Hobbies:
Admiring Water: Watching a storm roll in. Catching rain in basins and examining its structure. Poking ice cubes. Taking showers and other shallow water based recreational activities. He would probably also enjoy hot tubs, spas, and kiddie pools. Anything too deep to stand in comfortably still gives him a feeling of ‘dread’.
Reading: The humans have very nice libraries, they are full of smells, and paper has a certain texture to it that is — nice. Te’noch reads scy-fy novels like their comedies and children’s stories like their factual accounting’s of earth life made simple just for him.
Watching the Sunrise: He does not wish for it to lose its magic, and places without sunrises exist. So he puts in effort to try and see as many as possible. In honor of the tradition fae-fae started back when their little vanguard family was still whole.
Virtues:
Dogged: Tenoch likes having parameters to follow. Goal oriented, mission driven. Give him a task and he will see it done to the best of his understanding, with grim determination. He sinks his teeth into problems with tenacity, and can be tireless when seeking success.
Passionate: When Tenoch cares for something? It is with all of himself. His own internal fires burn brightly or not at all. His heart and soul are first and foremost his peoples. His teams.
Reliable: If he has said it? Has made a promise with his words? Then he intends to follow through on this thing. So he does not say things lightly, and tries to avoid answering at all if he doesn’t feel he can follow through with what he’s said.
Flaws:
Egocentric: Where I and WE become the most important things for him. Tenoch finds he struggles to relate to the experiences of others without siphoning it all through the experience of his peers or his own lacking lense. Holds himself and his own first and foremost of the most important and above all else.
Misanthropic: He wants so badly to love the people of the planet. The factions - the Senshi the humans the youma, and yet? Tenoch wonders if he would enjoy earth more if it was sans people. If maybe the vanguard should be looking to colonize the Senshi planets- for how they hardly use them for themselves. It would be quieter, surely.
Naive: Tenoch has a tendency to be overly trusting of the simple, of authority figures, of elders, and though he has learned to question things? It is still so ingrained in him to follow those who have lived lives — who would surely know more — know better — by experience alone. |
