It makes NO sense.
I mean, feet are okay, is a good measurement for when you're doing something small, and you're from the past.
But then a mile is a thousand paces of two steps, and the Romans said "okay, a pace if five feet,"
but that depends on so many things like, if peeps are tired, or the size of their feet and legs, etc.
Yup, billions in gold, and a bunch of boredom. Too bad there isn't a unit measure for boredom.
It is a Pikachu item. It also has a couple of black, tiny arms with golden bracelets.
I need those.
Edit: And now the game has music. Oh my.
Edit 2: And it also uses music from zOMG! (like MoGa used before), those bastards.
Especially in baking it's so nonsensical to use these volume measures.
Take flour, for example: do you just pour it into your measuring cup loosely or do you pack it firmly?
It gets more ridiculous with ingredients that have a larger and/or varying 'grain size' ... like nuts or dried fruit or something.
Why not use weight measures instead??
It always reminds me of that scene in A Room With A View where a lot of fuss is made about small change.
... Seems nobody has put it on youtube (they did put up the bathing scene of course ...)
but you could go
here, search for the word "shilling" and then read on from there, if you're curious.
But at least the British stopped
this nonsense in 1971.
I haven't even checked what items I got from this "event".
My thing is at level 8 ... and it's just so stupefying.
How do other people manage to get so much further with this?
I'm not good at being bored.
Haha, the limbs on the animal avatars are so tiny
Ah, so I wasn't the only one who was glad that it didn't have music at first.
At least they put in a mute button this time!
