Ch. 4: A Chance Encounter
“AH!” The Captain exclaims as the sleigh suddenly veers to the left. You’re jostled in your seat, thrown either into the person next to you or nearly out of the sleigh itself. The forms of several pokemon blur by the front of the sleigh, and the sides.
Disclaimer: image is motion-blurred and may cause minor headaches if you stare at it too long, so don't.
The Captain yelps again. “Do something, trainers!”
Prompt 4
If you have a pokemon not pulling the sleigh, feel free to RP them attacking or protecting the sleigh. Either way, once a pokemon shows itself, post the code below and you'll be entered in a flaffle for that pokemon! You have until midnight EST to respond, if you win this counts as your one pokemon for the event, and winners will be rolled at the end of the event, like all of the other events.
*You may only participate in this swarm if you have posted 3 or more times during the ORP!*
If you do not see your name on a list, it may be because you did not post at least 3 times before the chapter 4 post.
The jolt of electricity arcs towards the side of the trail, and a Delibird bursts from some bushes and flys over the sleigh. On it’s way over the sleigh, it drops presents on the trainers below, lands, then starts waddling quickly next to the sleigh. One of the presents explodes, but the rest are berries! Thank goodness. Hopefully nothing bad was going to happen, like your means of transportation shattered, and having to walk in the snow and freezing cold to your final destination…
A dark-type attack whipped past the first Delibird, which let out a squawk. A second Delibird appeared, bruised since it had been the one to take a hit from the dark-type attack. Like it's friend, it threw presents as it soared over the sleigh, then landed on the other side to run next to the sleigh.

While the trainers were distracted by the two Delibird, another growling form emerged from the sides of the forest, and began to run behind the sleigh. It snapped it's jaws at the humans riding it. If anyone in the sleigh were to look back, they would see:
"I think there's something behind us now, too!" The Captain called out.

It streaked forward and started running at the head of the pack of pokemon pulling the sleigh. It gave a cheeky grin and stuck out its tongue at the pokemon behind it.
