Two powered slots and one alternate civilian slot will be available from [OPEN NOW] until Wednesday, October 21 at 10:00 PM EST.

Slots Available:

Two miscellaneous powered characters (This can be a Senshi, Chibi Senshi, DMC Senshi, Knight or Negaverse Agent; no cats or corrupt senshi)
One alternate civilian outfit! -This includes schoolkid art if your character lacks schoolkid art.

General Rules:

You must be eligible for the slot you are applying for. Please review the shop rules and check the Art Cooldown Thread to see if you are eligible.
Please use the appropriate entry templates provided below and fill them out completely.
No more than one entry per template per person. You may only win one character.
These slots are for your own ItNotM character only! No reserving slots for others. No proxies.
Powered slots will be rolled first and Alternate Civilian art second. If you are enrolled in both and win a Powered slot, your name will be removed from the list for the Alternate Civilian slot. No exceptions.
Please do not post anything in this thread other than an completed entry template. You may send questions to me via PM.
All official ItNotM rules and restrictions apply.
This raffle will be closed to entries on Wednesday, October 21 at 10:00 PM EST. After this, I will roll for winners as soon as I am capable. I will PM the winners to discuss details and payment. If I do not receive a reply within 3 days, I will reroll your slot.
Sometimes I forget rules. When in doubt, please consult the official ItNotM custom procedures (linked above) or PM me. Clarifications to the rules will be added as necessary.

Powered Character Rules:

No Corrupt Senshi or Guardian Cats
This slot counts as a New Powered character for purposes of art cooldown.
If this is a brand new character (not an upgrade from an existing civilian character), you have the option of receiving or declining accompanying student or civilian art. This will be student art if your character is in one of our schools with templated uniforms. Otherwise, this will be a basic outfit or uniform your character would be expected to be seen in on a day-to-day basis.
You must have a powered quest filled out completely (CC elements are perfectly fine).
If you do not currently have a character in this shop, you get an extra slot.

Alternate Civilian Entry Rules:

This slot counts as Alt Civilian (PAID) for purposes of art cooldown.
Your character must have a completed journal (bare bones is okay, but it must have the hobbies and personality info at the very least) and existing ItNotM shop art.
You may use this form for school uniforms only if your character is attending one of the ItNotM schools and does not currently have student art for that school.
