interested in. I hope to illustrate it's abilities the best way possible. What do you know about the Bloodline/Clan: The Kuri Clan's secret art is the manipulation of ink, by adding chakra into the ink. By doing this, it enables the user to bring life into the drawings that they make, but at the cost. Chakra use, or rather over use of these techniques put a significant hampering on their chakra pools. So, one of this Clan must take note on the stamina hindering techniques. Please supply a Brief RP Sample: The Genin had made himself a name on the streets of Konoha. The beautiful child had brought a new sense of taste to filter into the homes and establishments of the citizen's of the leaf. Creating pictures of animals, and various other beasts of shinobi lore which the citizen's of Konoha began to love; even more so that one so young could bring such pictures to life, both literately and figuratively. His most popular paintings were that of the Bijuu and their origins. Being a little knowledgeable about how they came about, from his many discussions with the older citizens of the leaf. For who better to know of the past, that have lived or grown up through it and all of it's devastating wars. But as with every village, there were always those that rather put a stain on the aesthetics of Konoha. During one day, at his usual stable in the mist of the tenders on the busy streets of Konoha, that very blemish that corrupted the elegance of his village came to his very stall. A brutish of a man, that had taken his appointing as a Chuunin to the head. Making him believe that he was entitled to more things outside of ranking, or more specifically, taking five-fingered discounts of anything he fancied. Being that Sanada was rather the only shinobi in the mist of merchants, they were easily bullied to follow his ruling, and it didn't help that the man didn't go on his tyranny on his own. He was accompanied by two more, though Genin, who followed in his footsteps and reaped the rewards that one would receive while following the brute. Though to his unfortunate luck, they came to his stal; even knowing that Sanada wouldn't hesitate to bring his blade against his own, if it to keep the sanctity and grace. It was almost as if they were challenging him which he'd never back down from; especially if it related to fighting. "Well well... If it isn't Sanada-san... And what expensive pictures you have. Why not I take them off your shoulders." He said as he began to reach out towards one picture, that exhibited Nibi and Gobi battling together against Kyuubi. An ancient lore known throughout the land of the 'friendship' that even these beasts held amongst each other, drawn with great detail on a weathered piece of parchment to give it it's own type of authenticity. It was one of Sanada's most prized painting for it took months to a year to draw that painting just perfectly and illustrate the fight against the beasts to the 'T' that it was spoken throughout the land. Seeing this brute, this... neanderthal strip him of his work made a fire burn within this pretty faced child, who then made a swipe out at the outstretched hand the instant it came within range. With a small twitch of his hand, out came a black blade from underneath his hand gauntlet to give him a small nick on the muscle between the thumb and index finger. The man jumped back and grabbed his hand as a searing amount of pain radiated from the nick on his hand. When he looked down at it, the wound was small, but was starting to turn red while the cut itself looked white. "Tch... That's right... Your one of those Shinobi....." He grumbled underneath his breath as the pain continued. "Boys... Get that brat..." He snarled underneath his breath while Sanada began to notice that these brutes wanted nothing more than wreak havoc upon his village, despite them being apart of it! 'Unforgivable!' Sanada thought to himself as he loved the leaf almost as much as he loved his lost Clan. 'The Hokage shouldn't be to mad at me for roughing up these baboons a bit. They are too much of an eye sore to continue living. He thought with a smirk as he reached out and grabbed the closest ink bottle. Taking a big swig of it as his opponents charged him, Sanada began to cultivate the ink with his chakra before spewing it out; a jutsu known to the Kuri Clan as the 'Kuri Gasimikiri No Jutsu' or the Ink Mist Jutsu. Which unlike what it would be when someone else spits out the liquid, Sanada's spit released a black mist of chakra tainted ink. Which swallowed his enemies in a curtain of liquid blackness that, to them, felt more like some form of light tar than ink. As they struggled within the blackness that continued to rain down on them, it seemed harder and harder to move as the thick ink spread about the clothing. When the mist fell, they at first couldn't spot or sense the presence of Sanada until one of them spotted him upside down on the bottom portion of a roofing, fiercely drawing up something on a medium sized tablet before turning it towards them. What they saw, was a picture of the original Hachibi, which was a multi-headed snake who then came alive before their very eyes. Escaping from the tablet like a bad nightmare that one is unable to awaken from, the beast coiled around its owner's opponents. With how big the picture was, it took just a big more chakra to bring it into reality at the size that he wished for his creation to emerge but it was worth it to see those idiots suffer. Jumping down from off the roof, Sanada started to walk towards his bound opponents as he smiled,"Such a fitting end for you all. I would take you out but the merchants with their sticks and oars seem more inclined to do so." Taking a seat near a winery stall and taking him a bottle, seeing as the owner was in the growing mob towards the captured individuals, he gathered himself one of the small cups displayed on the top portion of the table and poured him a glass. Smiling softly as the screams began,"Ah.... Such elegance..." He said as he admired the oars being broken upon those vile creature's heads," This is truly a euphoric sight."

Why do you want this Bloodline/Clan: I’ve liked the Konaga clan since I saw it, but just never had the opportunity to make one, so now that I have a chance I’d like to take it.
What do you know about the Bloodline/Clan: The Konaga are known for their amazing reserves of chakra, and the raw unbridled power they can bring to bare in combat, the result of nearly every cell being saturated with chakra. But while they gain great power from their chakra, they also suffer intense pain constantly, a pain so great that it dulls their sense of touch. Utilizing the unique nature of their chakra, the Konaga can augment their physical abilities by focusing their chakra into specific parts of their body, but at the cost of causing severe pain and chakra burns on the effected area.

Moving quickly from tree to tree, Daisuke did his best to remain unseen, his keen, aquamarine eyes just able to make out the bridge in the distance. Lifting his hand up, Daisuke signaled for his companions to stop, when a wave of pain crashed over him. Closing his eyes, Daisuke gritted his teeth as he choked down a cry of pain. But just as soon as it had come, the pain receded, though it was never gone completely, just lying in wait for its chance to break him. As he opened his eyes, the strange aqua hues sparkling in the darkness, his companions stood in front of him, concerned expressions on both their faces.
“It’s nothing,” Daisuke said calmly, lowering his hand to let in rest on the hilt of his blade before he began laying out the plan, “the target is just over there, Kairi, you’ll plant the explosives on the underside of the bridge; Ken, you and I are going to provide a little distraction while she’s working, just watch my back and I’ll do the same for you. Now move.” With a simple nod, the two of them were off, and with an excited grin Daisuke bolted after them, appearing as little more than a white flash as he dashed through the trees.
Drawing his blade free of its sheath, the two guardsmen had no chance as he fell upon them, his blade cutting through armor and flesh effortlessly. As the men’s bodies hit the ground, Daisuke could hear screams on the far side of the bridge, Ken wasn’t wasting any time either. As he turned to enter one of the bridges two guard towers, the door burst open, stopping Daisuke in his tracks as a huge man walked out, what looked to be a giant meat clever held loosely in one hand. “So you’re the one who ruined my night’s rest, huh, well now, I hope you’re ready to make up for that”, the man said with a chuckle, clearly thinking his words more clever than they actually were.
Gripping the hilt of his blade with two hands, Daisuke simply stared at the man with a cool expression, his eyes meeting the man’s with a look of contempt. With a howl the brute rushed forward, moving with incredible agility for a man of his size, but still not fast enough. As the man lifted his weapon high into the air in preparation for a vicious overhead-chop, Daisuke poured chakra into his legs, and the suddenly disappeared in a flash. Blinking in surprise, the man barely had time to scream as a his hand fell to the ground, a spray of red pouring out of the stump where his hand had been, before Daisuke’s blade sunk through the man’s back and deep into his heart. Gritting his teeth, Daisuke waited as the pain in his legs flared up, like he had walked into a fire and was just standing there. Turning on his heel, Daisuke grimaced as the pain in his legs began to subside, he didn’t have time to waste worrying about pain. Dashing through the darkness, Daisuke quickly made his way towards the other side of the bridge, his blade dripping blood as he ran to give Ken some support.

RPC Name: Kiyoko Mayu Bloodline/Clan Requested: Mayu Why do you want this Bloodline/Clan: When I joined TUP I wanted to do something challenging. This clan isn't like something I'm used to doing, and so for the character I tend to make i think it will work perfectly for her. What do you know about the Bloodline/Clan: The mayu clan is host to members of people with abnormal mental development. Without the ability to speak, telepathy comes into play. The members of this clan are considerably weak when it comes to physical abilities, and using genjutsu. Some types of genjutsu don't work on them because of their mental development. This clan also has a mental as well as a chakra bar because their clan abilities consists of well..telekinetic abilities. hand signs usually aren't required but aiming your hand or palm in the direction of the attack is what helps the attack to work. Intelligence must be your primary attribute, and Raiton is a weakness of the clan, because when shocked with electricity, a member of the clan can not use telepathy, or any telekinesis moves c rank or above. And telekinetic moves can not be turned around to attack someone of the same rank, only lower. If stamina is one of the attributes, using forcing yourself into a mind only uses 2 mental stamina points per post instead of three. Please supply a Brief RP Sample: Kiyoko stood in the field gazing at her opponent. Her team had been split up, and this mission was slowly starting to get more difficult. Lucky for her she had the element of surprise. He didn't know what her abilities were. Being of chuunin rank there was a lot she could do, and she was going to use it to her advantage. "So, you think you are actually going to walk away from this?" she spoke mentally to him. She was happy to find he didn't know how to block her. The man's eyes grew wide before they narrowed. smart not to let me get to him she thought. He took no time in playing around. He ran forward throwing a kuni at her. She simply smiled a little bit. stepping to the side she gestured her right hand towards him pushing out a force that easily knocked the man off of his feet and knocked him into the tree close behind him. This target was weaker than she thought, he was still trying to get up, she hadn't pushed him into the tree that hard. She stood waiting for him to get up. This was going to be simpler than she thought. Or so she thought, because as soon as she got close enough he jumped up. She had under estimated her opponent for a split second and it almost cost her dearly. As soon as he jumped up he threw a kunai at her, and with as close as she had been to him. it would hit unless she acted fast. She gestured her hand towards the object using telekinetic push to alter it's path slightly. Slightly was enough for it to only graze her shoulder instead of hurting her too much. She winched as a light trail of blood rolled down her arm. He didn't stop though as he moved forward to use taijutsu, aiming a kick to her head. She didn't have time to move, so she deflected the blow adding telekinetic power, to add more force to it so that it would hurt him more than any normal deflection would. She jumped backwards, getting out of range for now.

@Tenchi: First things first, Happy Birthday! And now onto your application...I'm gonna need to see a lot more in the "What you Know" section. You don't really need to mention what it was based off of since that plays little revelance to everything overall. Also there's more to the bloodline then just having attacks similar to dragon limbs/fire. Mention their inhanced senses as well as some of the strengths and weaknesses mentioned in the bloodline. Rp sample was rather well done. A few more techniques would have be preferred and I don't believe you start having scales cover parts of the body - even in the second stage. Not a bad first take and I'm sure you'll do fine on the next one.
@TvIaMsOqTuHeYz: Please try to watch your Capitalization, you tend to forget it at times. In TUP we hope to avoid that so yeah, just keep that in mind. You should also try to pay attention to your grammer and wording. There where times when I found it hard to read through your rp sample. Some techniques could also be explained better like when he...actually when he did anything. You also never once mentioned the chakra costs. So add that in and some how incorporate that into your RP sample, and you should be fine.
@Akura: You showed a good understanding of the bloodline, but your RP sample seems lacking. Try describing more.
@Panthers: Looks good Panthers. Both the info section and rp sample were great. APPROVED!
@Lance: Cobra will be editing the Konaga clan and posting up the changes sometime tomorrow. He'll also be in charge of all Konaga applications. Which means you're gonna have to wait a bit before this can be approved. Sorry for the inconvience.

Heh, my shift key sucks... Or maybe my timing? I try to push the shift then the letter, but I do it so fast, I think I let off the shift before I hit the letter. sweatdrop I even can't get the I down good some times. I think I need a new keyboard or maybe just need to practice.
Yeah, my wording is weird, or is it wierd... I can never get that word right... Anyway, I'll work on that, and yeah, if you are talking about the commas, I abuse those. Although, I do put them in the wrong place most of the time.
As for the description of the techniques, I was afraid of that. I didn't want to expand it too much because i would have had the equivalent of five extra paragraphs from just describing them since i tend to ramble on and on about things. Like this for example. I could have ended it there, or even here, but I'm just continuing on and on and on and on. it is actually quite infuriating, since I don't actually talk enough IRL, I push it all onto here, and I do this. I'm stopping now for the time being.
EDIT:
but how am I supposed to show chakra cost? like you you want me to put out to the side how much chakra I used? Because in the sample he is sannin/kage ranked.

Bloodline/Clan Requested: Dragonil
Why do you want this Bloodline/Clan: To recreate Takashi from VR... everyone's favorite pyromaniac.
What do you know about the Bloodline/Clan: It's a go-to clan for pyromatic fist-fighters, such as myself. The techniques themselves mostly use katon to beef up physical attacks, while others, such as Fire Dragon's Roar, are similar to other ranged fire jutsu, just beefier. The most notable ability is the ability the clan has is to consume a source of fire and restore the user's stamina, as long as the fire was not produced by the Dragonil. Fire attacks are naturally buffed, but that being said, water deals extra damage to a Dragonil. Also buffed are the Dragonil's senses. It's one of the few clans that use multiple stages that don't need a 'kill requirement'.
Please supply a Brief RP Sample:
The smell of ash in the air, the sounds of the pounding footsteps below.... every one of his abnormal senses qued to one thing. "I'm fired up!"
(X) Takashi pounded his fists together. Sparks flew from his knuckles as his glare fell upon those that would dare assault his town. "Quicker than the wind
and as still as the forest! Hotter than flames and more magnificent than a mountain! I am the man of Love and Justice, Takashi Shishigami! Prepare yourself!" Takashi fell forward from the rooftop and dive bombed at the crowds below, zooming past arrows aimed to slay him. "Shishigami Ninpo!" As he fell, he crossed both hands in front of his face in the shape of an X. "Fire Dragon's Iron Fist!" Both hands ignited and became consumed with fire as he slammed both into the ground. A flame show wave shot out, knocking dozens of raiders skyward every which-wa, and yet still more tried to swamp him. "Shishigami Ninpo. He extended both arms to either side. Fire condensed into small orbs, which grew as more fire was added. By the time the raiders were almost upon him, they were both a little bigger than the size of his head. "Fire Dragon's Gleaming Flame!" An explosion of fire engulfed the area, completely destroying any hope of the raiders to get a hit on Takashi. Smoke and dust kicked up.
As he stood straight, another shinobi appeared before the raider ranks, through the smoke. Takashi grinned widely, welcoming the challenge, which may have been a little too soon. Immediately, a Water Dragon spawned above the enemy shinobi, roaring. "Ah crap." The dragon came in for a sweep of a constant Water Bullet, to which Takashi managed to roll out of the main stream. Still. half of the attack hit him, which caused him severe pain even though it only grazed him. His right forearm, used to block his face from the attack, now felt like a hammer went to town on it. This was bad. But then the enemy did something he wasn't expecting. Fire Ball. The enemy could use both Suiton and Katon? Rare, but the enemy unknowningly signed his own death warrant. As the Fire Ball grew close, it expanded in size dramatically, then consumed Takashi's body. Witnesses either laughed or screamed in terror. Something followed that no one was prepared for. "Thanks for that, bad guy number four hundred and eighty-seven. But I gotta say, your fire has a salty taste to it." The flames began to get sucked into.... his mouth. Takashi ate the flames of the jutsu. Sure, light burns covered his body, but it was worth it. Scales soon covered part of his face, his canines grew into fangs, and an aura about him created an Oni mental image for witnesses. "My turn." As the Water Dragon came back for another sweep, Takashi completely vanished from sight. "Shishigami Ninpo - Forbidden Art!" He reappeared before the enemy shinobi, too dumbstruck to do anything. "Crimson Lotus Phoenix Swo--"
Takashi was awaken by a dog pouncing on his lower body. After chasing the dog around the estate for thirty minutes, he stopped to watch the sunrise... and proceed to kick the dog in the face as it came by for another attack. He was still only thirteen, but he would get there. He would become as powerful as his father had been. He would be the hero for a change. The tattoo on his back and the tattoo on the back of his hand were enough proof of that.
