Oh I really liked this one. Suicidal Owen! Sorry, but that kind of made me laugh. Jack was awesome. Gwen was a b***h. She... doesn't deserve to be a main character anymore. ><

*ahem* Anyways. Wow, interest in Torchwood must really be dimming. No one has even made this topic yet. >>;

After this episode, I'm starting to develop a burning dislike for Gwen.

Gwen seems more pathetic then dislikeable to me. Only because she does everything she can to fix things, without actually DOING anything to fix things.

Seriously, tis sad really.

I liked the whole bit about Jack always thinking he knew what was right for everyone. It really does seem like he feels that way, and its kinda sad to me.

I think Gwen is gonna move out/get Rhys to move out, depending on who owns their flat.

Does anyone think the Doctor will make an apperance in the last episodes of this series?

I'm thinking the 12th and 13th episodes will be a two part finnale, like in Doctor Who.

I can't really say I enjoyed it that much. It seemed a bit too slow to get going...

I really liked this episode, even while I was squirming uncomfortably in my seat. I love the way Gwens life is imploding because of her involvement with Torchwood. She's kind of living Murphy's Law. Whatever can go wrong, Will.
It's like a train wreck, you cringe every time something goes wrong but you just can't look away. Nothing she does turns out quite the way it's supposed to, the simplest things go horribly wrong.

For the record, I don't think she's going to leave Rhys and I don't think he's going to leave her. I think he's going to die. Another car in the train wreck of Gwen's life...and this will give her and Jack something to bond over as well.
Just a thought.

Yep. That's her exactly. And she is shown crying over someone in the next ep... Woo trainwreck!

My reaction after seeing this episode:

1. Gwen's become a real b#^&$

2. Oh, look, it's Fight Club. With Weevils.

I wasn't really all that thrilled with this episode. Maybe I'm just getting irritated with the main characters... especially Gwen and Owen. I'm starting to wish that Torchwood ended after just one season, and Jack goes back to being the Doctor's companion.

I like torchwood, but i didn't like this episode much. They'd obviously seen Fight Club prior to writing this.

Oh yeah, I liked this one (uuhh..but I don't think I haven't liked any of them). It is kind of Fight Club-ish, but then again, there are a bunch of different series that do an episode like this (underground fighting club).

Yep, I liked this one a fair deal.

Weevils are in it, isn't that a good enough reason? No?

Oh, well then, I just thought that it was very well performed, and Noel Clarke (Mickey from Who) wrote it which proves that, on top of being a good actor, he is also a fair writer.

And the fight club concept, whilst not being the most original, is still pretty cool. Really shows us how the human race is becoming a species of morbidly depressed beings who risk their lives fighting aliens to fill voids bigger than the plot-holes in the plot of Cyberwoman, in their lives.

In all, a good ep.

Oh, Noel Clarke wrote this? I thought it seemed different than most others..

That hour went by pretty fast, which I suppose is good..

This show is getting more nihilistic by the episode.. my dad thinks so too.

I quite dislike Owen and now I don't like Gwen too much either. Sheesh. -_-;;

Poor Jack. Can't die. So he sends Ianto after the Weevil. Go figure.

La Fantome de le opera

Scene: -Owen and Mark walk into that building-
Whole Family: FIGHT CLUB!
Me: With weevils! 8D

I'm serious, we all said it at the same time. Once again, Gwen. I REALLY do not like her. I seriously think she overdosed him on the retcon. xD Maybe enough so that he'll have super amnesia, possibly die from drug overdose? ....Nah, but lovely thought, ain't it? I agree he's definitely going to die soon.

And the previews for the next episode? YAY! 8D

I loved how they named the weevil Janet. It amuses me so. xD 'I didn't think he looked like a Barbara.'

Yeah, I got to that part and me and my dad were all: "Fight club".. even though I'd no idea it was a movie or w/e. xd

I think Reese should die or something.. it's just getting annoying.. Gwen has Reese but she's sometimes with Owen who has little flings with other people. Gwen clearly is not gonna shape up if she's gonna confess and then freaking RETCON him. She just doesn't wanna feel guilty anymore...

And next week.. even though I've seen it already.. Jack and Jack!
Tosh is weirding out and we finally get to find out a TON about Jack's past.
Of course, I'm not a shipper in this show, and I don't much like Jack/Jack...but I suppose it's a good episode...it'll be interesting to see my dad's reactions to it all.. he didn't like that one little bit in Cyberchick where Jack revived Ianto or whatever it was... ><;;
