History Niko grew up living in the peaceful valley of Motterossa where most of the residents knew one another through the school or the community. He had gone exploring in the mountains a few times, with his one pokemon back then, to learn more about herbal medicine since that's all he wrote about for research projects for his school. Since he had learned all that he could about medicine in his home town, he thought it was a great idea to move into the city after graduation.
Present It took Niko a few tries before he got hired. They saw him as a 'young kid entering the working world.' Some places thought that he was not qualified enough since he had little to no work experience. Within that time of unemployment, he had decided to workout to tone up his muscles to look more refined. When he got hired to work at a pharmacy inside a pokemon center, he quit his part time job at the public library. He's been working full time for a year now and had the opportunity to work with advanced technologies/equipments and colleagues that shared the same passion as him. He even managed to gain valuable work experience in the medical department of the pokemon center. Over time he had 'captured' a few more stray pokemon throughout his travels while visiting his family back home away from the city. Turns out that he has unintentionally formed a small party of pokemon with unique markings and colourations.
Personality He's pretty chill and doesn't mind company. If your pokemon needs healing or needs a little revive, he's the one to go to. If pokemon are hungry he would never make anyone pay for giving them food to eat.
Occupation Niko works at a pharmacy inside a pokemon center. He is hard working to become a better trainer and healer.

Personality Max will judge trainers and pokemon all the same. He has a hard time trying to cope with strangers. He just does not trust them. This usually results in him making himself look feral by acting all aggressive towards strangers. He is always up for a battle or two.
- I hadn't decided on it's it's sex. It was bred back before the trainer class advancement conditions were changed, so I was going to have a mini-event thing to decide on it. People would have proposed one of their Pokemon as a match for the next (theoretical) breeding slots, and I would have picked one based on whether I thought their colors and markings would produce attractive offspring, and whether the other player was also a breeder looking to become accredited, using that to set it's gender. Getting a breeding slot with this pokemon, no matter what the outcome, would have Accredited Cael, and since it is guaranteed to pas a CV gene down, it would have been a good match for any up and coming breeder. But that doesn't matter now! It's all RP based. ^^' - Cael's naming convention is: Hard "c" or "k" with an "childish" fantasy-cool theme, long form registered (breeder) names, 2 part certed name, one word use name. For example, Cloudrunners registered name would be something like "Cloudrunner Hoarcoat of Cragsholm" but she is certed as "Cloudrunner", and Cael tends to call her just "Cloud". - I haven't quite settled on a name for my riolu. I was thinking possibly "Kitetail" or "Kitechaser", with a use name of "Kite"? . . ( maybe . . . Kitechaser Eboncape or something. I'm not sure if I want to have all Cael's self-bred pokemon be "of Cragsholm" or not.) My best advice would be to pick a use name you like and work around it, if you really want it's name to sound like it fits in?

-Cael is technically a Watcher/Breeder on paper, since he's mimicking his guardian(the researcher/breeder), but if were possible, he'd be a Traveler, too. XD I imagined that the riolu were born after Cael had left the researcher's compound for a while. If you wanted to have your character obtain your riolu at the researcher's location, you could say he'd come back to check in with the old man, puppies in tow, or you could probably choose any other location, possibly say you'd met him at a pokemon center, abandoned building, or even a campground, crossroads, or clearing.. or even standing, staring, dumbstruck in the center of a warmer southern city in full winter gear. XD
*in the future he can definitely breed with this pretty starry raichu. but for now he needs to help build a stronger character+pokemon interaction/development with his trainer and try to get along with the others in his party.
