He grew up in their home, alongside their son. The two were bound at the hip, but there was always a power imbalance - even though he was never technically employed like his parents (and thus wasn't making any money) Jericho was more of a servant than a friend and was always picking up after his Elven companion's messes. Both literal and figuratively.
Jericho grew up in this entirely in this environment and never once settled with any other Goblins, and his family never spoke of their own culture for fear of being found and exposing the rest of their race to danger. So, he's the least Goblin-y Goblin ever, in the sense that he was raised to sincerely believe that Goblins are, at best, servants. He lives to be useful to others, even if it means setting aside his own dreams and desires.
Deep down, he'd love to be a singer - singing brings him a lot of joy and listening to others sing while vicariously living through them both brings him comfort and pains his heart... He knows that he should really be something more practical... like an Accountant, or something.
So, when his family's employer sent him to the Academy ahead of their own son to check it out (i.e., make sure it was safe, because he's expendable) he chose to go into Enoch on account of it being a "useful" house - even though he'd much prefer to be in Arkham. Jericho feels terribly out of place in Below, he's never had this much freedom before and it terrifies him. Other Goblins that don't share his beliefs baffle him. He has no idea how to handle having his sincerely held beliefs about everything his lifeis supposed to be questioned so thoroughly.✗✗✗✗LikesStructure, quiet spaces, being helpful, ...math, singing, and music✗✗✗✗DislikesLaziness, not knowing what to do, math, ...music, and lemons.✗✗✗✗Strengths✗✗Sincere
While he may have trouble being sincere with himself, Jericho rarely ever says things he doesn't truly mean. He's a good friend and will tell you the truth, in a gentle way.✗✗Hardworking

   ✗✗✗✗ Well This Is Awkward [Jericho + Kindle] - Jericho teams up with Kindle, a very shy Fey, to complete a group presentation assignment. Most of the time they just worry about offending each other. ✗✗✗✗ Is there such a thing as a song rat? [Fakir + Jericho] - Jericho finds himself a nice secluded room to sing in - except it really wasn't secluded at all. He meets Fakir, and gets his first encouragement to genuinely pursue singing.
