Knows: Kamiki / Kamiki New Teepee - When Sabin needs contact for some reason, or goods that he can't procure himself, he usually works with this Shaman. This is about the only other person that Sabin considered a friend, really, and sometimes will visit - on the pretense of needing something - when he needs the company.
Personality/Info: Sabin can come across as gruff or impersonable, and prefers to live alone in the woods with limited contact to the rest of humanity. Sabin is eccentric, and, oddly enough, he appears Caucasian, but doesn't interfere much with anyone else, nor does he appear to have much or any contact with other white men.
The only soquili Sabin technically "owns" is Nodin, who helps him with daily necessities such as hunting and travel, and Gavin the usdia who is a companion soquili and will carry messages between him and Kamiki. Most of the Soquili that he is associated with are more ones that he seems to keep a protective eye on that spur contact with other humans than necessarily owns.
However, Sabin is fascinated with the magical equines that are amazingly plentiful in these lands. Equines of any color of the rainbow, ones with wings or scales of fish or that resemble the unicorns from the legends of his birthplace. And beyond that, with complex social patterns and all evidence speaking to their full sentience. While his demeanor generally comes across as unsettling to most soquili, he will observe them for lengths from a distance, scribbling away in a journal that he always keeps close.

~*~*~*Significant Herds I Participate In*~*~*~ These are herds that, in general, I own multiple soquili that belong to them.
The Shadow Herd: (aka, the herd near Sabin's Teepee) This Herd does not have a thread in the guild, because it is primarily my soquili, or their immediate family.
Sabin lives with a herd of soquili led by Anju. For the most part, this is a familial herd. It consists of offspring of herd members that have stayed with the family group - true and adopted, as well as the soquili that Sabin looks after such as Nodin and Gavin.
This herd makes its home in a twisted, dense forest at the base of a mountain (where the Thunderbird herd resides). They have been growing in numbers over the years and pride themselves with spreading fear and stories about the "monsters" that live deep in the dark woods. Many of the soquili in the herd are predatory, even will kill other soquili.
Honorary Members of the Herd: While these soquili live with Kamiki, they maintain strong bonds with at least one member of Anju's herd Tisiphone, Piggy, Sybaris
The Thunderbird Herd The herd led by Balrog and Stormwild. This herd was created with the reverence of wings and the gift of flight, and only soquili with wings are welcome into the herd. Those members of the herd are also only allowed to breed with other winged soquili. They follow the totem of Thunderbird, revere storms and strength.

The Herd of the Bythol A family herd comprised mostly of winds with a wild, free-spirited nature. Ethan has come "home" to this herd to raise his children, and re-connected with his mother, Rosemary, bringing her into their new bigger family. Ethan is alpha of the herd, and unifies the herd with strong family traditions, Celtic beliefs and practices, and an acceptance of soquili with unusual or fearsome features as long as they are good at heart.

The Valley Herd The Valley Herd is a family-oriented, unofficial herd located in the valley, at the base of the mountains occupied by The Thunderbird Herd. They are a "spin off" of the Thunderbird Herd, when the tensions between the non-winged and winged members of the herd was causing too much conflict between Balrog and Stormwild. Sequoyah took his lovemate, Xandir, and all the non-winged members of the herd to form his own herd. The herd is protected by Sumi-e, and Sequoyah acts as the Alpha. The Valley Herd doesn't actively look for new members, but anyone who comes across them and is looking for a home is welcome to join.

Firestorm's Herd Another outcast from the Thunderbird herd - Firestorm had a falling out with his father when he took a kalona as a mate. He saw her as even stronger than her family, and something his father feared. He has raised his family on a marginalized land outside of Balrog's territory and plots his revenge and to recapture his birthright - the lofty herdgrounds of the Thunderbird herd.

Icecrown At the tallest mountain peak, Arthas and Frostmourne have established a home base in the cold, icy, jagged points. They call their mountain Icecrown. This is less of a family group as much as a collection of Soquili who have loosely pledged their allegiance to the Arthas, though only Arthas and Frostmourne (and their captives) consider Icecrown their permanent home.

SUBHERD: Warlock, Disnia and their progeny (Drusevere, Dareth, Dominia) reside at the base of Icecrown, in a forest with a somewhat swampy side, and have an alliance with Arthas.

Led by the wise Princess Celestia, Equestrians believe these 'Cutie Marks' are signs from the Spirits, indicating that that Soquili is destined to excel at something special.

The Enchanted Forest Pack A small, family-knit herd started by Bloodmoon and his mate, Little Red. These wolf-blooded Soquili live deep in the forest and behave very much like a wolfpack. Being a mix of wolf and cerynei: some are carnivorous while some are strictly vegetarian, but they share all resources with each other. They are fiercely loyal to each other, and wary of strangers.

The Hatetalons An amazonian herd of bitter, often violent females that do not tolerate the presences of males in the herd. Like the flock, they were established by harpies, but there is deep seeded bad blood between the Flock and the Hatetalons.

The Flock In a nutshell, a matriarchy established by "harpies" - bird-footed soquili with feathery manes and tails. They keep males in the herd, but they play passive roles to support the females.
