Roll a Ten: Playground Field: The field looks like an average playground. Grass mostly covers the field floor, but sand surrounds the areas where the jungle gym, see-saw, swing set, merry-go-round, monkey bars, and trapeze rings are set. Scattered around the field are a baseball, a soccer ball, a football, and many other types of balls. A tree stands at one corner of the playground with a tire swing hanging from its strongest branch. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to NORMAL type attacks.

Lenore walked into the stadium with a pokeball in hand. She threw it out, releasing Lana'thel into the playground. The diancie looked around the unfamiliar surroundings with curiosity.

Skyweaver was snugly sleeping inside his pokeball until he felt the pull of being summoned. The little riolu popped out of his ball as Niko called his name.
Dazed and confused, he looked around the surroundings. Not too bad> Lots of tall soft grass and lots of balls! Oh does he love to chase after balls. Instinctively he chased after the closest ball in his view.
His eyes shifted as he held a ball in his mouth and jumped around in the grass. There was a figure up ahead. It was something he had never seen before. AND IT WAS FLOATING AND STARING AT HIM!
Tail curled inward. He shook a little and dropped the ball. Where is Niko why is he not here? Little soft whimpers was heard coming from the riolu and it was then that he realised that he was having his first battle...

Niko whipped out his pokedex to try and get some information out of him but alas, very little was known about Diancies. Except for the fact that is a legendary possessing rock/fairy traits.
"Well this ought to be interesting," he said to no one but himself. "I wonder how Ryuu would fair facing a legendary as his fist battle. Like, I didn't mean to but Milo is nowhere to be found at the moment."
He looked a bit worried as he took another look at Ryuu. Well here goes nothing. "Ryuu use Iron Tail!" The little pup head the command and crawled his way on over to the legendary and launched his attack before running away to keep distance again.

The stones that made up Lana'thel's body cracked upon the impact of the iron tail, and she flew backwards. Quickly righting herself, she took aim at the riolu and sent a pillar of condensed light at the fighting-type.

"AWROooo! " the little pup did not like that blinding light beamed at him. Squinting his eyes, he backed away just a little, and ran straight towards the Diancie again, and tried his best to give it another slap with his Iron Tail.

Lenore called out to Lana'thel to dodge. The diancie floated out of the way of the iron tail before firing another blast of light at the riolu.

The riolu missed his target and plopped down into the playground;s field and landed softly without much scratches. It was after all, a well designed playground almost like a daycare.
"RYUU WATCH OUT!" screamed Niko at the top of his lungs, as he noticed the legendary trying to moonblast his pokemon again. The riolu closed his eyes and turned around, his back facing his opponent, and crouched low against the grass. Luckily it was a miss!
"GRrrrr! " A little growling sound was heard as Ryuu attempts to try and win this match against the floating pokemon in the air. It was hard to keep even footing with this opponent. Turning his head around, he waited for Niko to command his next move.
"Use Iron Tail again! Blink your eyes if you have to!" Upon hearing that, the little pup stared at the green grass blinking a few times and took off. He ran and took a leap into the air and swished his tail.

Lenore looked on as the riolu slammed its tail into the diancie again, and bits of rock fell to the floor as the legendary was sent into the swing set. "Push it away with Psychic, Lana!" The diancie had to concede this was a wise move, and sent telekinetic force at Ryuu.

The riolu began to wag his tail as he saw the Diancie swing back and forth on the swings. Although it was a battle, the little pup was still young and loves to play. He stood there still watching Lana'thel as he wagged his tail.
It was then that Niko became dumbfounded. This pup definitely was a strange one as well. "Ryuu what are you doing silly, now is not the time. You can play later," he called from the trainer's box. Are all my pokemon this strange?
Niko shook his head to clear his mind. Maybe it's just my imagination... "RYUU USE BULLDOZE!"
"Riioo! " howled the pup and attacked everything in his surroundings. Balls went flying everywhere!

"Use psychic, Lana!" Lenore called out her command from the trainer box, and the diancie complied, causing all the balls to freeze in the air before rocketing towards the riolu.

The riolu watched in shock as his favourite toys froze in midair and began to pelt like rockets towards him. He dodged one, but could not dodge the rest, and before he could run away the balls had made a pyramid on top of him.
He wriggled and crawled with all his might to get out and hid behind the pile of iced balls.
"Okay Ryuu@! Now is your chance! Diancie can not see you! Use Iron Tail again!" shouted Niko, halfway leaned out of the box in excitement.
The pup stopped wagging his tail and charged with all he had running around the frozen balls and jumped into the air again. He spun himself as he got closer to Lana and swished his tail hoping that his move was a direct hit.

Lana'thel was hit by the iron tail once more, and the sun above the stadium reflected off the crystals on her body. Grinning tiredly, she maneuvered in mid-air to shine light at the riolu.

Ryuu too, was running out of stamina. He stuck his tongue out of his mouth as he panted. Even he could sense that his opponent was growing tired from battling for so long.
He looked over at the legendary and to no surprise, it started to blind him again! He pawed his eyes trying to shade it and rolled around in the grass. It was now that he wished that Niko would command him to do something else besides having to run and jump and attack...
Niko saw his pup roll around in the grass after being flashed by bright light again. "Hmm what to do," he wondered. Both pokemon were low on health. It was just a matter of time before either one collapses first. "Avoid the beams Ryuu! Use DIG!" he shouted.
The pup digged and began to try and hide underground.
