Not a fan, Pokemon with clothing (Like Jynx) always weird me out.
PS. Look at it's Green sprite. I was talking with a friend and I'll quote him
"It looks like the backside of Dodou taking a crap while Togekiss watches"

Casual:
Hitmonchan learns a good spread of moves, proper moves for it's stat spread. Although it does lack of a bit of HP. My biggest problem is getting Tyrogue to evolve into hitmonchan. It's best Nature would be Adamant, but with the increased Atk. It's more likely to evolve into Hitmonlee.

Competitive:
Although Hitmonchan is outclassed by many fighting types. It's awesome spread of moves (Elemental Punches) does it justice. Good speed lets you hit the opponent hard... if just for that 1 hit before it dies. Substitute could work, but it's low HP means it'll (the sub) will be 1 shot. Hitmonchan learns Rapid spin, and you could use that to confuse your enemies razz
