Personality: X grew up without a family to teach him anything, so he came about rather odd. He watched a family of dogs from afar and became more like a dog then an actual hyena. He still has more mannerisms of a hyena, however. He believes all females deserve respect, stemming from the initial insinct of a Hyena pack. He's rather scholarly, so he loves to learn new things, and thrives on more information.
Biography: When X was born, he was quickly abandoned by his mother. He grew up scavenging and hunting bugs, stunting his growth a bit. He met his friend Jibanza, a wild dog, when looking for food one day. They became fast friends, and decided the wanted to travel as far and wide as they could. It didn't turn out that way, and he waited months and months for his friend at their decided meeting place. Relief, though, would come when he find her, grown up and beautiful. They traveled to the forest, and he managed to loose her again. Spending many moons looking for his friend, he left the jungle. And despite his dream to travel the world, found depression instead with the loss of his friend.
He spent time as the leader of a pack, that fell apart with his lack of experience. He was not made to lead, but to follow. Instead, he wanders again. His depression and self-loathing high, and his spirits low. He hopes to one day find a hope that he can belong to peacefully.
He changed his name as an adult, not feeling deserving of the name his friend gave him, and hopes to find a place to settle down soon.

Personality: Generally pretty stoic, Roxo is pretty much a defender of the weak. She's violently protective of those she cares about, and will generally take smaller or weaker creatures under her wing to guide and protect them.
Biography: She is quite content as a being, but she had a horrible past. Her family was quite uncaring to her from the time she was born to the time she managed to leave her awful blood relations. Such practices were common in hyena society, abandoning males and weak females. At least, it was from the pack she was born in. She was lucky not to be abandoned herself. However, being harsh on her, she attempted to prover herself time and time again, stumbling to rise in ranks. Beaten and broken from he struggle from the top, she simply gave up.
She left, harsh and cold - uncaring what the world would think of her. She pressured herself a protector of the weak, trying the best she could to stop others from suffering the same fate as herself. With this, she found herself with a love of cubs and pups and a fascination with small, pup-like creatures. She shies away from other hyenas, thinking them all as cold as her pack, and instead traveled the way of solitude.

Personality: Ban can be somewhat hotheaded and self-important, but it's very much a front for how vulnerable she feels constantly due to her Sight. She never feels completely safe, and when she feels particularly threatened, she will snap and become violent, especially just following a vision.
Biography: Ban grew up in the Amani'Kikundi with her siblings, but she always had a longing for adventure. When she became an adolescent, she fled the pride. However, her over-protective older brother followed her to make sure she did not get hurt. And good thing he did, for her seer powers developed around the time she left, and so did the seizures. They traveled together in hopes of finding a way to stop the violent tremors that plague her.

Personality: Tiki is an entertaining hyena - he enjoys stories and riddles. He's extremely protective of his family, especially his sister Ban, and would do anything to protect her.
Biography: Born with Synesthesia, a world of color enveloped the young Hyena. He found the world interesting and amazing even more so as the sounds he heard became colors in his eyes. He grew up relatively normal, finding certain colors more comforting than others.
However, when he caught his sister leaving the pack one morning, he chased her and promised to travel wherever she should go. He protects her when her visions occur and often hunts for the two of them. He tries to stay lofty throughout, but hopes to find a cure for her soon.
