Do you keep entering events and customs but only have a premade to your name? Have you entered several events and just not gotten that hunter or horseman that you've always quested for?

This raffle is for you.

This is a raffle that the only thing you use to 'pay' is proof of your activity in prior shop events - Metas, Mini-events, even being active in the chats and in thread! This is here to reward you for sticking with us despite the fact we haven't made your every wish and desire come true.

All you need to enter this raffle is a current quest (it can be completely new or something you've been after for months and months!) and a few links to prove you've been around and trying to get a character.

IF YOU HAVE WON A CUSTOM CHARACTER, YOU CANNOT ENTER THIS RAFFLE. If you have premades, you may enter, but only if you do not have more than one in a faction (so if you have a premade horsemen and a premade hunter you can enter, but if you have two premade students you cannot).

AMITYVILLE ACADEMY ENROLLMENT FORM

Name: Emery Rosalie Algernon
Nicknames: Em, Runt, Pup, so on and so forth.
Gender: Female
Age: 16 years old.

Faction: Monster
Race: Werewolf

Natural Ability:
Shapeshifting A werewolf can turn into either their full wolf form of bipedal wolf form compete with hand-like paws. A werewolf can speak in any of their forms thanks to FEAR. When a werewolf is outside Halloweentown, they can only shapeshift under a fullmoon. They also lose the power to speak in their wolf-form until they return to Halloweentown

Personality:
While initially, Emery can come off as timid around a group she's unfamiliar with, she quickly opens up to a new environment, adapting quite well to what will no doubt be a continuous stream of changes in Amityville. She's a gregarious puppy, with a tendency to immediately seek out a group to attach herself to. Prime to go for sports or group activities, Emery considers herself in terms of "the pack", which results in every action being considered for the good of her group, rather than herself.

This can be problematic when paired with her streak of rebellion, which is partially responsible for sending her to Amityville. While grappling with the deeply ingrained need for approval from her alpha father, she longs to stand aside from the pack as an Exemplary Member. It's a tough way to live, both wanting to belong and wanting to stand out of the pack. Her persistence and stubbornness usually leads to long arguments and, in some rare cases, physical attacks. A trait she attributes to her upbringing, she will fight for what she believes in, and in the heat of an argument, doesn't react well to being told she's wrong.

With others, she tends to be bluntly honest without realizing it, and doesn't understand the concept of sugar coating details. When alone or with a small group of friends, her need to be part of the pack can be assuaged, and she's most creative when she's surrounded by other creative monsters. Outside of her deeply pack-oriented upbringing, she loves music. Loves it. And she enjoys being around it as much as she enjoys being around sports fans or jocks. Unfortunately it's a point of contention with her parents, but hey. At least she's not some lipstick wearing girly girl.


Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
Emery’s parents are abhorrently ashamed that rather than take her place in the pack as a proper wolf, Emery wants to spend her life sitting in a dank, creepy AV room with no place to run and hunt and listen to music all day! Unfortunately, only one of their other children has been like this, and he, well… They don’t talk about him anymore. In any case, her parents’ are at their wit’s end. They want their youngest to be a proud member of the pack, to hunt and harvest FEAR like all their other kids. Amityville is their last hope for Emery to become a bright, quick young hunter like her parents’ want her to be.

FEAR Ability:
Hot Mess Frenzy :: When pushed to the absolute brink, either emotionally or physically, Emery can channel her remaining frustration, anger, and strength into her attack, focusing her FEAR on making her faster and stronger to land a much harder hit than she's physically capable of. Physically there is no obvious change, but she becomes more violent and, as the name might suggest, in her frenzy she may, uh... Hit other students.
Sorry guys. :c This will be more easily controlled, or at least her targetting will get better, with age. This is a Gambler's Chance type of FEAR due to the potential for recoiling damage.


Physical Description:
Emery is a scrawny sort of kid, the last in a family of ten so she has some typical puppy scars on her knees and arms from just being a kid. By the tenth one, you don’t really worry much… She’s got a casual sort of style, dressing more for comfort than anything. Unlike most of the people in her family, she doesn’t have an aversion to fabric, and likes dressing in soft, worn, comfy things. Generally she always has a set of headphones around her neck, and her messenger bag with her computer in it for on-the-go DJing.

Eye Colour: Orange.
Hair Colour/Style: Brown and shaggy, with a few streaks of orange in the front of her bangs. It falls about around her shoulders, and is slightly wispy. (See avatar for general idea.)
Skin Colour: Light Brown, reminiscent of the short fur she usually is covered in outside of Amityville.
Clothing Style/Colours: Emery generally wears jeans or jean-like fabric, a pair of black-white-orange high top sneakers that are next to never actually tied, and generally clothes that are shredded or have seen better days. She usually wears a black vest over her shredded shirts that’s too big on her (not comically, but enough to be noticeable) as a reminder of one of her brothers. (It is absent in the avatar for a lack of choices.) She always has a messenger bag on hand with her computer in it, and a set of headphones.
Extra: Typical features of a werewolf; she retains her tail, fluffy and brown, and her ears, equally brown and not quite as fluffy.

Natural Ability: Night Vision - Allows sight in low-light conditions.


Personality:

Few Of His Kind: Being that Alicanto are extremely ferocious, over the generations their numbers have dwindled to only a handful. Braulio has never met another of his kind because of this. He honestly has no clue if there are even any Alicanto left anywhere. This fact makes him feel utterly against the world, that there is no one he can really relate to. Or at least that he feels he can. And now that he has started to get older he's been going through strange changes that he just can't seem to understand and no one seems to be able to give him answers. It frustrates him to no end.

Rough Around the Edges: Having little contact with others while growing up, Braulio has developed a fairly rough and blunt way of speaking to people. He never sugar coats anything if he's drawn into a conversation to spare another's feelings. The boil just sees no reason to cater to a characters sensibilities. If you can't handle the truth then you will never survive in the real world. And life is all about survival. If he has an opinion about something he will straight up let you know. If you're being stupid he would smack you upside the head and tell you you were being stupid. His sense of humor leaves much to be desired. In the sense that he generally doesn't have one and any that he might display tends to come off rather a** holish or mean.

Territorial Issues: As is in his nature, Braulio is extremely territorial of his belongings or what he deems as 'his'. Be it trinket or person or living space, if someone shows a bit too much interest in his things he becomes confrontational and sometimes violent. Which in the past has often lead him to getting into fights. No matter what the size of his opponent, he is quick to make sure they know this belongs to him and they better back off with their interests.

You Eat What?: Alicanto eat gold and silver. And well, since Braulio is an Alicanto he also eats gold and silver. Its his favorite food. In any form he can get it. Raw or processed Braulio just doesn't quite feel the same unless he has a belly full of either. Generally after he has eaten he is in a slightly better mood but that mood doesn't last for very long. But here in Halloween town gold and silver are harder to come by, unlike his previous mountain home where he could find silver or gold veins.

Klepto Much?: With a pension for the shiney, Braulio has a tendency to swipe anything that he perceives as silver or gold. Or may have silver or gold properties in them. Even if the owner of said item is less that willing to relinquish ownership of the item. Again, leading to more fights. Though his thievery seems to tilt into the extreme when he has gone long periods of time without feeding. He would never admit to it, but every now and again you hear stories about a string of robberies among jewelry shops

Forever Alone: Braulio is quite possibly the poster boy of anti-social. More than likely to stand off to the side than to join a crowd. Many come to believe that he's just a complete and total a** hole. Perhaps even that he's too good to socialize with them. But in all honesty, Braulio generally just dislikes socialization, at least voluntary socialization. Him + others generally leads to fights, either he says something someone doesn't like, his territorial issues come into play, or any number of things he could probably name off the top of his head. It just feels better to deviate from the crowd to avoid any unneeded conflict that seem to always pop up in social or interactive situations.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Braulio hopes by coming to this school he can find a way to go longer without having to feed and perhaps somewhere, buried in some old and dusty archive there is more information about his species.

FEAR Ability:
Mesmerizing Flash - Braulio flaps his wings rapidly causing a mesmerizing effect as any light source shimmers off of them, making it harder for the target to land successful attacks.

The Mind: Lowers opponent’s accuracy; makes it harder for them to hit you.

Physical Description:

Humanoid Form:
Eye Colour: Silver
Hair Colour/Style: Gold, spikey mohawk with random silver streaks running through it.
Skin Colour: Dark golden tan.
Clothing Style/Colours: His clothes and accessories are generally light and minimal to keep from hindering him during flight. Generally consisting of a tank top and cargo shorts with a few gold accessories/piercings. Ref image is a general idea.
Extra: Talon feet that are gold in color with silver claws. Large gold wings that have a metallic shimmer to them and long gold tail feathers. On his cheeks, forehead, shoulders and shins he has a smattering of small gold feathers.

True Form:
Braulio rarely if ever transforms into his true form. If he ever felt comfortable and close enough to someone he might, but as of this date no one knows what his true form really looks like.

Note: In my own posts, "this one" and the pronoun "they" are used to describe Zen. For instance, (random crack example xD)
"It was a wiggly jellyfish, but This One would not be outdone. They swung their hips from side to side before the water tank. Alas, this one's bones were not as flexible as they ought to be, and two loud cracks were heard audibly. This one's embarrassment was great; they turned their head to the side in frozen silence, confirming the presence of onlookers, and quickly regained composure to leave the aquarium in the same serene manner as they had come."

Age: As a skeleton... ageless. If you wish for an approximate time of birth, Zen 's highly eventful life took place during the 1600-1700s (17th century but I accidentally say 16th sometimes. ;v; ).

How they came to be: A now forgotten life full of intrigue and friendships/romances/rivalry gone bad had one thing lead to another until they died alone, from a bad fall, in a forest, and an obsessed necromancer tried to bring em back from death as a Hone-Onna. [I've written a long and detailed life story XD] Things did not turn out as planned, and Zen's skull ended up crushed into fine powder by the same necromancer. This did not finish them off, though their memories kind of packed up and left. A few centuries later, our Komusō-monk-turned-skeleton reanimated in full. With not a clue about what was going on, Zen went about usual business playing the flute to beg for alms by some streetside for a few moments before being discovered and dragged into Halloween. [They learned nothing about the human world in the process; it's kind of blurred together, so as far as Zen is concerned they reanimated in Halloween.]

Faction/Race Undead (Sub: Skeleton) (Sub: Hone-onna. From wiki: "Hone-onna (literally: Bone Woman) is a yōkai of Japanese folklore. Like her name suggests, her true form is that of a skeletal woman. In the guise of a beautiful woman, she lures unwitting men while she sucks the life force of her targets dry.")
Natural Ability: Deceiving Guise: (lolpun) The Hone-onna can temporarily cloak their true form with an illusory (to all normal senses) disguise as a beautiful living woman. For high class Hone-Onna this illusion can last for as long as she wishes, however lower class Hone-Onna can only maintain it for a limited amount of time.
Does Zen ever use the natural ability: No. That One does not in any circumstance that they are capable of imagining. Actually, I think That One does not even know how. rofl The day Zen figures this out will surprise even themselves.

Crouching voice, sleeping identity Zen spent most latter years of her life hiding her true gender, and the only one who found out ended up being a lasting pain in the neck because of it. Her life as a woman hidden in soldier and then monk ranks as a man is also what caused her to become used to not speaking, a habit persisting beyond death and memory; to Zen, her voice is not something that others ought to hear. Either way, This One chooses not to speak in front of others.


Personality


Spooky grace... except sometimes?! | ::: | Conservative slow movements, body and face entirely hidden by concealing garb. Silent, Zen never speaks. This One does, however, do interpretative dance, puppet shows and picture boards among many entertaining forms of communication they dabble in. Seeing as This One acts well... zen, serene, calm the rest of the time this can raise a few eyebrows.

Living Peacefully: | ::: | But never mind that! Zen follows (incorporated into their personality) Buddhist philosophy and is not prone to anger, violence or taking things personally. They will be saddened if you stomp on flowers and distressed by persistent annoyances, but you'll be hard pressed to find something that Zen cannot forgive. This One possesses an unmistakeable inner calm- however, like many Komusō monks they were formerly a rōnin (and even more formerly a samurai), and in death has conserved the war-trained reflexes and ability to fight back if in pressing danger and when all alternatives have failed. (...But seeing as This One carries not a sword but a bamboo flute and cherishes said instrument as one would a delicate flower, Zen has no weapon to fight with and will not retain or carry a weapon as a matter of principle, so DERP THAT. xD)

Two-Faced Sense of Humor: | ::: | Psst. When people aren't looking, Zen drops the whole I-am-a-serene-being-monk-person thing and is prone to pranks and mischief when the moment inspires them. These pranks are often inconveniencing for their target, but never the type to inflict more than momentary grief. This One also gigglefits and lols like a pro, for they have not lost their voice- they only prefer not to use it. (In front of others, they are still laughing, only inside. Or like, a little bit outside, if you notice them looking away with the head basket trembling for some reason with arms over their stomach. This might be mistaken for fear. Or diarrhea.)

A good Confidant: | ::: | Zen is neither demanding not forceful with ideals. They are a fine listener, whose philosophical approach on life, secrecy and earnest benevolence make them a great person to confide in and seek advice from if you can look past their creepiness. They do not mind your company and would not push you away. This One would contentedly sit with you and listen to you talk for hours if it would offer you any solace. (Similarly, Zen makes for an excellent study partner, though they are not as intelligent as the brainier classmates.)

Emotional Independence: | ::: | There is a flipside to this. Zen does not mind being like a well into which you can throw your worries, but it is also part of their temperament not to treat someone who has known them for a long time any differently than before. People simply don't get close to Zen by using them like that, though a student may fool themselves into thinking that they are super best buddies or something. If the relationship goes both ways- as in, you express sincere efforts to deepen your friendship and are obviously concerned for Zen's well-being, they would eventually find it awkward not to return these efforts and a more reciprocal relationship can be achieved.


Unfamiliar Unlife in Halloween: | ::: | Halloween does not resemble 17th-century feudal Japan, though of course Zen would not remember about that anyways. Zen feels a little lost in this environment, but that's okay, they're used to that somehow, without knowing why. (Once upon a time, a certain monk led an adventurous lifestyle.) There are a lot of fun things in this town that this one would not mind discovering. The people are strange too. Less humanoid monsters are a curiosity, but This One would not pry; as for caste and popularity, they treat everyone with equal politeness and respect.

A Place to do Monk Things: | ::: | There is no Fuke temple in Halloween, (not that Zen would know what a Fuke temple is BUT HEY THERE'S THIS THING ABOUT TEMPLES THAT SEEMS JUST RIGHT) and being homeless while surrounded by curious, mischievous creatures is difficult for Zen. Thus, shortly after arrival, this one began to harbor a little dream... It would be nice to have a haven, a place to reflect and meditate. For this reason, Zen is saving alms to afford some abandoned temple or empty grounds upon which they could build one.

But there are so many expenses! | ::: | Zen can't help themselves. This One keeps buying materials and things to try out different methods of communication. There are so many possibilities in this place. They just spent all of last night making finger puppets. They've got an eye on that eyePod, too. Plus, there are repairs to think of- once in awhile there's a rip in the robes, or a loose sandal string... Zen spends all their alone time playing the flute for alms, yet is consistently broke. They have really got to get better at begging.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? | ::: | This one is at the Academy to improve upon their profession. Mastering their FEAR would... be very beneficial to this cause. 8'DD Also, school fascinates them. There is so much to learn!

Love of Learning: | ::: | All classes interest Zen in some way. The monk pays attention in to lessons and likes to use recently acquired knowledge to communicate with other students (ex.: using a type of graph learned in class to describe a situation on paper...) in fact, they are quite bright as they pick up new concepts easily. Most teachers try to avoid asking Zen to answer questions though, what with the student's unpredictable substitutes for speech. [Or maybe they would enjoy it; depends on the teacher!] Zen has a lot of fun at school but may appear to be merely studious to others eyes.

Strengths: (1) It can interrupt the emotional states that people are currently experiencing. Suppose they are intensely sad or angry, Zen's FEAR-imbued flute playing may have a therapeutic effect. It may also decrease the immediate danger that Zen or others are in by interrupting some aggressive action.
(2) The spell continues being cast as long as Zen is playing the flute. There is no time limit.
(3) Zen can get stuff. 8'D If at a high level of mastery as well as lucky, someone might even hand over their weapon or something important that can be held "hostage", which Zen would use to try to end the conflict if possible. Zen enjoys peaceful resolutions.
Weaknesses: (1) The spell's effect can be canceled out by a self-aware moment coupled with a strong desire to ignore the impulse. For the type who can easily quit procrastinating, it is doubtful that this spell would work.
(2) When Zen is busy playing the flute, they are kind of too busy to do anything complicated at the same time.
(3) Persistent louder noise can drown out the spell.
(4) If the target has already acted out the impulse and given something to Zen which they would consider suitable as a donation (so yeah, the character's generosity is a factor xD) the effect comes to an end within minutes and the target will regain their normal situational awareness.
Progression: Initially, the effect of Zen's spell is spread out to all of those within earshot. This means it is a dampened spell that only functions on lifeforms with lower awareness, like bugs and some small critters. As Zen learns to master their FEAR, they will be able to focus the effect on specific targets, thus increasing its power to a level that can affect higher and higher life or unlife forms.

When the FEAR becomes powerful enough, on a daily basis Zen would probably use this in some rich quarters and slink away quietly once having received something nice in their Alms box. xD


Physical Description:
Eye Colour: ...white n' glowy... sorta... ovo;; They don't show through the mask.
Hair Colour/Style: None
Skin Colour: None
Clothing Style/Colours: The traditional garb of a Komusō monk; socks n' sandals, robes adorned with a cloth shoulder garment, fingerless glove-sleeves, a concealing mask resembling a woven basket, a box, a flute, a flute-carrying "sheath" with two tassels attached etc.... For colors, refer to the top animated image. (Black, white, dark green and brown.)
Extra: Basic form is a skeleton, however Zen's skeletal head was unfortunately smashed and ground into dust somehow. By whatever holds skeleton bones together without connective tissues, this dust floats in the place of the skull it once was in the shape of a featureless, smooth approximate human head. It usually looks kinda gray because of its incomplete space filling (which also makes it a little translucent.) Where eyes should be, there are white discs of glowyness, which can actually show expression. 'Cept Zen never takes off their mask so I have no idea why this even matters.

AMITYVILLE ACADEMY ENROLLMENT FORM

Name: Ricar (Rye-Car)
Nicknames: Rama
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Faction: Monster
Race: Greenhorn Dragon

Natural Ability: Y1: Fire breath - Greenhorn dragons like many types of dragons can emit bursts of flame from their mouth.
Y2: Shapeshifting: Greenhorn Dragons have the natural ability to shapeshift into humanoids so they can interact with "the average" Halloweener. When appropriate, Ricar can also shift back into his monstrous form at will.
Older dragons that visit the human world can transform into a single creature. ie. "Why would you think this is a dragon's lair? I am but a humble goose and this is just a cave, stupid human! There have not been dragons for many centuries." Shapeshifting into this single creature takes years of practice and is what each dragon strives for. This is of course a great way to get human paranoia to work in the monster's favor.

Personality

Socially Awkward: Ricar's not familiar with many subspecies of the residents of Halloween. As a result, he's not sure who would make a good friend or how to interact with others. In addition, he does not behave as a 'typical, outspoken monster' would due to his upbringing. He is shy and polite which tends to make him a bit of a social outcast among monsters.

Eager: The thirst for adventure and new experiences burns within him like a fire. Anything he feels he has even a remote possibility of doing well, he will attempt in the task and continue working on it until the task is finished. He especially loves physical challenges, but writing assignments he struggles with and hard time finding the point of.

Affectionate: Those that gain Ricar's trust, this trust also comes with a deep affection or respect. He will fight to the death to protect trusted allies.

Animal Lover: Ricar grew up with forest friends rather than other monsters. As a result, he tends to gravitate towards pets rather than others. They are at least easier for him to talk to.

Background aka. Personality: Long Version
Ricar's skittish, gentle peryton mom was the one that raised Ricar. Calling him "Rama" because it was easier for her to pronounce, she taught him her ways of life: Be polite and apologetic when conflict arises. Help small creatures if they are in danger and don't bully anyone if there isn't a challenge present.
His father seemed to always be away on 'business' but the times that Ricar did get to spend with his father, he would be regaled with tales of what 'real dragons' were- giving Ricar the impression that he was regal, important and most of all, greatly feared. Because of the tales spun by his father, Ricar considers stripes to be a sign of a great bloodline. Like any child, Ricar took every story to be a true legend. While he doesn't look down on others that lack stripes, he does have rose-colored glasses around others with stripes, putting anyone else (or any creature) up on a pedestal regardless of their actual stature. Ricar also amassed physical prowess due to his natural stature and size- a form he used most often, especially when training with his father until he learned to use his human form at puberty. As a result, he can pick up or manipulate heavy objects where the average monster could not.

However, because his father was not around much, his mother tried picking up the slack on teaching him dragon shapeshifting magic with a disastrous result- Ricar now has a deer's tail when in human form. This makes him self-conscious. No dragon should be labeled 'cute' according to his father, so Ricar tends to hide this from his peers by explaining that it was just an inherited trait from his mother- in all essence a half-truth.
Growing up, Ricar is learning the hard way that Greenhorn dragons are on the bottom of the totem pole- even for monsters. This just makes him confused because his father's tales have all dragons portrayed as regal and respected.
Humans just don't write terrifying tales about dragons anymore and as a result, he's a rather rare breed in Halloween town because of that lack of fear from the human world. He tries to put up a tough front like the dragons from his father's tales, but he hasn't spent much time around others and as a result, often says the wrong thing or reverts to his mother's polite-to-the-point-of-being-submissive habits. This combination just makes him quite socially awkward and insecure.

Ancient dragons would amass hoards made of shiny trinkets and treat it very possessively. While the modern Greenhorn dragons no longer hoard shiny trinkets, this nature of being protective and affectionate towards things -and others they like still lives within Ricar. Ricar is slow to trust, but very affectionate towards those that gain it.
Despite growing up in a not-so-ideal-environment, Ricar maintains a positive attitude, seeking adventure and new experiences, though slowly and cautiously when it comes to other students.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Growing up, Ricar's discovered, he's led a rather sheltered life. Between his father's tales of grandeur about dragons from the human world to his skittish, adoptive Peryton mother and her strict rules about not picking on anything smaller than he, Ricar has learned that dragons are not the same powerful creature from his father's tales of the human world as they are in the world of Halloween. He wants to learn how to control his abilities properly, to grow stronger and eventually go see this human world his father has so enthralled him with.

[Self] Kari is usually quiet and reserved around anyone she doesn't know well, but becomes more open to expressing herself once she gets to know them. This stems from her younger years, where she used to be much more energetic and vocal towards others. This would put people off from befriending her, thinking she was weird for being overly friendly. By keeping her true nature under wraps, she can figure out who she can open up to. Once she feels comfortable around someone, she becomes much more vocal, but can become easily discouraged if treated harshly. Has a keen eye for fine details. If details can not be found purely from listening or observing, she will seek out the most approachable person to ask questions. She tends to over analyze anything and everything and errs on the side of caution, so she is rarely the first one to jump into a situation, preferring to learn from others and make the right choice the first time. She does well in pinch situations and can deal with problems as they arise, but she may stew about it later or vent about it to someone else if a willing ear is available that she knows won't be put off by her venting.

[People] She can work in group settings, but will very rarely choose to lead the group, preferring to follow and observe. She may be willing to take a leader role in a group setting if she feels there are important details that she needs the group to know. People often wonder if Kaela is capable of speaking because she is so shy that she doesn't speak much unless spoken to, and even when spoken to she speaks softly where she is barely heard. Her shyness makes it very hard for her to make friends, but she is a very sweet person so if someone takes the time to actually try to get to know her they would like her.

Like a dear caught in headlights..
Her expression is usually blank or far off. (like as if day dreaming or unfocused.) When spoken too, her eyes widen and she sort of freezes, like a deer staring at on coming headlights. She acts this way when spoken to because she is very shy and not used to attention, so someone speaking to her causes her to be a bit shocked and freeze up from shyness and nervousness. But even though she reacts this way she will reply but her replies are very soft spoken and can usually barely be heard. But she mite talk more if she gets used to someone.

As sweet as candy.
Her hair and clothing as a certain "Cotton candy" coloring to it and her staff looks a lot like a lolipop, causing her to appear to be very cute, sweet and innocent. Although she is very shy and quiet, she is as sweet as she looks. She enjoys art, things that involve imagination like stories or songs, and she adores animals. She also is very caring and likes to try to help things that are in need of help, for example a wounded bird, something that can't help itself. She also helps others but usually when they arn't looking, for example cleaning a room once everyone has left it, or straightening books on a book shelf. She would like to be more helpful then that but her shyness gets in the way of that, she hopes to one day be more calm and less shy, enough to be able to really help others.

Racial Ability: Summon Weapon: A Reaper's weapon is the physical incarnation of their natural Fear. Every Reaper knows how to call upon his or her weapon -- they need to summon said weapon in order to be able to perform any magic. While a Reaper's weapon is something to be reckoned with, in officiated spars it deals non-lethal damage. Even if a scythe is razor sharp, the Fear that it channels may only be enough to cause a small papercut on an opponent's arm. A Reaper can summon/dismiss their weapon at will. They are unable to perform any sort of magic or Fear ability without their weapon. Summoning/Dismissing a weapon does not weaken a Reaper's Fear.

Natural Ability: Enchanting: Sorcerers/sorceress's are awful at casting spells. Instead, they excel at being able to put spells into objects. These objects can cast the spell for them. In Shenny's case, a reliable mark of an enchanted object would be little blue flames, which manifest her own Fear.

Personality: Shenny appears to be not really helpful with learning more about her background. On the first glance she is cold and serious introvert. Self-centered, VERY ARROGANT, concise and laconic, she easily irritates people being extremely malevolent, insolent and contemptuous. One would describe her as unfriendly, but that's not exactly true: Shenny is just too fond of herself, and too sophisticated to be friends with a mere mortal person. She has nothing against friends, but they should either be valuable, or they should earn it.

TRAITS OF CHARACTER:

Shenny is a b***h. Ditto.

It's obvious she's nicer to males, though it doesn't help much: she demands the highest standards, and males have to be strong enough, clever enough, dedicated enough, etc. And well, those who fit such standards would require something equal to be interested in somebody, that's why Shenny's private life is quite dramatic: those who're fond of her hold zero interest for her, and those few she likes may not be fond of her. At least for now. Though, males still have a chance. Shenny herself would quite enjoy the situation when adequate males would rather run away, and use That b***h "a fury" as the most common epithet to describe her. Being capable of irritating people and pushing them away can really make her feel better, proving her she's somewhere "above" them.

Being so strict and demanding to others, Shenny is close-knit: she's equally strict and demanding to herself. Wishing to be on the top, to be best of the best, when it's possible, she can spend countless hours reading ancient manuscripts or training till she could hardly stand on her feet. Also, Shenny sort of loves intrigues, but, not just for the sake of it: Shenny considers intrigues a logical chess-party, yet another possibility to make her way in a society along with studying and training.

In her personal relationships Shenny could be quite sadistic.. in any way. Sometimes she just enjoys bringing a bit of pain to empathize it.

INNER WORLD:

The concepts of wish and desire mean a lot in Shenny's inner world. She doesn't actually believe she has a strong will, or a dedication, or honors, though she has wishes and desires, and that's what pushes her forward. Wishing for something, obsessive and all-consuming desire, as opposite to the will strength, is her power, she believes.

NOTES ON THE PAST (ICLY RP DETAILS LATER):

Little is known in details about her story and background. With those few who would be brave enough to call themselves her friends, she would simply claim to be amnesiac, she says she remembers almost nothing about her childhood, family and whatever. Perhaps, she was just spawned by fear, and not born via pumpkin patch? Her foes would say, she clearly has something hide, but what could it be? For some reasons, she sympathizes demons more than other creatures in the Halloween, and much more than fellow reapers. Actually, being a demon highly increase you chances to well, not to become friends with her, but at least to establish sort of normal relationship with Shenny. Some even tried joking about it, knowing demons and reapers historically aren't good pals, but it's actually not a good idea to make a joke about her. Shenny has no sense of humour Shenny has a terrific sense of humour.

Despite all of that, a volcano of passion is hidden under emotionless glacier. She considers herself to be sexy; perhaps she's even romantic deep inside? Why, who knows. Anyway, she seems to quite enjoy her public image and the impression she gives.

That said, being quite dramatic, Shenny loves verses. In almost all the things she would prefer the strangest and twisted aspects, poetry isn't an exception: she loves irrational verses with illogical grammar structure; at her free time she writes poems herself.

PERSONAL SYMBOL / TOTEM: Snake, sometimes, curled. Shenny admires snakes for their balance of gracefulness, elegance, wisdom and power.

A RANDOM FACT:

Shenny loves fresh air blowing to her face and stars. She's a typical stargazer. Spending hours of her free time staring at the stars she sometimes feel something.. a bit painful, lonely feeling insider her. She's yet to understand what it means.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Shenny is fast, and fierce. And clearly, she loves fighting: in the middle of the battle she feels herself as a fish in the water, the madness around is her natural and comfortable environment. Though, as any person of the same kind, she would love to become stronger seeking better opponents. So, being clever enough, Shenny realizes she still needs training and learning, learning how her inner powers work, and how to control them, in the first place. Also, being passionate enough, Shenny desires communication. Being quite fragile inside, she needs people to talk to, as well as love, tender, romance, physical intercourse: everything other beings are up to.

FEAR Ability: Shrine flame.

TYPE OF FEAR: The Battle Cry (offensive)

DESCRIPTION:

As all reapers do, Shenny has a weapon which is a physical incantation of her FEAR: in her case it's a sword, and that's quite an unusual sword. The general design is Giger-style biomechanical; asymmetric shape's so stretched and twisted, as it was created under the rules of lobachevskian geometry. Normally when Shenny summons her sword it appears almost transparent, as if made of glass, but after using the Shrine flame FEAR ability, a blue flame lights the sword from the inside gradually filling it. The brighter is the flame, the more powerful is the attack. Using the Shrine flame, Shenny focuses and puts a part of her own FEAR essence in her sword, that drastically boosts her speed and natural reflexes. Is she's using this attack, her left arm is also covered with the blue flame, which is a manifestation of her own concentrated FEAR particles (decorative right now). Boosting isn't really great now, perhaps, she needs to study and learn how to control her forces properly.

Enchanting objects is sorceress' natural ability, although the exact technology of what she's doing is yet unknown to her, Shenny believes she has to concentrate her own entity, her own FEAR essence into the form of a blue flame, and the sword should be a vessel for it, since as other reapers, she can't do magic without her sword.

NOTES FOR THE FUTURE (probably Y2): The full abilities of that blue flame are yet unknown to her, though Shenny believes that training and studying she can reach much more magical powers than simply speeding herself up. The general image would become even more Giger-ish, general image will include more metal, tubes, exoskeletal parts; colour pattern would change from dark blue x gold to black x gold or grey.

Physical Description:

Eye Colour: Ungoodly green with shadows inside, a little bit glistening. Iris is unusually wide, covering almost all the eye.
Hair Colour/Style: Incredibly black, as a strong coffee in the dead of night. Hair is straight, shoulder long, tousled a bit. General hair style refers to ancient Egyptian female hair. She could either have a fringe, as at the provided pic, OR have an open forehead with her hair collected under some sort of tiara (see facial reference example). Wears little gold earrings in the forms of snakes.
Skin Colour: Very pale, white-grey, with ice-blue patterns.
Clothing Style/Colours: Favourite colours: gold-blue (deep blue, dark blue, pale blue), or gold-black, or white blue-black. Normally would wear black fishnet, long dark gloves, choker, corset, high heeled shoes; she also loves black wool dresses and cloaks as regular outfits. Shenny loves different metal and exoskeletal elements, such as pipes, ruffled/goffered details, etc, she will be introducing more of themas she grows up. Shenny has a belt with a buckle in a form of ruffled biometallic snake. All details and ornaments in Shenny's clothes (as well as her belongings) are in Giger aesthetics (like this, this, and this.
Extra: Shenny has sharp, chiseled face features, her nose is straight, and a bit longer than should be to be "cute" (IDEK, like Sara Michelle-Guillar, but a bit shorter than that of Barbara Straisand), that generally gives her similarity with the bird (like, crow). Her face expression is always a bit detached (see reference). Shenny loves makeup: normally it's just light blue or grey shadows, dark lipstick. She has a little black tattoo of a curled snake on her hip, and her chops and most of her face are fully covered with blue ornamental (Egyptian style or Giger style, see face example) tattoos, as well.

Lightfoot:
Wherever a Kirin treads, nothing underfoot is touched, giving the illusion they are walking on thin air. It can walk on grass, yet not a single blade is bent. Kirin are also able to walk on water, though nary a ripple is made.


Personality:
Tsukiko sometimes blanks out (a.k.a. a Space Cadet) and her memory isn't 100%. She's okay with faces, but horrible with names. She has to concentrate hard to remember something. Otherwise... most of the time she'll forget. She has a tendency to get lost almost all the time. Technology isn't her strong suit either.

Most of the time:
Tsukiko's uneasy in large groups/crowds and dislikes loud noises & bright lights. She's quiet/soft-spoken, shy, & timid at first. Depending upon the severity of her shyness & the situation, she may "petrify" and become a rather luminescent statue. Her shyness may fade, but not entirely, once she's used to someone & familiar with where she is. If her shyness does fade, it may suddenly spring up again if something changes (or whatever was distracting her isn't so distracting anymore). Though usually concern for someone else will take precedence (if someone's in need, no matter how Jackin' shy she is, the shyness vanishes to be replaced with concern and she'll try to help them, no matter what).
She's also aware of how insanely dense she is, and feels really bad when someone has to repeat things several times. Tsukiko tries her best, she really does, but when something confuses her... or she forgets... It takes an extremely patient ghoul or boil to deal with her.

Can also be:
Tsukiko has a more aggressive & assertive side that rarely shows. Only when she's in a state of agitation (mostly when she's getting really angry or being threatened). Then she snaps and goes into her defensive "dark side", her fear turning into anger (if not angry already). The anger flares up and takes over. This occurs also when a friend and/or innocent boil or ghoul is threatened.
(She's not exactly the smartest Kirin on the block, so she gets things mixed up. Until she finds a more accurate way to describe it, without sounding like a loon... She's stuck with the best description she can think of (an alternate personality). The truth is, she's gentle, kind, sweet, and shy most of the time. But when push comes to shove...)

To learn how to control her FEAR abilities (and be less shy... to put it mildly). Amityville Academy also seemed less prone to impromptu renovations caused by a stray bomb or a dozen or more...

Tsukiko gives off a calming/soothing aura, which also has the effect of slowly healing the injuries of those in close proximity to her. The more severe the injury, the longer it'll take to heal.

Tazer-beam: Headlights
Just your basic bio-electric shock, amplified by FEAR and directed at the target. Acts much like a taser from the human world. Has a chance to stun and inflict mild damage.

Y3
When Lightning Strikes: Swift Strikes
Tsukiko is able to fire the FEAR-amplified bio-electric shock with a greater charge level, striking the target with what appears to be a bolt of blue lightning. Ouch. Chance of stunning and higher damage (equivalent to that of a normal lightning strike).



Physical Description:
Tsukiko appears as a humanoid Kirin, but with digitigrade feet, not hooves.
See references for physical build of humanoid version; if in doubt, yes she's busty. It plagues her.
Tsukiko's natural form is somewhat close the Hart & Hind reference.


Even in her natural form, she doesn't have hooves; rather, she has clawed/taloned 'paws', like a dragon. These are slightly webbed; the hind feet more so than the front paws. Her type of Kirin tend to have slightly more Dragon-like features than a traditional Kirin.


Eye Colour: Light blue

Hair Colour/Style: Long (as in, insanely long), black, & slightly "poofy".

Skin Colour: Black

Clothing Style/Colours: Based on Persephone's Dark Toga; black with blue wave/flame-like pattern trim. Sometimes she wears varying styles of kimonos (one of them similar to the Nihonshu Geisha's kimono & another the summer festival furisode/kimono), but always with the same color & pattern (though sometimes the pattern may change to reflect that of a firefly squid's). She's always barefoot. She has an azure belt pouch; the pouch is fuzzy (like fur) and the same color as the belt. The belt is rope-like.
Extra: She has a black tail, pointy ears, & a slightly curved horn. Scales on her body & tail; both scales & horn glow faintly (bioluminescent). Scales & horn are varying shades of blue.

Personalities:

Compassionate: Anorin finds the sight of others suffering to be quite painful. In nearly any situation she will do her best to try to make another individual feel better, or help them out in some way. Though this may make her seem like something of a busybody, she finds little issue with this behavior, and will continue to attempt to help until blatantly told to go away. While she would be hesitate to die for someone, or give all she had to them, she would often risk injury to keep someone else safe or give a great deal to help somebody.

Dedicated: Once Anorin has devoted herself to something, be it a relationship, a job, etc, she will often throw herself into it body and soul. When she is set on something she will spend a great deal of her time on it to make sure that it is done correctly. This can sometimes translate into a stubbornness, she will often stick with something regardless of whether or not it is healthy until presented with irrefutable evidence that her current course of action is wrong.

Driven: Anorin has a great drive to succeed in everything she does and sees little point in doing something without striving to do her very best. She approaches most things with a great deal of passion and enthusiasm, and will occasionally work to the point of exhaustion on something she wants done. Tunnel Vision: Stemming from her driven nature, Anorin sometimes finds it difficult to make time for more than one passion in her life at a time, and will focus almost exclusively on what she is currently most interested in, or angriest at. She also generally so convinced of her own correctness that she has a difficult time seeing things from the perspectives of others, and often clashes with them because of this. This also plays into her temperamental nature, as when she has developed a grudge against somebody it is often her primary focus until she has managed to move past it.

Temperamental: Anorin has a quick temper, and has little restraint when it comes to showing it. She can be perfectly calm one minute and, if provoked, full of blustering rage the next. Though not particularly aggressive, she is rather irritable, and particularly sensitive about her appearance the quality of her work, often taking innocent comments as personal insults.

Gullible: Anorin is fairly trusting, and as such can be easily misled. This does make her fairly easy to take advantage of and dupe. She is aware of her gullibility, and does her best to mitigate it, but is not always successful. When she realizes that she has been tricked or taken advantage of, she will become extremely angry, both with the person who did it and with herself for failing to see it coming.

Sentinel: A mercurial individual, Sentinel manages to maintain a fondness for Nor in spite of their differences. The two often bicker, and Sentinel frequently finds the need to lecture the younger being.

Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter?
Anorin felt as though her life had very little direction. It might be strange to make the decision to become a hunter on a whim, but that's what she did. Being a hunter has given her a sense of duty and purpose that she has never felt before, and it is to this that she has dedicated her life.
