Favorite Food: BACON, everything is better with bacon and Rox is a firm believer in this. Also, just anything most people deem as unhealthy; chips, fries, McDonalds, fried foods.
Hated Food: Pie. Pies are filled with healthy fruits and are gooey. The crust is okay but then you get to the innards and yuck.
Occupation: Seamstress; works off and on for various theaters and productions outside of Destiny City. Takes odd commissions and comes back from time to time to help with the family Quilt Shop
Hobbies:
- Sewing - Roxy comes from a long line of seamstresses, though she doesn't really know how far back it goes since she's never asked. She does know that her grandmother is amazing with quilts and passed the skills to her mother, a professional clothing maker and tailor, which was then passed to her. She's been sewing since she can remember and its one of those activities that really gets it to connect with the female side of her family.
Though, she doesn't quilt - as it takes soooo long and she doesn't have the patience for it yet - she found clothing and costuming more her fancy. If only she was as good as her mother and didn't have to reply on mass produced patterns. Someday she'll be able to draft her own. Someday.
- Theater, reenactments and the 501st - Roxy found her passion in costuming both for herself and others. It came about when her halloween costumes were getting more and more complicated each year and her mother finally gave up and made her make her own. From then, it stuck and it then spread like a disease. Roxy works with the Meadowview theater department, making and designing some of the costumes each year and with each play- she's still getting the hang of designing to be honest.
Roxy generally likes to stay out of the limelight when it comes to costumes. The Renaissance Faire in the next town over is the only time she really tries to get into character; she's a pirate with a group of other girls. As well as with her local 501st Garrison where she is a Royal Guard, Bounty Hunter and Imperial Officer. She also tries to attend a few nerdy conventions from time to time, and enter into the costuming competitions either as a participant or a judge at smaller conventions. Her goal is to enter into the Costuming Guild when she deems herself worthy.
- Running - Roxy doesn’t really consider this much of a hobby and would have never considered it to be, its not like she’s on the track team or anything. She does it to keep in shape and only when time permits - as she likes to keep herself busy with projects - though its more often then she usually realizes. She can run at a pretty decent speed, though she likes to equate her success in running with how long she can actually maintain her speed for a considerable distance without having to walk or stop.
At some point, she likes to think, it would be neat to run in a marathon but haha, she’d never consider herself ready for one.
Virtues:
- Dazzling! - is she just dazzling or wants to see everything else with a glimmer? Yes. Though, it might seem egotistical to some people, as Roxy thinks she's pretty amazing, she just really had a good head on her shoulders and isn't afraid to hide it or tone it down. Confidence is not a bad thing and she never lets it get the best of her, she knows her limits - or at least claims to - and knows when it can be overbearing on her friends - or at least she hopes. And if she can inflict her personality quirks on others, all the better! Even if its just with bedazzling some personal belonging of their's to get the message.
- The road is paved with good intentions - Roxy means well. She tries to lend a hand, add an honest opinion or thought or an idea or even help in adding some flair or sparkle to an outfit. She wants to boost her karma, for it to come back around again and earn her some happiness later in life and the best way is to help. But interpretations are such a fickle thing, plans back fire and people just don't see things eye to eye with Roxy.
It's the thought that counts… right?
- A Lannister always pays his debts - Be it a threat or an assurance, Roxy will never let a debt go unpaid towards someone. If anyone has done something to her, or even her friends, there is always going to be pay back of equal value; never any less or more unless it is well deserved. It's a nagging feeling having something like a debt hanging over her head, which is why she'll pay it back as soon as she's able before it festers and seeps into her subconscious; or even drives her into bitter revenge and grudges she would rather not have.
On the flip side, as Roxy hopes that this sort of feeling is mutual, if anyone ever owes anything for her - in a positive light - she is more than willing to hold off payment so she is able to fall in for favors when she needs them. If you have to hit her or something, just do it as soon as she can, she cannot take the anxiety of waiting.
- She knows where's she's heading - Given an incentive, maybe some background information and a little schematics, Roxy is able to chart a course. Be it in life or just the general sense of directions to a location in the world, she's really good at figuring out a way to get from point A to point B and which routes to exploit. Bumps and detours along the way are usually never a problem and are easy enough to figure out how to reroute through, Roxy is more than capable to figure them out though she's always going to make sure someone else is keen on the surroundings to get through the trouble so she can figure a way out of them.
It also doesn't suck to always know where magnetic North is at all times. A gift, really.
Flaws:
- No bite underneath all that bark - More than she'd be wiling to admit, Roxy just talks to talk and nothing much else comes of it. Its usually to make herself feel better, feel bigger, to get a reaction or even just for sheer attention. The bigger the better, the more effect even if she won't act upon it. It's not that she doesn't want to, because she really does want to get even for what people have done, but sometimes its just not worth it or she doesn't have the means in the grand scheme of things. And sometimes, even just some well placed words are all thats needed; at least she would like to believe.
- She's going to get her way, dammit - Roxy is used to getting what she wants, especially being an only child in a pretty well off family. With her relatives, its not that hard but with friends and peers she has to put in a little bit of effort. Blackmail, deals under the table, shady deals behind the bleachers, glaring, calling in past favors. She'll try just about anything except for backstabbing - that s**t just ain't cool. And if necessary, whining even though she won't like it.
- It's obviously not my fault - Roxy is going to blame everything and everyone else before she'll even think to admit it might have been her. Fingers are going to be pointed in every direction except her own, and even if it does fall back on here there was clearly something else at fault behind it. Okay, that beadwork on that jacket you haven't seen in years was totally her doing, but it wasn't her fault it was so ugly that she needed to make it better looking.
- A nose in everything - Aside from information just being a very valuable commodity, Roxy just likes to be all up in other people's business. She digs a little too much with questions and sadly eavesdrops in conversations; she claims its not her fault they were talking so loud near her. Roxy is pretty much a gossip hound and likes to know everything about everyone, hoarding her information possibly for later use and exploitation or just keeping it to herself as a neat little treasure.
She also likes to claim she does good with some of what she hears, obviously someone would want to hear what someone else is saying behind their back even though a lot of times more harm than good comes of it.
Physical Appearance
Eyes: Yellow, bright and happy.
Hair: Blonde, platinum and to the middle of her back. She tried to go with crazy styles really, the more impossible to achieve without glue, wire, some form holding it up underneath type of hairstyle, the better. Really, anything the artists can dream up. A common accessory she has is a black bow, though. Kind of worn like Alice in Wonderland or askew a little.
Face: Nothing really distinguishing, oval shaped, well toned and has a a pretty decent tan complexion, nothing too dark but its healthy.
Clothes: Like her hair, it tends to change with her mood. She's not a trend setter but she is a major trend follower. So, its whatever is in the now even if its hideous looking, Roxy will make it work. Her favorite accessory is scarves, long thin ones.
In her school uniform she likes to wear interesting printed socks with yellow kicks and whatever jewelry she can get away with. Her ears are pierced, two holes in each ear.

Anne Williamsen - Grandmother, affectionately referred to as Nana. A retired nurse and the mother to Roxy's mother. After her husband passed away, she came to live with the family so she wouldn't be alone in a big old house. Mainly spends her time quilting, especially at one of the small shops downtown where she is a regular patron and a financial backer (and sometimes teacher to beginner quilters).
Anne is the typical sweet old grandma, sense of humor and can get with the best of them.
Alice Selte - Mother. Continuing the long line of seamstresses, Alice worked in a clothing manufacturing company when products were still made in the United States, when that fell under to go with imports she settled to do business herself and freelance. Most of her wares are sold at boutiques and private clients; its not a huge income but its decent work and allows her to keep doing what she loves. She also helps her mother out with the quilt shop from time to time and Roxy's own ambitions.
Alice is kind of a hard a**, not fond of smart asses but is generally caring when you get through the rough exterior.
John Selte - Father. A Director of Major Accounts at one of the major insurance companies within Destiny City, his clientele is mostly of the business in the city as well as a few across the country who have major dealings with his own company. He honestly doesn't understand half the things the women in the household talk about and tried desperately to get his daughter into sports but kind of failed. John spends a lot of his free time on the golf range and doing crosswords.
John is a very laid back kind of dad, doesn't like to get into confrontations and hates it when he has to be the deal breaker.

. Bela - also known as Mary Read, met her in the Surrounding. A story teller that found herself with the pirate group from time to time. Very easy going, possible awesome friend.
. Fritz - met him in the Surrounding, a sweet very amusing boy. Totally cheered Roxy up the first days they were there.
. Grant - met him in the Surrounding, totally a sweet heart and kind of timid? The pair explored Chronos' castle together.
. Jett - met him in the Surrounding, they shared BLTs together.

. Is the Navigator and tailor of the crew
. Her Bedazzler is her precious, though she lost the one that she got as a birthday present at her sixth birthday at the Surrounding. She was depressed for weeks.
. Knows all the words and dance moves to the song 'Roxie' from the musical Chicago. Being like 10 and having a wonderful opinion of herself, she figured she should know it and still does today.
. Lives in a rather nice neighborhood.
. Her mother is allergic to most animals so the only pets she's been able to have are hamsters and fish.
