It was hot. The sticky, miserable, sweaty kind fo hot that made Lilith wish she was wearing even less in her fuku than she was, though she was pretty sure going any tinier would be bordering on obscene.
She let out a huff, and sank down onto the park bench she'd found, taking a long sip of a slushie she'd picked up. The convenience store clerk hadn't even looked twice at her, which was convenient, and now she had sometihng cold to press against her skin and give herself a little relief.
Ugh. Summer was fun as a civilian--she'd done a beach stream that had gotten a truly incredible amount of views--but as a Senshi? It ******** sucked.

It was far too warm to be outside, but she hd things to do, and since she had things to do...it was really far to warm to be wearing pants, and thus Phoebe found herself once again running around as Sailor Keiko.
She stopped to get herself a popsicle from a stand that was down the road and headed to the park, pausing when she felt the chaotic aura, but feeling far too tired to bother doing anything about it.
Still though. She made her way towards whoever it was, and pausing saw that it was once again Lilith.
“Hey Kelpie girl. Nice night, nice night.” Keiko crossed the distance between them and all but melted onto the bench that the corrupt was indulging in. “It’s hot as balls. Don’t you agree?”
And then she had to shut up, her bright red popsicle beginning to melt all down her arm. Keiko clamped her mouth around it in an effort to bring it back under control.

There was an Order Senshi approaching.
Ugh.
Lilith was not getting up. She didn't care how much they ranted and railed and tried to attack her, she was sitting, right here, drinking her slushie, and that was it.
She perked up, a little, when she saw Keiko, though. This was the cute girl she'd fought before, and it had been so nice to banter with her afterwards. So she gave a little wave and a beckon, not that Keiko needed the invitation.
"As balls, yes, ugh," she groaned, fanning herself with her hand. "I hate summer."
And then Keiko put basically a whole popsicle in her mouth, and Lilith quirked her eyebrows, grinning lasciviously.
".....Has its benefits, though. Pretty girls looking hot, and such."

Keiko gave Lilith a sideways glance and took another moment or two to just...mess around with the frozen confection, before biting it halfway down, grinning as it broke apart with a snap. “I mean. Of course you look hot. It’s summer.”
The words were garbled slightly, seeing as there was a large piece of frozen artificial cherry in her mouth, but it was melting quickly, and she managed to chew it into submission and swallow. “You are in long sleeves though. That could be why you’re feeling so toasty. And those stockings, they’re contributing to it. And your hood? That’s just trapping all the heat from your head. You’re practically dressed for winter, Lili.”
Keiko took another bite of the popsicle and looked thoughtful. “...Want me to use my magic on you? Cool you off a bit?”

Lilith gave Keiko her most innocent, playful smile, quirking her eyebrows up.
"Thank you, " she said, idly. She did know that she was probably extra hot because of her uniform, but it was hard to imagine taking too much off, since...well, there wasn't a lot to remove.
"To be fair," she gestured at her torso, and the cut that practically went to her belly button, "this gets pretty cold when it's even mildly chilly." She considered the offer, briefly, and then sighed. "You know what? Hit me. It can't possibly make things worse."

Keiko’s eyes followed Lilith’s gesturing and she drew the popsicle into her mouth once again, giving a thoughtful, but appreciative hum.
“Trust me, I should be thanking you. Anyway.” She grinned suddenly, lips stained red from the sticky juice. She drew in a breath, muttering, “Freeze.” And then leaned close, blowing the icy attack right onto Lilith, her lips just ghosting the shell of the corrupt’s ear.
And then she drew back, wanting to watch, and finish up her popsicle before it really did simply melt all over her. Obviously it was far too hot out to simply get the damn thing under control, and her magic didn’t work on herself...so obliterating it was clearly the only choice.

It wasn't just the cold from Keiko's attack that made Lilith shiver, with Keiko's lips so close to her ear. She didn't often find herself flustered, but her cheeks heated up more than a bit even as the rest of her cooled down significantly.
She shivered, a little, but let out a relieved sigh nonetheless.
"Oh, that is so, so much better," she said, and she turned, leaning in close. "Is there anything I can do to thank you for your help? Hmm?" She asked, teasing lightly.

Keiko’s eyes flickered to Lilith’s lips and she gave a soft, thoughtful hum and then shrugged. “What did you have in mind, pretty Kelpie? I’m always open for suggestions. And I’m so glad I was able to cool you off a bit.”
She hummed softly again and put the popsicle back into her mouth, tugging it off of the stick and holding it in her mouth for a moment, giving a waggle of her eyebrows. “It’s such a pity the only thing that can cool me off is this..and now it’s gone...what a pity...”
Keiko paused after a moment and tilted her head. “Lili, when will you be out again? We should plan to meet.” Perhaps she could go up to her planet or whatever…
“I have...a place up in space. If you wanted to come with me. I haven’t been there yet, but I bet it’s cooler than the city. What do you say, Lili?”
It could be...like a date. Or something.

Lilith gave Keiko a blatanly flirtatious smile, reaching over to rest a hand on her thigh. "I can think of a few things. A kiss, for starters, if you're interested."
She hummed, staying right there in Keiko's personal space. This was....really nice; it wasn't often that she liked people this quickly, but Keiko was fun, and gorgeous, and funnily enough, helpful.
Of course she had to find herself interested in a girl on the other side. But that was a fixable problem, wasn't it?
"Oh, I can find time any time. Tomorrow night, maybe? I'd love to see your place in space. Since you can't really take me to your place here." She laughed, but it was only sort of a joke.

Keiko grinned wickedly and leaned closer, pressing her lips to Lilith. “Starting with a kiss. I like it. Tomorrow night sounds like a plan too. I’ll meet you here? Bring snacks, Just in case. Maybe some blankets too. I don’t know what it’ll be like, but space is always said to be cold, yeah? If things go well, we could spend the night together.”
She winked and ran her finger down the exposed part of the corrupt’s chest, tracing the outline of her fuku rather impishly. “And I’d invite you home with me right now, if you weren’t wearing black...black just isn’t my color...I’d be a terrible snow ghost if I wore black…”
It was the truth but...damn.
...What she wouldn’t give to take little miss Kelpie home with her…
But, perhaps that would simply make the night a bit too hot to handle.

Lilith leaned into the kiss with eagerness; she'd like to pretend it was moderated, but really, it wasn't. This was the most fun she'd had in a while; certainly the most fun she'd had powered up.
It was too bad things couldn't go as far as she wanted. Not tonight. But in space...oh, in space, she suspected they'd have all the privacy they needed.
"Mm, I don't know, I think you'd look good in it." She reached up to twist a loose strand of Keiko's hair around her finger. "And it does miracles for your hair. But, hm. Not tonight."
She would work her way in. She would get Keiko over to her side, she decided, firmly.
"Tomorrow, then. I'll come prepared. Don't disappoint me, yuki-hime."

“Tomorrow it is. I wouldn’t disappoint you ever, my Chīsana Uma. She grinned and pressed her lips against Lilith’s one last time before getting up and licking her own slowly before giving another grin. “See you tomorrow, darling.”
And then she was gone, utterly melting into the night, but looking forward to the next one with more excitement than she had felt in a very long time.
