It had been a while since Niko had a three day weekend off from his full time job at the pokemon center.
Without having wasted any time, he already had a lot of things planned, and a lot of chores tackled and done with.
Today though, however, he wanted to spend more time getting to know the little Riolu, that he had received from his journey up north delivering a package at the secret base, and the always sleeping Milo of his.
The sun seemed to be on his side as it shone brightly in the sky. Only a few puffs of clouds were seen floating on by as he walked out of his apartment and onto the sidewalk with a piece of paper in his hand. On it, was an address and a phone number to a brand new opening celebration of a daycare. Niko had heard lots of positive feedback about daycares and it seems like the safest place to be inside to play with his two pokemon, without having to worry about them getting into accidents like getting hit by an oncoming car or a rampaging Tyrunt.
He kept Milo inside his pokeball as he walked but summoned Ryuu out of his ball. The little pup was rather clingy and shy so Niko was confident that he would just follow after him as he walked. Besides, they both could use some fresh air and get used to the environment since they are living in Katerina now.
