Personality: Surprisingly personable once you get to know her, Antony usually gives off the impression that she is a regular b***h. That's because she is very much capable of being one, and not feeling bad about it. She can be rude, vulgar, violent, and blunt. If she doesn't like someone, then they will know. However, Antony does give everyone she meets the luxury of a clean slate, despite the fact that she also figuratively gives them a permanent marker to write with. She holds grudges like no other and has a very long memory, but she respects those her deserve (aka earn) respect and those only.
However, if someone doesn't rub her the wrong way she is usually quite decent, though she may seem curt. Antony doesn't like to waste time, and enjoys being precise and effecient in both her lines of work. For the most part, she stays out of things unless she is dragged into them, or really drunk. In fact, she'd rather be working than dealing with other people's s**t. Unfortunately, that's usually very hard to do with the regular island drama that goes on bewteen the islanders. She doesn't care much if someone likes or dislikes her unless she herself respects them.
Her sense of humor is strange, her political views liberal and her opinions on religion crude.
If it isn't obvious upon meeting her, Antony is very creative and artistic as well as hard working and dedicated. She may have not been at the top of her class, but she has never missed a day's work for anything other than school and various holidays that she spent with her father. This does not mean that she doesn't have fun. In fact, Antony is quite a party girl if she wants to be, but only with her friends does she party, staying away from clubs and especially raves. Smoking and drinking are both hobbies that she is in quite control over, but has failed to give up.
She loves her jobs with a passion, as well as her father and few close friends that she has accumulated over the years. Therefore, despite the fact that she has very little free time to herself, she is always having fun, whether she be working, or insulting our president, the pope, or pop singers. Every day, no matter how routine, is an interesting experience

By that time, Antoinette had begun dying her hair all sorts of strange colors and having it cut differently each time for fun. She easily fit in with the 'delinquent' crowd as far as looks were concerned, though her grades where much higher than that groups' usual barely passing stature. One day while changing in gym class, her friend called her Antony simply to see if it'd scare the popular girls, who believed Antoinette to be a raging lesbian, standing several feet away. After that the name stuck and the popular girls would no longer change in front of her in gym class. Antony had always found this quite amusing.
During high school, Antony was exposed to many friends having tattoos and piercings, and she immediately became interested in body modifications. She went to her father and asked him if he'd go with her so she could get her lip pierced. He obliged and the love of body mods only grew from then on out. By her senior year, Antony had already collected a decent number of tattoos and several other piercings.
Graduating high school with decent grades, Antony got accepted and attended a local college, where she took art classes on top of her requirement classes. She continued to work for her father to help pay for college. Soon she took on another job, becoming an apprentice at the most trusted tattoo and piercing parlor, where all of her tattoos had been inked.
College came and went, just like her virginity in high school, and she had soon graduated from there. By that time she had become a licensed, professional tattoo artist and piercer, thouh she enjoyed the former more. Piercings had come and gone as well, along with hair colors and styles. However, her tattoo collection had grown beyond two arm sleeves and a few scattered tattoos. At the time, she was in the middle of Owl, her boss, finishing up the line art of her custom back piece.
By the time she was in her late twenties, Antony's back piece was well beyond complete and her life had become rather routine. Work alternated between Owl's shop and her father's shop. Life was good, smoking and drinking hadn't killed her yet, and she could still pay the rent. Then one day she got word that her father had entered her in a raffle for an all expense paid trip to a remote island, and he had won...

Owl: The owner of D.C.'s finest tattoo and piercing shops and Antony's boss, as well as close friend and ******** buddy. He's in his late forties and is, in fact, married to a woman named Sarah. That never stopped the pair from flirting, and eventually having sex [a lot], however. Though roughly twice Antony's age, Owl certainly doesn't look it, but he doesn't look her age either. Let's just say he's fit and his hair has yet to gray.
Sandy: Antony's one and only true love, her deep purple, 1967 Pontiac GTO. THE love of her life.
Owl's shop: This is where Antony has worked for the entirety of her tattooing profession. First she apprenticed under Owl, and then he gave her a job working there part time. It wasn't long before she developed a steady client base, and with referrals and walk-ins, Antony had a steady flow of work there.
Father's shop: Antony's father, for as long as she could remember, had worked and owned this shop. He was a car mechanic, but was also known to be able to fix other appliances as well. As she grew up, most of her time spent with her father was working on cars and helping him fix things. She loved the work and fell into the profession, switching to part time when Owl offered her the job at his shop.

Joli // Thank god I haven't seen her in a long while. Wrong place, wrong time basically, but she rubs too many nerves for me to not hate her. Moving on.

Jamal // The first person I met on the island. We've had our ups and downs, but overall we're pretty close friends considering. ******** buddy and trusted friend. As a side note, he's the perfect killing machine to have connections with.
Chert // Kettle's a challenge. He's in the same Rodentia boat as me, and despite his grouchy exterior, we get along extremely well. A bit rusty in bed, but not bad at all. There's a lot more to him than meets the eyes and I think that's what keeps me coming back. I haven't seen him since his transformation and fear the worst.
Rex // ******** I thought this guy was Ryan Reynolds when I first met him. He seems to be a bit of a do gooder Christian, but he's a good guy and doesn't push religion on me. Major plus. It doesn't hurt that he's hot too, of course. I need to visit with him soon.
Billy // Ah Billy. This guy is complex, to say the least. Already it's like we have history. I hate the coke, but other than the octopus PMS he's been having lately; he's back on my good side. Well he was until he mentioned he banged Aubrey, but on the other hand the poor man can't even smoke a cigarette. Might as well just label him as a headache for now.
Anjali // Despite having not seen her in a while, I like this girl. She's turning into a plant or something. I haven't seen her since the lockout.

Amaya // I reacted horribly when I first saw her, and I still feel guilty for that. Her transformation is finished and I hope that she doesn't have to deal with any more shitbags like Thom. Cool for a teenage girl. Very shy.
Cassidy // Another one I rarely get to talk to but like. She's got a shitty animal as well, and dumped by Vasile from what I remember. We had a nice conversation about tattoos once too.
F // Another accented one. I think I liked him almost instantly. Possibly because he ran away screaming from another islander, but not from me. Sort of boosted my self esteem a wee bit, which is always nice. Unfortunately, I had to break the news to this one too, but he didn't seem to react normally... Well, he was able to get my mind off the drama and bring a little carefree fun to the table. Ahaha, I won that food fight though. I'm hoping to see him again soon. *Needs updating.*

Scientific Name // Sciurus caroliniensis
Description // Male and female colored much alike: pepper and salt gray over slate colored underfur. The average adult size is 18 inches including 9" tail and weighs about one pound. Black squirrels are color phases of the gray squirrel and albinos exist but are rare.
Behaviour // The home of the gray squirrel is old hardwood forests. This solitary animal is active only during daylight hours. It does not truly hibernate but will den up, often in groups, during cold or stormy weather. Its winter food supply is not stored in large amounts but hidden in scattered spots and later located by its acute sense of smell.
They make their nests in tree hollows or cavities, or, during warm periods, in leaf nests in the upper branches of trees.
Diet // Acorns, beechnuts, hickory nuts, walnuts, corn and soybeans are the main foods. In early spring, they feed primarily on buds and newly sprouted leaves of elm, maple and oak trees. Also, insect larvae, berries, corn, fruit pits and grains are eaten.
Habitat // The gray squirrel prefers big tracts of mature hardwoods with understories of smaller trees and shrubs. These mature hardwoods should be dense enough that squirrels can travel easily through their crowns. The gray squirrel is rarely found in pure stands of even-aged pines.
The gray squirrel has two distinct homes: long-term tree dens and temporary leaf nests. Tree dens are preferred because they afford more protection from weather, natural enemies, and hunters. Dens with openings three to five inches in diameter and twenty feet or more above the ground are best. Favored dens are six to seven inches wide and one to three feet deep.

Serum Variety // Albino
Albinism is an inherited condition that comes from a combination of recessive genes passed on from an animal's parents. The condition causes a lack of the pigment called melanin in an animal's eyes, skin and hair. Any animal can be born with albinism, including humans.
William Oetting, an assistant professor in the genetics division of the University of Minnesota Medical School, said he estimates that about one in 40,000 squirrels is born with a complete lack of pigment, but no one really knows. Oetting estimated the same figure for humans, but there are several types of albinism, and not all result in a total pigment loss. About one out of every 20,000 humans is born with some form of albinism, he said.
Not all white animals are albino. True albino animals can be identified by the lack of pigment in their eyes, giving them a pink or bluish hue.
Because of the small amount of eye color, light can enter through each structure of an albino animal's eyes instead of just the pupils. This causes an increased sensitivity to light. Albino animals generally suffer from impaired vision because of poorly developed eye structures, which also reduces the animals' chances of survival in the wild. Squirrels with poor eyesight might not be able to balance on branches as well as other squirrels.
But once an albino animal survives, the chances of more albino animals entering that population increases, especially in an environment with few predators. Pockets of albino animals including squirrels and deer are known to exist throughout the world.
The town of Olney, Ill., is home to a population of about 200 albino squirrels. In Olney, police officers wear white squirrel patches on their uniforms, and penalties ranging from $25 fines to jail time can be given to anyone who tries to harm the animals within city limits.
Small colonies of albino squirrels have also been spotted at the University of Minnesota. Chris Goodwin, coordinator of interpretive programming at the university's Bell Museum of Natural History, said albino squirrels are more likely to survive on campus because they lack predators and students feed them.
The squirrels are also popular at other universities, including the University of Texas and the University of Pennsylvania. These institutions and a number of others are part of the Albino Squirrel Preservation Society, a club that exists to protect and promote the well-being of albino squirrels.
The gray squirrel, fox squirrel and red squirrel are all common in Minnesota. Any of these can be albino.*

Reverted 0% [Theoretical]: This is an idea that many of the players have been tossing around ideas about for a while now. What if the labs reversed the genetic process to return 100% islanders to humans? Even with the help of plastic surgery, the possibilty of the islander keeping some of their animalistic traits (for example, hair/fur color) would be high. Therefore, if you really want to get creative and toy around with concept sketches (or whatever suites your fancy really), then this is a stage you might want to consider.
Island Relations: Those important to Antony. Friends, foes, and lovers.

Need help getting started but don't want the constraints of a specific scene or posing? I'm going to try and keep my suggestions/greedy little hopes as general as possible, as well as sort them into the prize catagories they'd be considered in. First things first, I know that Antony's journal is huge and even I dread thumbing through it to compile RPs and do general upkeep. Feel free to read to your heart's content, but I'm going to try and be helpful and link RPs in this post in which I'd love to see drawn. As well as some RPs that really highlight her personality if you want to get an idea of that before drawing. Scenes will be seperated out into catagories (horror, romance, comedy, sexy, etc.). Also, since I know how risque Antony can be, I'll make sure to indicate any RPs that dangerously brush the PG13 rating.
On that note, I (the player) am over 18 and I'm not against PG13+ art, so feel free to draw adult content art. Just make sure not to post it on Gaia.
