Co-Ownership agreement between xKOVAKtheWOLFx and Kamiki for Versailles

Both xKOVAKtheWOLFx and Kamiki have signature/display rights

Kamiki retains roleplay (both IC/OOC) rights

Versailles has already had 1 breeding.

His next breeding is soley belongs to xKOVAKtheWOLFx - It will not count against Kamiki's breeding limit and Kamiki will NOT be receiving a basket

3rd breeding will be Kamiki's - it will not count against xKOVAKtheWOLFx's breeding limit and xKOVAKtheWOLFx will not be getting a basket.

Kamiki has the right to dissolve the co-ownership of anytime.
xKOVAKtheWOLFx cannot transfer her portion of the co-ownership

Co-Ownership Agreement between Sabin and Roniel for Abraxas

Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights
- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability
- Roniel has full IC roleplaying rights

Breeding
- Roniel gets one "full control" breeding with Abraxas. She does not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and she has the choice of breeding partner (unless he is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations.
- Sabin gets two "full control" breeding with Abraxas. Sabin does not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and has the choice of breeding partner (unless he is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. If Sabin wants the breeding to be in-character, then he needs to contact and talk with Roniel to plot out how it wold have happened. Otherwise, the breeding can be OOC.
- Each owner has the right to either "give up" or "share" their solo breeding to/with the co-owner at their discretion.
- Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners.

Life-Altering / Major Decisions
-neither Roniel nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of Abraxas to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner.
- If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner.
- Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

RP -
Split equally, both owners must agree on major plots/life altering decisions.
Both owners share all RP rights.
Both owners have teepee, sig, any sort of display rights.

Breeding -
Nyx has two breedings fully and AlexiaSilver has one breeding fully. These are in no set order.
Major decisions will be discussed between the two.

Everything Else -
Anything else not covered here can be discussed privately between myself and AlexiaSilver.

*If Nyx is absent from all of Gaia (doesn't log on) for 6 months, ownership will revert to AlexiaSilver, and vice versa with the option of renewing co-ownership when either logs in again...after some discussion probably.

I, Pollack, am co-owning Eyota with Thalea.

The rules for the agreement follow below:

General/RP rights
-We both have rights to put him in our signatures and teepee.
- We both have main RP rights.
-We both will have full OOC rights.
-We both have the right to input our ideas for breeding mate(s) even if it is not our breeding.
-The rights to any familiars attached to Eyota.

Notes on Contests:
Both Thalea and Pollack can enter Eyota in a contest whenever they wish. In less it is something that will be life changing like a skinwalking, Then it must be discussed between the two before entering.

Life changing decisions.
Such as life mating/ Becoming a skinwalker ect. It will have to be discussed between the two of us before deciding on anything.

Breeding
1st breeding:
In the first breeding, I get to keep one of the baskets. If more than two basket occurs, we shall discuss with all parties what happens to it.

2nd breeding:
The second breeding, Thalea gets a basket. Again, more than two baskets shall be discussed on.

3rd breeding:
Will co own one basket together. If more then two baskets occur we will discuss it with the other party.

-If Pollack or Thalea wishes to leave gaia or the soquili shop then full rights will go over to the other. Any life mates or future breedings will not be affected by this change in ownership and will be honored.
-(Even if I'm sure it's not needed.) Pollack has full rights to break the co-ownership at anytime. As well as Thalea as the right to give up all rights to Pollack at anytime. She may not pass on her co-ownership to anyone.

Since about eight months ago I've decided to give Eyota to Thalea FULLY, because I do not roleplay him or do anything else but horde him. I know Thalea will take good care of him and in time will find amazing plots with him. <3 Merry christmas, darling. This is for being an amazing friend to me for the past two years!

The new rights go as follow:
Thalea has full rights over breeding, roleplay, sig rights, and future co-own rights to whoever she wishes to. He's hers with no strings attached and I can not claim in any shape or form that I am an owner of Eyota. Nor am I owned a basket from any of his breedings. That's about it.
