Here's a handy guide to all the episode stuffs in order. Especially since now they're scattered everywhere...that way it'll be easier to maneuver.....and then I'll add on the ones for season 2 once they debut.

**Torchwood airs January 16 on BBC Two**

**Torchwood airs January 26 on BBC America**

Quote:

With guest stars including James Marsters (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Smallville), Alan Dale (Ugly Betty, The OC) and Doctor Who's Freema Agyeman, the show will air close to its UK premiere.

Richard De Croce, VP Programming, BBC AMERICA says: Torchwood has legions of loyal fans in the U.S. and we wanted to bring them the next season as soon as possible.

...you're taking the new mod position seriously, I see. xd

Anyway, good job getting these all grouped together. Does this mean you're volunteering to take charge of the Torchwood subforum then?

Well I just like organization and in a few months this will come in handy when all the USers come flooding in. ^^

Plus it was so messy in here! ....there's seriously not much to do here but what little there is I suppose I can. As long as it's not exclusively to here...that would stink cause it's almost dead right now...

I'll volunteer for the Fanfiction subforum as a beta reader person too, just to see how that goes once or twice a week..with exams coming up it's gonna be insane. Just get me writers to PM me with a link to their story they want me to edit and I'll do it. Just one or two though, depending on length.

(I tried to post this earlier but it didn't want to. If it shows up on it's own later, I'm sorry)

Thank you so much for posting these biggrin

I was wondering what this show "Torchwood" was that all the Doctor Who fans were talking about. And thanks to you I don't have to go wandering about the internet forever trying to find an episode. And since you have links to the entire season, now that I realize I like the show, I can just click on the next link and see all the episodes they've done so far.

I'm very very very grateful and totally appreciate this biggrin

(plus now I don't have to wait until September for the "peachy keen" version to play here...a.k.a. the shitty one with every little thing that could possibly be seen as "naughty" taken out of it)

Oh, thanks! I figure since most non-UK people have heard negative comments about the show (deserved or not) that there wouldn't be much activity in this sub-forum.

And there's no telling yet what BBCA will do to the show. They may just dub out the f-word (like they do in televised movies to pull the rating down to pg-13 etc) and shorten some of the more..explicit..scenes so that you don't see anything (a la 2nd episode) >.<

But edited or not, it's pretty clear that Torchwood isn't a clean kiddie show. So I don't think that BBCA has to worry about little kids wanting to watch this, Captain Jack or not.

Yes, although the characters aren't related. The actor in TW is the same in series 1 with the Gelth.

I thought so.

You said it was coming to BBCA in september, right? Aren't they also airing series 2 of Dr. Who in the same month?

I really don't think anything needs to be edited. It is meant for adults, and as that, it really isn't that bad. The violence and sex isn't that graphic (or at least I've seen worse played on cable) and there really isn't that much going on in the "profanity" department...But...like I said...in America everyone is so prudish about what goes on TV.

It doesn't really matter though, because with all these posted we can watch the show how it's meant to be biggrin

Yeah, I'm guessing both airing same day. But in September, yeah.
Plus season 1 on PBS's all over the US (up to meeting Jack now), and season 3 on SciFi finally.

Yup, I'm watching those, do you know where I can find the tv specials they have with David Tennant in them?
