xxx◢ The Best ◣
❥ Insightful: Lulu can often look past what a person is saying and connect them with events. It's easy for her to spot manipulation and see through to someone's proper intention. While she might not know why someone is lying, she can often get a sense for when they are doing so. She rarely calls anyone out on their fibbing, but she'll often walk away from these sorts of situations.
❥ Passionate: When Lulu discovers something or someone that she likes it's quite clear that she has a strong desire to be around that 'thing' or 'someone'. She dives into her work and can be stuck studying for long periods of time. She loves to discuss her work with others as well, after all, sharing is caring. She can be affectionate with her close friends and even lovers. However, she can seem a bit distant and shy around less known individuals and strangers.
❥ Altruistic: Lulu would be willing to sacrifice anything for herself if it meant saving just one life. They say that there is no true altruism in the world, and that's probably the case. Lulu always feels very satisfied with herself when she helps out another person. In a way, it's her repaying the kindness shown to her by another person in her past.
xxx◢ The Worst ◣
❥ Sensitive: Lulu is very sensitive to criticism and especially conflict. She likes to think of herself as a fairly peaceful and likable person. So when someone challenges her views it's a very quick and easy way to upset her. Seeing violence tends to be the quickest way to shut her down and she's often the quiet one during arguments.
❥ Private: Lulu would much prefer to talk about others than to talk about herself. This can make it hard for people to get close to her, but she's doesn't have a past that she likes to talk about. She'd be happy to talk to you and try to give you advice on your own problems though.
❥ Easily Stressed: If there is anyone out there that worries more than Lulu, she'd be quite surprised to meet them. She tends to be a bit paranoid on and day to day basis. She considers herself a bit scatterbrained and often checks and double checks to make sure she has all of her things before leaving the house.
xxx◢ Hobbies ◣
❥ Gardening: Lulu seems to have a naturally talented green-thumb. She always felt really at home outside in nature and thus she likes to tend to a variety of plants. Her apartment might seem like a bit of a jungle to those who come inside. She likes to grow her own seasonal vegetables as well.
❥ Running/Jogging: Lulu was in track growing up, she's always enjoyed the fresh air and thrill of just running. She's always been fairly speedy, but didn't continue with track in college. Instead she likes to go out for jogs to keep in shape and destress.
❥ Crafting/Baking: Lulu has a passion for cute projects. She has a hallway closet full of paint, ribbons, glitter, hot glue guns, old wine bottles, and a bunch of junk that she can turn into cute objects. This goes hand in hand with her baking. Her cookies are too cute to eat, she loves to make tall, adorably decorated cakes.

❥ Eyes: Red in color, a little more on the narrow side. Usually shy looking and avoiding the gaze of others.
❥ Hair: Shoulder length, pink, and curly.
❥ Build: Lulu is small, she stands at 5'0" and barely has any curves. A simple B-cup, and usually hidden under baggy shirts.
❥ Fashion: Lulu dresses in loose and comfortable clothing. High-waisted shorts, flats, and loose fitting tops are by far her favorite. When she has to dress up she's partial to knee-length dresses, normally with floral patterns on them.

❥ Range: Up to six-feet from Isolda
❥ Effect: Isolda forms a gun shape with her right hand and kisses the tip of it, calling out her attack she points at an enemy and a heart shaped shot fires at the enemy and if it hits the target that are momentarily dazed by Isolda's attractiveness. This can be interpreted in any number of ways by the enemy, it doesn't necessarily have to be like "DANG. She's hot", it could be "omigosh she's too cute to harm" or "Can't I be her friend instead?" They might even be tempted to walk toward her, unaware of the danger. This attack can be dodged, or intercepted. As well, more powerful Senshi can come to their senses quicker.
❥ Purpose: To distract an enemy. Maybe give Isolda enough courage to counter attack? Of course, it hard to hit someone that like you! Ahhh. Also, while a target is fixated on her, they are left open to attacks from Isolda's allies.
❥ Duration: 15 Seconds, can be used twice.
xxx◢ Super Sailor Scout Attack - Charm Beam ◣ [LOCKED]
❥ Range: Up to eight-feet from Isolda
❥ Effect: Isolda forms a gun shape with her right hand and kisses the tip of it, calling out her attack she points at an enemy and a heart shaped shot fires at the enemy and if it hits the target that are momentarily dazed by Isolda's attractiveness. ❥ Effect: Isolda calls the name of her attack and hits an enemy (contact anywhere works!) Her hands glow with a pink energy that passes from her hand and to the enemy when she lands a hit. They are than dazed and 'attracted' to Isolda. Their attention is zoomed in on her. This can be interpreted in any number of ways by the enemy, it doesn't necessarily have to be like "DANG. She's hot", it could be "omigosh she's too cute to harm" or "Can't I be her friend instead?" Or even as something like "Okay, take this one out first." This attack can be dodged or intercepted. A More powerful Senshi can come to their senses quicker.
❥ Purpose: A combo of a physical attack + some distraction as well. Also, while a target is fixated on her, they are left open to attacks from Isolda's allies.
❥ Duration: 30 Seconds, however if the enemy takes an attack from another source they can break out of the daze instantly. Can be used twice.

xxx◢ Events in Lulu's Life ◣
Lulu has no idea who her real parents are or what happened to them that she landed up in an adoption center. About the only thing she knows of where she comes from is that fact that she was born in Kyoto, Japan. She was two-years old before she was adopted into a very old, wealthy family from America. The couple that adopted her were unable (at least they tried hard several other ways first) to have their own children. Her mother came from a family that owned a company that worked on developing new medical equipment, but sometimes dabbled in other areas as well. Her father came from old money and worked as a detective before marrying his lovely wife and joining her company. It had been passed down through generations and so Lulu spent the early part of her life trying to live up to those expectations.
Needless to say it was pretty hard. Not the schooling. School was easy. But the pressure she felt from her own parents was even worse when they had their relatives around. She tried to imagine what it must have been like for her parents, to have their parents look at them and hate them for not being able to produce a proper heir to their fame and fortune. She worked as hard as she could to impress her family, but she always seemed to be one step behind.
When she was ten things changed and the unthinkable happened and her Mom became pregnant. She could see the relief in the eyes of all her family. Suddenly, it was like she didn't even matter in their world. Everything revolved around the child growing in her mother's womb. It was the first time she ever experienced jealousy. It was not a safe pregnancy, her mother was sick and in bed for a majority of it. When Lulu tried to spend time with her, she was told it would only be a bother. The maids became responsible for her after that. Her father worked late without her mother to go to work with him. It was lonely, even though her mother was only ever a few doors away from her.
The worst happened when he little brother was born, her mother passed away. You would think the newly born child would be blamed for that, but no. He was a god-send in the eyes of his father and grandparents. All of the responsibility that had been on her shoulder's for eight years, suddenly shifted. It was almost like being free, but not quite. She'd never get the acceptance from her family, so she simply moved on to doing her own things while maintaining good grades in school. She helped to raise her baby brother when she could, after all she was a bright child and a good tutor.
Things changed for her father as his son grew up as well. As she grew older she came to understand that her maternal grandparents blamed him for what had happened to their daughter. The only good thing that had come from him, in their eyes, was his own Son. Someone they could raise and bring into the family fold. They started to shut him out of things, deciding most of the important steps in his son's future.
Lulu was never able to become close to her baby brother. Their moments together were only spent studying or eating family dinners. During family gatherings he was always shuffled around from one family member to the next, while she sat in a corner and kept to herself. This isn't to say they never tried to spend time together, but what few moments they got never lasted long. Could anyone blame her for being jealous? She never hated him, but in a way he never quite felt like her brother. As the years went by, she was surprised the family didn't cut her out all together. At least, when she turned eighteen and graduated High School they set her up in a nice apartment and just let her do whatever she wanted. Her brother will one day take over their Company and continue on the family legacy. While she can do as she pleases. Have an easy life! As if she could....
There might just be more to her family than she realizes.

211 Isolda is a very large, dark main-belt asteroid. It is classified as a C-type asteroid and is probably composed of primitive carbonaceous material. It was discovered by Austrian astronomer Johann Palisa on December 10, 1879, in Pola, and named after Isolde, heroine of the legend of Tristan and Iseult.

❥ Planet type: Mostly made up of gentle rolling hills with naturally formed lakes and rivers. The main city of Iseult is built up along a tall mountain. The city rises as you get closer to the main castle. Down the center of the city runs a long waterfall that splits the castle in two. The Castle is famous for it's connected twin towers, where you can cross the bridges and feel the mist from the falls.

xxx◢ Grandparents ◣
❥ Kris Katler: Kris Katler has been running the family business for years and nothing has ever frustrated him more than the death of his only child, Emma. After her passing he had to take the reins over, but somehow he always expected he'd be working until his own death. He tends to be a bit of a bitter and gruff man, certainly not someone easy to please/ Unless you're his grandson, Heath. Lulu and him have never had a great relationship and probably never will.
❥ Minnie Katler: Minnie in her younger years was a well-known model and tried for a while to develop her own fashion line. Even before meeting and eventually marrying Kris she had her own money. When she grew out of modeling and couldn't quite cut it with her own business though, she was happy to latch onto the first rich guy that proposed to her. Lulu would refer to them as a power couple and they're definitely not people you want to mess with. She avoids them when she can
and only sees them when she has to.
❥ Harrison Flowers: Harrison and Mary are honestly quite the lovely couple, Lulu probably would have been abandoned by Katler family after her mother's death if not for them. They have always been a couple with old money, but Harrison had his own P.I. business back in the day. He even worked his way through law school as well. He's generally a cheerful man, but has grown to mistrust his son's parents-in-laws.
❥ Mary Wilburn-Flowers: Mary comes from a small family herself. The story of how she met Harrison is sort of an old-timey Romance novel that would make anyone's hearts melt these days. She was a nurse, Harry came in with an injury, she patched him up, and so on. Lulu has heard the story more times than she can count, but she doesn't mind.
xxx◢ Parents ◣
❥ Emma Katler-Flowers: Emma was honestly a wonderful mother, Lulu sometimes wonders what she would have truey been like without the pressure of her family behind her. She could be stern, but was always kind and generous whenever she had the chance. Lulu honestly felt like she was her real mother even after she was shut away from her during her pregnancy. The worst part was never getting to say goodbye to her mother before she passed away. She'll always feel like there was this huge distance between them in the end.
❥ Jonathan Flowers: Jon was always the scattered-brained parent. Before he met his wife he was an excellent detective and worked hard to protect those he could reach in the Destiny City. He could never score a win with his wife's parents however. The pressure of it all was surely enough to break him, but he somehow manages to go on. Lulu has noticed the depressed look in his eyes as of late and had been trying to be there for him as much as she can, knowing that the Katler's have cut him out of a lot of his son's life.

❥ Heath Flowers: [8 years old] Heath is definitely a spoiled child, but at the same time a lot is expected of him as he grows. He's really just a child right now, but he seems more mature than his age. Lulu has had a hard time getting close to him, because he's on a very strict schedule.
