Draconia St. George
December 1
Only three more weeks until Howliday break...I'm so excited! I've already set aside my beach gear for the trip to Skull Shores.

I definitely need the break. As we move towards the end of the semester, all of my spare time seems to be taken up with studying, studying, studying! And when I'm not studying, I'm tutoring Seven (STILL don't know his real name!) in basically all of his classes. Seven seems to think that he can get by on his casketball skills and charming Scottish brogue, but his grades speak otherwise. I have discovered that he catches on faster if I can find a way to relate what we're studying back to casketball, but that's not easy when you're talking about the Iliad.

Seven actually tried to ask me on a date yesterday during Study Howl, but I explained to him that I simply cannot think about dating until this semester is done. There's just too much work for romance to get in the way. Besides, Seven is much too short! I know it is a bit petty, but I feel that when I do decide to date, it must be with a taller boo. I imagine trying to kiss someone shorter than me would be quite awkward, and unfortunately I am the tallest ghoul in class.

I have managed to see Glen a few times in the last couple weeks, but if he realizes I'm looking at him, he makes that surprised squeaky noise he makes like he thinks water is about to hit him and vanishes from sight. I'm so disappointed that apparently he won't even let me say word one to him...but it's my own fault. I have spied him a couple of times talking to, of all people, Manny Taur...so maybe my being out of the picture helped to smooth that feud over. I'm glad at least for that, though I don't loan much credence to Hellene's theory about Glen and Manny.

Speaking of Hellene, she and Tori e-mauled me some exciting news! At the end of next week, the theatre in the Maul is going to be having a special showing of several of my favourite boosicals in a weekend marathon! 'Groaning in the Rain,' 'Scarespray,' 'West Side Gorey,' 'An American Werewolf in Paris,' and of course, my absolute favorite, 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Dying!' We're going to the Maul tomorrow to preorder our tickets. I wish Glen was coming with us...but of course even if we were still friends that would be silly. Glen hated boosicals. In fact, I don't know any boos who do really enjoy them, and that's a shame.
