Mamanbou Mamanbou, Adult Female Lioness
Named after Pokemon Mamanbou writes in #920cb0.
Mamanbou has been running from something. For a long time. When she's not exhausted, she can be a little sassy, but for now she's just looking for a hero that can protect her from her past- especially if her past comes looking for her.

Ishekhesi Ishekhesi, Male Adult Lion Name Means: "Checkered" in Zulu Ishekhesi writes in #579e4c
In another life, Ishekhesi was a real jerk- he loved to fight and challenged lions whenever possible. He didn't let people off either- if he won, he could leave his opponent dead, or seriously injured. And he almost always won. One day he lost- badly. He was sure he would die. His throat bled, blood trickled down his face, and he could barely walk. He would have died, too, if help had not arrived. He was nursed back to health by a kindly grandmother who could not stand to see anyone suffer.
Ishekhesi decided that he only lived because the gods had allowed him to - and they had sent the grandmother. He is a fully changed lion. He joined the pride to serve the gods. He does his job not just dutifully, but joyfully, glad to finally be giving something back. Never much of a talker, his throat injury made him quieter then ever, but known for wisdom in a world-weary sort of way. He can occasionally be convinced to settle disputes fairly, and even more rarely knock sense into more foolish pride member's heads, although he only does this if called upon by a higher rank. Ishekhesi is very shy around others now - he feels like a sinner among saints. He prefers to be in the background. He fumbles especially around pretty females and cubs- he never got around to learning how to deal with them.
Ishekhesi's life really does revolve around the shrines. Since the injury to his throat, his voice is very soft, but he enjoys listening to the prayers and songs of the guides, keepers, and worshipers. When not occupied with moving rocks, he sometimes composes songs of his own, but is very secretive about them. He hides these bark scratchings away in his den.

Egil
Egil writes in #645344.
Egil is a little snot. Born to a Stormborn father and a Shrinekeeper mother, he was the only son his father left behind. He's loud, boisterous, he loves to pick fights, he'll be into the mint before long, and he's going to drive his poor mama crazy. Now that he's practically all grown up, he's leaving the Shrinekeeper's to find the pride of his father - and hopefully someone to beat the stupid out of him on the way.

Ingmar
Stormborn Male Lion Ingmar writes in #ff80c5
Ingmar is the offspring of Nymph and Taraxa of the Stormborn in an unplanned fling . . . and Nymph can't stand Taraxa. So she hasn't told her cubs who their real daddy is.
Ingmar is pretty excitable. Even when he's off playing by himself (pretending to go Viking) he's loud. He's also a bit accident prone.
