Summer Raven's rights:

phoenix_resurgam's rights:

~ All other rights that have to deal with long-term plots or events of the sort
Breeding rights:
~1st breeding: phoenix_resurgam and the owner of the mare will have the rights to both of the baskets to do with what they wish. In the event of a third basket, they will both have full say in what happens to it, Summer Raven does not.
~2nd breeding: Summer Raven and the owner of the mare have the right to obtain a basket and do with it what they'd like. In the event of a third basket, all three of us shall discuss what happens to it.
~3rd breeding: phoenix_resurgam and the owner of the mare have all the rights to keep or do with the baskets as they please. In the event of a third basket, Summer Raven would only get the basket if she does not already have two couples in the raffle. If she does, and they were to get a slot, she would not get a basket.
Both Summer Raven and phoenix_resurgam reserve the right to obtain full ownership of Laures if the other person disappears from Gaia for longer than six months.
~1st Breeding: Summer Raven and the mare's owner will have rights to this breeding, Dawns will not.
~2nd & 3rd Breeding: Dawns_aura (formally phoenix_resurgam) and the mare's owner will have rights to both of these breedings, Summer Raven will not.agreed

 I'd like to award co-ownership of Dawnwish to Ruriska. Ruriska will have all rights to Dawnwish, including (but not limited to) breeding, lifemating, teepee, roleplaying, and "sig" rights. Ruriska will have no obligation to ask permission from TTF for breeding, lifemating, etc.

Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights - Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - brekke01 has full IC roleplaying rights (including RP contests) Breeding- Each owner gets one "full control" breeding. They have the choice of breeding partner (unless Georgia is lifemated, see below), and do not require the other owner's permission (However, they must at least attempt to contact the other owner to lte them know their plans/intentions). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - One breeding will be worked out between Kamiki and brekke01. By default, this breeding will be shared with both Kamiki and brekke01, both with basket rights and counting towards them. However, one may "give" breeding rights to the other owner if they so choose. Life-Altering / Major Decisions- Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners. - The decision to skinwalker Georgia would also have to be agreed upon by both owners. -neither brekke01 nor Kamiki can transfer their portion of the ownership of Georgia to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner. - If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner may then choose a new co-owner. - Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc) - If brekke01 goes MIA from Gaia without notification, Kamiki can break the co-ownership agreement if brekke01 has not posted on Gaia for a minimum of 3 months, and attempts to contact her via PM have gone unanswered.

To clear up confusion. I, Amirynth, have co-ownership of Tai'jin to Lt. Gnatty-Bug. She has sig-rights and RP privileges. Gnat can claim one of Tai's three breedings. Breeding will work like Open permission where we do not have to ask each other's permission to enter Tai'jin into a breeding raffle. Whoever enters Tai into the raffle will be the one receiving the baskets from that raffle if they win and will count towards their allotment for the month.
If Gnatty wishes to do an official RP she can let me know so I can place it in my teepee for records purposes.
