Hobbies:
Gaming || Mika is a competitive gamer and a Twitch streamer, and she has a fairly decent following that has been slowly growing as she rises through the ranks. She intends to go pro after she graduates high school, and her game of choice is Overwatch, though she sometimes branches out to other shooters and MOBAs.
Filk || Tied in with her love of gaming, Mika does game-related songs on YouTube. Sometimes they're covers or song parodies, but recently she's branched into doing her own original music. She has a Patreon, which helps with both her streaming and her music, and is pretty damn proud of what she's built for herself.
The Occult || Mika has long taken an interest in all things occult. While she's still not entirely sure she believes in all this stuff, she's definitely curious about it. She mostly researches it, but she does occasionally do tarot readings for her friends. As a rule, she tends to be rather skeptical, but she has been becoming less so recently.
Virtues:
Charming || Mika is good at getting people to like her. She's superficially friendly, casually flirtatious, and knows how to give just enough of herself to convince people she's exactly what they need her to be. She even enjoys it, and that shows, and it makes her look like she's just happy to be around them.
Self-Assured || Mika knows who she is and knows what she wants and knows how to get it. Insults or pressure aren't likely to make her fold, and she's not bothered by most people's opinions unless she feels she needs to be. She's good at weathering storms and shrugging things off, and that confidence makes her easy to like.
Flaws:
Manipulative || Mika wants you for what you can give her, and not a lot more. She's good at recognizing what buttons to press to get people to do what she wants, and then pressing them just enough. However, people do tend to notice her being a slimy manipulator, and it gets around, and it blows up in her face in a variety of colorful ways.
Walls Around Her Heart || People are goddamn disappointing. Mika prefers not to let people in and invest in them emotionally until they've proven they're worth it, because of the truth that people are goddamn disappointing. She has few friends that she is close to in more than a cursory way, and most people only see as much of her as she wants them to.

Sailor Scout Attack: Kelpie's Lure
Lilith speaks the name of her attack and gestures at herself. She appears soaking wet and her footsteps sound like hoofbeats for the duration of the attack. For the next 30 seconds, anyone who makes any kind of direct physical contact with Lilith will feel, for the remaining duration of the attack, as if they are drowning. It is possible to struggle and as they are not actually drowning no real damage is done and it is impossible to actually die from it. Lilith can use this attack three times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Kelpie's Draw
Lilith speaks the name of her attack and points at one other person. Both she and the target will appear soaking wet and their footsteps sound like hoofbeats for the duration of the attack. For the next 35 seconds, anyone who makes any kind of direct physical contact with Lilith or her secondary target will feel, for the remaining duration of the attack, as if they are drowning. It is possible to struggle and as they are not actually drowning no real damage is done and it is impossible to actually die from it. Lilith and her target are immune from the drowning effect. Lilith can use this attack twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Kelpie's Strength
Lilith speaks the name of her attack. She appears to be soaking wet, and both her footsteps and punches take on the sound of hoofbeats for the duration of the attack. For the next 40 seconds, she receives a physical boost of approximately 2x her normal abilities, allowing her to move faster, jump higher, and hit harder. Lilith can use this attack once per battle.
