Name: Emily Wren Wiley
Nickname: Spatzi (From her brother), Little Bird (From her father), Emily-the-small, Wren (Mostly her aunt and Uncle to tell the two ladies apart really)
Age: 18
Birthday: April 15
Sign: Aries
Gemstone: Diamond~
Blood Type: AB+
Fav. Food: Bacon, sushi, any and all baked sweets, especially Uncle Tom's beignets, or her daddy's scones.
Hated Food: Chili peppers, Marmite/Vegemite, over-greasy food.
School: Horizon Institute for Technology and Science
Hobbies: Reading - Emily grew up in an environment with a single father (whom was a bookworm himself), and her aunt and uncle, who have had multiple children since she was born... Starting the same year honestly. Reading is a quiet activity she can do without her cousins climbing on her shoulders or into her lap to look for something and something her own brother doesn't find interesting enough to bother her for. As for tastes... Emily loves fantasy, mythology, and science fiction novels with the smattering of classics, from 1984 to Asimov, to Harry Potter, and more. Emily also enjoys reading to learn new skills, despite persistently bugging her father for assistance with projects or books anyhow.
Technology - Broad a definition as it is, Emily likes to do science. Specifically, she favors computer sciences and engineering, and fully plans to earn herself a dual major. Emily likes running programs she writes on her computer to see how they work, or to pull jokes on her oldest cousins, or turning around and buying a model kit and supplies to try making it move remotely (this fails so far), and so forth. Emily will even sit and read tech books, watch tech shows, and, alas, even look up tech factoids as often as possible and then test them. Sadly this also means she will often screech if Wikipedia is wrong. The taste began as a small girl on her father's knee while he worked himself, or probably during a family movie night watching Short Circuit.
Baking and decorating cakes - Emily does enjoy baking. It is a thing and it is a fun thing. Mostly, she likes to make cakes, and learned from her Uncle and Aunt how to make them when she was little during winter, when she couldn't go out and play long for risk of getting pneumonia, and as she grew she worked to get better decorating cakes. While she can make other things, Emily's developed a fondness of making cake and has turned to making a surprisingly detailed cake when nervous or anxious-- including plenty of frosting and fondant decorations.
Video Games - Emily adores gaming, especially old classics from the NES and SNES. She passed a lot of time sick with the 'winter plague', or pneumonia, playing video games, especially with her cousin, or brother, or father, and tends to have a spot for gaming in her squishy, beady little heart. The girl generally turns to gaming as a comfort, or if bored, carrying a portable system with her, if not her MP3 player.
Music - While Emily has no talent for playing it, or singing, she absolutely adores listening to it. Music is an outlet, inspiration, and a means of venting, especially hard rock or rock in general. Part of her addiction was caused by hearing 'Enter Sandman' from her brother's room, and she was quickly addicted. Secretly, she loves being sung to. Not like she'll ever admit it.
Virtues:
Hard Working - We will build towers in a day.
There is a job that is to be done, and Emily Wren has a strong work ethic. This young woman will sit down to most tasks, and plow through, making the effort, putting the elbow grease in to ensure it gets done. She enjoys the satisfaction of getting the work before her done, and the satisfaction of knowing she gave it her everything. Emily works hard, and it is a point of pride.
Compassionate - I only want to help
Emily cares about the happiness and well being of others. Your needs and wants are important to her, and she cares how you feel. While some may have bad traits, it doesn't mean you're a bad person, simply someone who might not have made the best choices, and that can happen to anybody. Don't feel bad! She will reach out to others to help them, and try to be their friend, a shoulder to lean on, and depend on. She doesn't ask for anything in return, simply to see that nobody is alone, or hurt, or forgotten. She wants to be your friend, and she's very hurt if a person she calls friend rebukes her.
Creative - If you change the working parts, you get a different machine
Emily is.. Creative. Smart, but she thinks creatively, trying new methods and techniques to improve her situation - or her tasks, or even in topics. She thinks outside the box often and comes up with some really different ideas of doing things. Someone tagging your house? Coke and Mentos that sucker. Cat stealing your fish dinner? Bait that little blighter away with a minnow or something and then take him to animal control in a cat carrier. She likes to think of new, different approaches, and likes to see them through to the end.
Protective They waited so long for this day, someone to take the death away
Emily is highly protective of her people. Friends, family - Emily wants to care for and protect them, see to it they are safe. To that end... It's something she feels strongly about, something that can drive her to push her already dedicated working personality into overdrive. For all of her social awkward, she can cast it off to turn around and stand up for someone - friends, family... And sometimes, someone she thinks is unfairly treated. While she doesn't have a hero complex, she does see standing up for others to be the right think to do, and she will act accordingly.
Flaws:
No self-worth - Whether truth or lies it gets said all the same!
Emily often cannot see her own value. Her self esteem is quite low and she values others above herself, and is usually numb to the words of others whom may otherwise know better or whom are close to her, even her own family and friends. And she is harsh and cruel to herself -- comparing herself to the unwanted, estranged parts of the family she is nothing like, or belittling her own accomplishments. There is always someone better, and it isn't herself -- and she has a hard time hearing that, with no problem being candid about her own shortcomings.
Vindictive- If you think that you can run, if you think that you can stand...
Emily doesn't anger easily. Normally a fairly cheerful if open person, if you touch Emily's People, if you wrong her seriously enough, then thegirl's malicious, vengeful, vindictive side will emerge. She will do what it takes to take revenge - no, not murder - but your social life might be eternally screwed, or your business meeting may go badly. She will find a way to make someone pay for their wrong, and then act on it, careful to avoid arrest or law violations along the way, and if she's angry... You'll know. You will know she is coming for you.
Tactless/Blunt - Can you question who's to blame?
Emily has no sense of tact more often than not, nor does she really have a sense of when to sugarcoat more often than not. Although it was encouraged to be less... Forward and blunt, if Emily makes an observation, she makes an observation, even if it means telling someone she can see their underwear in public, or that they have a plumber's crack, ETC. She doesn't really seem terribly ashamed either -- she'll say things with a straight face, and probably with a borderline deadpan tone.
Socially Awkward - What was her name?
Emily grew up homeschooled with her oldest cousin and brother. As such, Emily isn't very good with people, even though she enjoys and relishes others. She's open, kind, and friendly, and suffers horribly from foot-in-mouthitus - or from staring at a societal norm wondering what to do about it because she's never seen it before - or just being somewhat out of touch with what's going on, simply because her life experiences are isolated, leaving her to try sorting things out on the fly - fine for non-social activities, horrible when it comes down to people. And while she's a nice and compassionate person.... She doesn't entirely know how to express it properly.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Large, Almond-shaped eyes in a very dark, rich blue. Think blue sapphires.
Hair: Emily's hair is curly and a nice, medium brown that's warm in sunlight. It stops at the botton of her shoulderblades; and her bangs part in the middle, most of them brushed to her left. Sometimes she'll wear a gray fedora, just to look dapper like her father, but not often - only when dressed up.
Face: Emily has a heart-shaped face with high cheek bones and a slightly squared jaw. Her nose is upturned and medium to small, and her skin is slightly pale, like someone who doesn't get out much. She has distinct Romanian features mixed in, mostly into her face shape directly, making it an imperfect hart and giving her thick, dark lashes and a medium sized mouth with broader, thicker lips (Simply not too thick). Her ears are normal sized, however she has piercings in each bearing silver studs, though one ear has an extra piercing on the top, with a small thin chain connected. Emily also wears lipstick, typically dark gunmetal lipstick or pink lipstick, and gray eyeshadow.
Clothes: Outside her HITS uniform, Emily wears a few things. She does, however, work blue - dark blue - or gray, or both into everything. Her first favored outfit is much like her father-- a gray suit with a dark blue blouse, penny loafers, and well tailored to her form. The second is far more surprising. She'll see no problem throwing a leather biking jacket over an oversized white tee, and blue jeans on with motorcycling boots on, especially on her days off from school to go out and do things - like ride her bike everywhere in creation with her cousin. She's not a big fan of prints, but sometimes snarky pop culture will work its way in.

Senshi: Sailor Elpis, Senshi of Metal Challenge: With hands of iron there's not a task we couldn't do. Fuku Colour: Main Color: Dark navy blue Secondary Color: Silver-Gray Fuku: Collar -- Lays on shoulders; not very big though. Connects to her bodice up top. I'd really, really like it to look like a suit collar. More on how it lays bows., Bow -- Would prefer a bolo tie for the front 'bow'. It has a black cord, silver metal tips, and the clasp metal base looks like this bugger however, on it there's a gemstone with a look similar to this and the glamourous (HA) tips are basically this and not terribly fancy. The gem itself shouldn't be the same colour as the navy or gray, but instead it really would look more like a piece of metal, or similar. Combined with the collar, the bolo tie would look like this. For the back, the same navy wraps around her waist and ties in the back in a bow. Minus patterns This is perfectly good and the best reference for it in shape. It should be plain, with nothing really drawing attention to it, with short tails. Bodice -- Traditional white, however the bodice is a sleeveless turtleneck. At the waist, and slightly under the ribbon for the bow, but up to just under the breasts is a wait cinch corset in blue. There is no embroidery at stage 1, but as for the front it has a zip-up styled front or similar-- the clasp would not be visible. Sleeves -- There are no sleeves Neo. Brooch -- If she has a bolo tie, something on the clasp of it - preferably that looked metallic. If it's a bow and bolo ties for a bow don't fly, a nice brooch with a gem in the center works- much as if the bolo tie clasp mentioned above was on the bow instead. I really like the style, okay. Bottoms -- A skirt like THIS only a little higher up top, over tights. Skirt would be gray, leggings blue and opaque. Tiara -- Braided gray leather wrapped around her head like a circlet. Bits of metal may be worked in, including iron, silver, and gold. Choker -- None- anything like that is covered up by her top. Shoes -- Stompy Boots. but less shiny than these- leather. They stop mid-calf and the laces are gray. The boots themselves are black, honestly. Gloves -- blue like These - with silvery metal plates, plain, bolted onto the back of her hands, and the clasps are silver. Accessories -- She wears facepaint-- black under the eyes directly and pointing slightly back towards her ears., with black lipstick. Her civilian piercings would remain, although elements of metal things could be worked in. Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Iron Spray Surprise Sailor Elpis faces an opponent, summoning chunks of iron ore into her hands. She then throws the chunks at an enemy's feet, where they burst apart into pieces of shrapnel. The chunks are sharp, and can cut through much less durable fabrics (Mostly silks or thin, cotton) and scratch skin, for a good deal of pain. Lasts 20 seconds before the iron ore disappears. Sailor Elpis can use this attack three times a day, though each time the cluster of ore is smaller. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Steel Spray Surprise Sailor Elpis faces an opponent, summoning chunks of steel into her hands before throwing them at an opponent's feet where they burst apart into pieces of shrapnel. The chunks are sharp, and can cut through fabrics (Except for leather or denim or similar) and cut skin for a good deal of pain. Lasts 30 seconds before the steel disappears. Sailor Elpis can only use this three times a day, with the steel clusters shrinking each time. Eternal Sailor Attack: Metal Rain Sailor Elpis forms a large ball of various summoned metals into her hands, and throws it above an opponent. The ball crumbles, raining small pieces of metal down on an opponent caught under it and anyone close in range. The shrapnel is sharp, shredding most fabrics and causing multiple painful lacerations, and bruises. Denims are torn instead of shredded, and leather is cut but not torn unless directly under the epicenter for the full duration. The radius is approximately 2 feet on either side of the target, and she can only target individuals. It is stationary once the ball is thrown, making it readily dodgeable. The rain itself lasts 1 minute, useable one a day.

Hey Nova, Congrats on winning your girl, she is quite on interesting character. I only found a few small things that need addressing, than she'd good for a stamp.
Civilian:
Hobbies- Her science hobbies, read more like her being interested in technology that science in general. Is she interesting in biology, chemistry, physics or anything like that? If not, maybe you could change the hobby to technology.
Flaws- Socially Awkward seems to clash with her Compassionate virtue which makes her seem very open and friend. It makes her seem like the type to easily approach someone. It is however possible to be social awkward without being shy or cold, because like you said with her tactlessness she is often saying the wrong things at the wrong time. Just try to make the two fit together so they dont clash.
Powered:
I was a little confused by her fuku ideas, but nothing seems wrong or glaringly out of place. I do think a bolo tie is doable, I'm pretty sure it's been done before.
For her first attack I would suggest with cutting back the length to 20 secs or the usage to 2, but the second is fine as is.
For the eternal attack, being what it is, I would suggest that it can only be used once as it can cause quite a bit of damage and last a full minute even if it can be dodged. Also one question I have is does the attack extend two feet on either side of the target? If so maybe rewording it to say the attack has a radius of 2 ft even a little more as it is an eternal attack. You could even make the attack an AOE so anyone in a certain area will be effected.
Just fix those few things and you are good for a stamp!

YOOOOOOOooooo. Thanks! Cleaned up 'Science' to 'Technology'. S' still broad, dominantly since she's a gadget geek. Reworded Socially Awkward, hopefully it makes more sense. (The girl suffers horrible 'How do friendly WHAT DID I DO WRONG I'M TRYING TO HELP s**t'-itus so. So. Often. Mopped up Fuku a bit in areas thast /looked/ like they might be the issue, since I'm awful describing this thing. Entirely. (And admit it. orz) Adjusted attack one since it's the tiniest of Shrapnel balls, and also attempted clarifying the Eternal attack so it makes more sense in terms of radius, and cut uses because ow raining shr4apnel ow ow ow. Lety me know if anything else is confusing now.

Just note the damage that can be caused by the rain in the eternal attack and she's good to go. Even though I think it's obvious the damage it will do, it should still be noted.
Everything else looks good!

Aaaand done. Noted the specific materials in the Eternal, dominantly since in handling metal I notice leather is often used as protective gear... And in experience denim is plain hard to cut and tear (you need specific gauges to sew with it, or the needle won't pierce for example), in case there's questions about the exceptions of material noted.
