techabyte  Co-owners agreement between tanukyle and techabyte.Role-play RightsBoth owners have rights to role-play both in character and out of character. Teepee RightsBoth owners may keep him within their teepees. But, his stats will be stored in techabyte's teepee. Linked here. Breeding:Breeding rights will be shared between the owners. If only two baskets produced, the basket will be co-owned between Kyle and Tech. { Unless one owner opts out of the breeding }. If three baskets, all three owners will talk about what happens to the third basket, giving both owners the option to own one. If they decide to gift the basket to someone else, the first option is then discussed. Life Altering/Major StuffTo be decided together. This includes Flings/LM's/Skinwalker/ect. If either owner disappears for upward 6 months, they can lose ownership. Either owner has a right to give up ownership of him.

IC RP
- all owners have IC RP rights
- Stats will be rolled and housed by Kamiki in her teepee
- Any owner can enter Hilaire into RP events, though only one at a time. Priority goes Getsurae, Sabin Duvert, Kamiki
Lifemating
- Hilaire is lifemated to Araval and cannot be broken without agreement from all owners
Skinwalkering
- Hilaire cannot be cursed
First Breeding
- This breeding has been used, and Kamiki benefited from a basket
Second Breeding
- This breeding is under full control of Getsurae
- This breeding will not count for Kamiki or Sabin, and neither Kamiki nor Sabin will receive a basket, nor have any say on where a theoretical 3rd basket will be homed
Third Breeding
- This breeding is under full control of Sabin Duvert
- This breeding will not count for Kamiki or Getsurae, and neither Kamiki nor Get will receive a basket, nor have any say on where a theoretical 3rd basket will be homed
Fourh Breeding
- This breeding will be shared by all owners
- If there are two baskets, Sabin & Kamiki will co-own one, and LadyKirin & Getsurae will co-own one. Kirin has consented to this, but we are aware it is not binding
- If there are three baskets, Sabin/Kamiki will co-own one, LadyKirin will own one, and Getsurae will own one. Kirin has consented to this, but we are aware it is not binding
(Theoretical) Fifth Breeding
- This breeding will be shared by all owners
- If there are two baskets, Sabin & Kamiki will co-own one, and LadyKirin & Getsurae will co-own one. Kirin has consented to this, but we are aware it is not binding

Mock Breeding
- All owners can seek to obtain mock-breeding babies (via customs, Wishing Stars, etc) without the permission of the other owners
- If an owner wishes to get a mock-baby outside of the the lifemating, they only have to get the agreement of LadyKirin (Araval's owner).
Misc
- Hilaire was obtained via Auction, as such no owners cannot be removed from ownership for any reason, unless voluntarily
- The order in which is the breedings are obtained can be shuffled if any owner is MIA from Gaia for more than three months

New Co-Ownership Agreement for Jupiter between Kamiki & CitrusCupcake
Sig, OOC RP, Display Rights
- both owners have OOC RP, Signature, and Display/Graphic Rights

- Kamiki has all IC RP Rights
- Stats will be rolled and housed by Kamiki in her teepee
- Only Kamiki can enter Jupiter into RP events
Lifemating
- Since Kamiki has RP rights, she can choose a lifemate for her she wishes. Once lifemated, CitrusCupcake agrees to only breed with Jupiter's lifemate
Skinwalkering
- Jupiter cannot be cursed
Breedings
- Kamiki gets full control over 2 of the 4 standard breedings for Jupiter. She can pick the mate and does not need permission from Cutrus. Citrus will not get a basket from these breedings, and should not count against her breeding limitations
- CitrusCupcake gets full control over 2 of the 4 standard breedings for Jupiter. She can pick the mate and does not need permission from Kamiki. Kamiki will not get a basket from these breedings, and should not count against her breeding limitations
- If Jupiter is lifemated, she can only breed with her lifemate unless all owners agree to a surrogacy
- If a theoretical 5th or 6th breeding is obtained (due to RP/Elderhood) these breedings will be under the control of Kamiki (who has IC RP rights).
Mock Breeding
- All owners can seek to obtain mock-breeding babies (via customs, Wishing Stars, etc) without the permission of the other owners
- If an owner wishes to get a mock-baby outside of the the lifemating, they only have to get the agreement of the lifemate owner(s)
Misc
- Kamiki can cancel the co-ownershp at anytime.
- CitrusCupcake cannot transfer her portion of the co-ownership to anyone, or remove Kamiki for any reason
