Rules 'n' What-notOpen for submissions until Sunday February 9th at 10pm EST. If I am not online for whatever reason to roll at that time, I will accept posts until I officially get online to close and roll!
This raffle is for civilian art only!
You can enter for a new character AND alternate civilian art, however you can only win once. Please only use one post.
No proxies.
Check out the Art Cooldown Registry and make sure you're clear to enter.
All entrants must have their quest posted in the Applications Quests subforum, or the Approved Quests subforum. [Note: It does not have to be approved, but it has to be posted and completely filled out]
Please use the forms below.
All Newbies [1 character or less] will receive one extra ticket!
If you have RPed between January 1st, 2014 - February 6th, 2014 you will receive one extra ticket!
Please note that I will not be accepting completely-CC forms for this round! I need at least some inspiration/description/something to work with.
