Physical Description: Sai's appearance is rather unique and his oddities are only amplified due to his normally stoic and threatening demeanor. He is a somewhat thin man, but incredibly well toned. His weight is solid muscles and to look at him, it would seem that he had absolutely no fat on him at all. Looking at him from far away, one would never notice, but on closer view, his skin is slightly off from the color you would expect it to be, not enough to call him pale, but certainly duller then the average person. Various scars also line his arm, old wounds from his youth in the Kirigakure, when it truly was the 'Bloody Mist'. He has scars like this across his face too, and a large red tattoo above his right eye, which almost seems to glow against his skin.
He covers most of his skin at all times, wearing a loose pair of black ninja pants and a tight black sleeveless shirt. A tattered red scarf hangs loosely around his waist like a belt and the same type of scarf is wrapped around his neck, obscuring his mouth and lower jaw line. He also always wears a tattered tan cloth which is fastened around his left arm, which is always wrapped in fresh white linens underneath the cloth. Skull jewelry hangs down from his hair from several strands, which swing from side to side as he walks and moves, sometimes creating a light jingle like tiny bells. Sai refers to them as keepsakes, but never explains anything more.
Personality: Sai dislikes most everyone he meets and treats the majority of people with a kind of passive contempt. These feelings stem from his past, and more specifically, what the world has come to teach him about life and of justice. Sai's life has taught him that those who deserve justice find none, and those who are innocent receive no quarter from the evils of the world. Never knowing anything but constant and unrelenting pain in his life and growing up without anyone who could explain his unique bloodline Sai lived in a constant state of anger and discord with others. His childhood and adolescence taught him early on that the world will never trust or care for you if you are even remotely perceived as a threat. Coupled with the multitude of tragedies he has faced in his lifetime, Sai is mentally and physically scarred and has become jaded towards the world he feels he has no connection to, a world he seems displaced from.
With all of the pain he feels, Sai feels numbed to the world physically and mentally and no longer regards morality as something to be searched for. In his eyes, the world has proven itself to be incapable of ruling itself effectively and believes that it wouldn't matter one way or the other. This does not make him a psychopathic killer, but it does make killing others for his own gain a simple action that he would not think twice about, nor would he feel remorse for it. Sai seeks to gain power and control in order to in some way show the world what it is doing to others and what it has done to him. In his mind, he would be the ultimate judge, dispensing his own brand of justice which would in some way be his revenge for the pains he has felt in his life. Maybe then, they could realize things as he does.
Behavior: Sai is a silent person normally, speaking rarely to those outside of the Akatsuki unless he wants something from them. He spends much of his alone time planning, gathering information and training, bent on gaining more power to eventually destroy the governments of the shinobi world so that his own government might rise up and assume control. With others, he treats the majority of people with passive contempt, an emotion which comes off from him even in silence as his body language and demeanor alone exudes his hatred for the majority of the world around him. In combat, he is ruthless, but never over aggressive. Sai actually tends to react to others rather then make the first strike, then quickly overpowers with ferocity to crush his opponent's spirit and his ability to attack again. In all things, he seems emotionless and words which would seem angered or impassioned are just the opposite, cold and uncaring.

What makes the Konaga Clan so incredibly unique and frighteningly powerful, is that it's members... all of them... have an infinite reserve of chakra which constantly regenerates and flows through their bodies. At birth and for their entire lives, a Konaga clan member's cells are almost completely saturated with chakra from head to toe. This power does not come without a price however. Pain wracks their bodies every minute of every day and control of their abilities is often lost, causing them to shut down, or even lash out and become a danger to those around them. This makes those of the Konaga Clan masters of chakra, both in wielding it and forming it. It is their great power and their great curse.
Ninja Class: Samurai
Special Ability (1): [CHANNEL]
The [CHANNEL] special ability works differently for Konaga. Due to the fact that Konaga have infinite values of chakra flowing through their entire bodies already, the normal Samurai's ability to channel chakra into their muscles to invigorate and produce Stamina does not work, nor would channeling Stamina into Chakra have any effect. However, for Konaga, the Samurai's mastery over mind and body helps them to channel their Stamina in such a way as to make it more efficient when used in combat. This produces the following benefit:
Genin & Chuunin - All Taijutsu and Kenjutsu technique costs are reduced by 1 Stamina point.
Sp. Jounin & Jounin - All Taijutsu and Kenjutsu technique costs are reduced by 2 Stamina points.
Sannin/Kage - All Taijutsu and Kenjutsu technique costs are reduced by 3 Stamina points.
Special Ability (2): [KI STRIKE]
The Samurai Ninja Class also gains the ability to use a channeled energy blast, called the [Ki Strike]. The Ki strike is a channeled energy blast brought forth from the Samurai's inner strength which can be channeled through a focused melee taijutsu attack. The Ki Strike costs an amount of chakra equal to a technique one level higher then their current rank and is regarded as a jutsu of that level in terms of strength (though higher level ninja can modulate the power of the strike to be of a lower rank). The strike has several effects:
- The strike counts as a combination jutsu, carrying the strengths of both of the elements under the Samurai's control.
- The force behind the strike is immense, equaling about the same amount of force as an explosion tag, meaning that any opponent struck by a Ki Strike will be sent flying backwards at least ten feet. (The force increases with rank, to 2 explosion tags at Special Jounin, and 3 at Sannin/Kage)
- Anyone struck by a Ki Strike will be unable to utilize Ninjutsu or channel chakra properly on their next post. (and will obviously be rather hurt by the force and element of the strike as well)
Tweak: Dropping my second Kenjutsu style for an additional 12 ninjutsu (3 per rank, D/C/B/A)
Sai has lived his entire life displaced from the world, always harboring an utter distaste for those around him, never truly fitting any mold. This has served to isolate him from the standard conventions that most other Shinobi follow. Due to his past as a Hunter-nin for the Kirigakure, most would assume that he might fit the role of an Assassin best, but Sai has never identified with that role. In a world which according to Sai, has no justice or honor, he has found that the role of the Samurai appeals to him most. Sai has always lived by his own brand of justice and his life experiences have twisted this into his own code of honor which fits what he knows best... the Way of Pain.
Attributes:
Primary Attribute: Agility
Benefit: An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin . Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.
Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute is able to invoke an 'Evade', whereby, even in the most impossible situation, they are able to find a way out of an attack or grapple hold, maneuvering their body nimbly in such a way to take almost no damage from an incoming attack and either completely avoid it, or maneuver around it to their advantage. (Cannot 'Evade' an attack from an opponent 3 ranks of speed higher then your own.)
Secondary Attribute: Speed
Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.
...however, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.
Tertiary Attribute: Cunning
→ With his keen mind, his natural agility and speed, and all of the other battlefield tactics and trades he has picked up, Sai has always been able to see things better then most others could. His breadth of experiences has prepared him for almost anything and his skepticism and distrust of people has kept him vigilant, making him not easily swayed or likely to fall into other people's traps. He prides himself on finding new and unique ways to avoid other people's tactics and when he sees an opening, he counters immediately with unrelenting speed and brutal force.
Sai has spent nearly the entirety of his life evading others in one way or another, whether it be personally avoiding contact with them, or dodging an opponent's moves in combat. In combat, Sai is patient and efficient. He prefers to wait for his opponent to act, then evades them using his vast arsenal of techniques until his opponent makes a critical mistake enabling him to make a focused and precise counterattack with devastating power. His cunning enables him to see the breaking points in people's strategies and his speed and agility allow him to act upon them.
Specialties:
Combo: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.
Summoner: Allows a ninja to sign a Summoning Contract and gain access to the summons within it. To call the summons, the users must still be trained by the Summoning's Scroll Carrier (Summoning/Contract Sage), and they can only learn summons up to their current rank. No shinobi can access summons without this specialty.

The Mirror Image Style is one of deception and confusion, relying on a user's speed and chakra reserves to confound an opponent and overwhelm him. Using quick releases of chakra to create different types of images, transparent, partial, and solid clones, the user is able to displace themselves periodically with false images, but then strike the next moment with solid copies. The style carries with it high costs for it's techniques, but those who can utilize it become absolute phantoms on the battlefield.

Shadowplay is the personal Kenjutsu Style of Konaga Sai and he is the only known user of the style beyond the assassin he learned it from. The style allows the user (supplying they have the proper Shadow Weapon) to physically merge with the shadows, becoming undetectable to the naked eye. Once in the shadows, they can move freely, using and bending the shadows to their will, assaulting their opponent from the darkness.

Special Properties: Beside granting access to the Shadowplay Kenjutsu, the Shadow Blade itself gives Sai an innate knowledge of the shadows around him. This allows Sai to detect any presence within a shadow that is not it's own within a 25 ft radius of himself. Those within the shadows appear as a thinly outlined image within the shadow, which reveals their position and general shape/size.
- This cannot detect ninja in [Stealth] within a shadow, but can detect those with the Stealth Specialty.
- This does not apply to complete darkness, as shadows cannot truly exist without light.

Physical Description: Though Atsureki is not particularly large, his muscles are well toned thanks to his near constant training. Though he often wears his Akatsuki robes, he can sometimes be found wearing his favorite black kimono, the sleeves of which are an extra half foot long, hiding his hands from view. Like all Hyuuga, the pupils of his eyes are not visible, blending in with the white color of the rest of his eyes.
Personality: If there were a single word to describe Atsureki, it would be arrogant. Having spent years honing his skills, the proud young Hyuuga has come to believe that the shinobi world is full of weaklings. Though he is capable of putting on an air of humility when the situation calls for it, he always believes that he is better than those around him, because of his heritage, because of his training, and, perhaps most importantly, because of his association with Akatsuki.
Behavior: When alone Atsureki spends most of his time training, or reading up on what little information there still is on the bijuu. Around others, Atsureki often seems distant, as if he can’t be bothered to care about what’s going on around him, though in truth he rarely misses anything. In combat, Atsureki is cold and calculating, studying his opponents movements always looking for the perfect opportunity to strike.

A proud member of Hyuuga clan, Atsureki has practiced Juken since he was a child, and has always shown a natural talent for physical combat. Having learned Juken before any other style, Atsureki learned not to rely on physical strength, but on speed and precision, choosing to strike three vital spots in a matter of seconds rather than just landing one powerful blow just anywhere.

Primary Attribute: Speed
Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.
...however, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.
Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute can utilize a 'Burst' technique, which enables them either to increase their speed by an additional rank (Putting a Genin's speed above that of a Sp. Jounin) for one post or perform an additional action for that round, enabling them to string together combo maneuvers. (Normally, most shinobi would only be able to use one jutsu per combat post.)
Secondary Attribute: Agility
Benefit: An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin. Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.
Tertiary Attribute: Cunning
→ Relying less on physical strength, Atsureki focuses on keeping just out of his opponents reach until he sees an opening to strike.
Being naturally faster than most, Atsureki acts primarily as reconnaissance for the Akatsuki, using his speed and unique doujutsu to keep an eye on things and quickly report back his findings. In combat, Atsureki uses his speed and agility to his advantage by staying just out of his opponents reach until he finds the perfect opportunity to strike.
Specialties:
Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.
Sensor: Sensor ninja have an innate bonus to detect the chakra signatures of those around them at all times. They are the only ninja who can intuit another shinobi's position or movement purely by detecting their chakra. In all situations regarding [Stealth], Sensor ninja act as if they were one rank higher then their actual rank. Sensor ninja can also innately detect any ninja that does not have the stealth specialty or the [stealth] ability active that is in topic as them. Information gathered by the sensor includes: 1. Rough direction of the target (you could point toward the target, but not directly at him/her). 2. Distance from you to the target. 3. Current general chakra reserve levels: (0-40 = low)(41-100 = medium)(101-150 = High)(151+ = Massive) Inactive cursemarks do not add to the passive total of your opponent, but you can sense the chakra of active cursemarks and classify that target as having "Evil Chakra." Jinchuuriki (bijuu hosts) and Konaga members always show up as having Massive reserves and are marked as having "Evil Chakra." 4. Sensors can tell when chakra is being manipulated. 5. Chakra signatures are like fingerprints that only exist inside the body. You can tell who someone is based off of their chakra signature if you have been with that person and sensed his/her chakra signature at the same time. Note: A chakra signature cannot be described like a person's body can. If another sensor were to feel a person's chakra and have heard what that signature feels like and who it belongs to, they would not know who it is based off that information. You HAVE to have been with the target before while sensing their chakra signature to be able to identify someone purely through the sensor ability.

Primary Style: Juken (Gentle Fist) → Stage 5 :
Juuken is fighting style utilized by Hyuga clan members, it is the strongest style of Konoha. The Byakugan has a penetrating ability to see the tenketsu, the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit chakra to flow into their opponents body's at these precise points. When the hand draws close enough to strke, the clan member can stop or increase their opponents chakra flow. The internal chakra coils which spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja.
Maneuvers:
• The First Trigram: The most basic form of Jūken, this form allows for the easiest transition into the others. The practitioner positions their primary arm forward, with the palm facing the opponent, while the secondary arm is cocked to the side with the palm facing towards the sky; the primary leg is positioned to the front with the foot cocked slightly to the side while the secondary foot is held back with the foot placed perpendicular to the direction you’re facing. As the most balanced of all the forms, the First Trigram provides no combat benefits, but almost all Jūken techniques can be performed from this stance.
• The Second Trigram: The primary defensive form of Jūken, the user places their primary arm behind their back, while not actually touching their back, and places their other arm in front of their body, palm held parallel to the ground. The primary leg is positioned to the back, foot cocked slightly away from your self, carrying your weight on this foot, while the secondary leg is placed forward, foot facing the opponent. Though this form is next to useless if trying to act offensively, it makes deflecting attacks and then quickly counter-attacking significantly easier.
• Third Trigram: A primarily offensive form, the Third Trigram focuses on rapid and precise strikes using the middle and index finger. The student keeps both arms in front of themselves, with their arms positioned in a manner similar to a praying mantis, elbows cocked with hands curled at the wrists, middle and index finger extended downwards. (The Third Trigram imposes a -1 rank strength penalty when used. When a Taijutsu class shinobi utilizes the Third Trigram, the opponent receives an effective -1 rank penalty to evasion against the following techniques: Strike of Stone, Strike of Leaf, Strike of Pain, Tenketsu Strikes, Eight Trigrams 32 Palm, Hakke Rokujūyon Shō(Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms), or Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō(Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms.)
• Fourth Trigram: A supplemental form, the Fourth Trigram is taught to teach the students of Juken how to more easily mold and control the flow of chakra throughout the body. Resembling the First Trigram from the waist down, the student positions both arms at their side, elbows cocked at a ninety degree angle at the waist with palms facing the sky. (When utilizing the Fourth Trigram, all Juken techniques of C-rank or higher cost 2 fewer chakra points)
• The Fifth Trigram: A primarily defensive form, the Fifth Trigram is taught to teach the students of Juken how to effectively combat multiple opponents at once. Turning their body so that their primary side is facing one opponent, the user places their primary leg forward, turning the foot so that it is tilted at a forty-five degree angle between the student and the opponent on their primary side, while the secondary leg is held under the student's body, supporting most of the weight and acting as a pivot so that they can quickly turn to react to attacks from multiple angles. The hands are held aloft, the primary arm held at a slight downward angle from the shoulder, palm facing skywards, while the secondary arm is held at a slightly upward angle from the shoulder, palm facing the ground. (Provides a +1 rank evasion bonus when fighting multiple opponents. When a Taijutsu Class shinobi utilizes the Fifth Trigram they can use the following techniques against multiple opponents: Eight Trigrams 32 Palms, Hakke Rokujūyon Shō(Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms), Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō(Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms), True Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. Physical Description: Haruko stands at 5'7" with mid-back length silver hair. Her eyes are naturally amber colored and will only change when she activates her bloodline abilities. She ties her hair back with a black cloth made of see through material that is sometimes used to cover her eyes. Her usual outfit consists of a spaghetti strap dress that has an open slit starting from her right hip. Along with her dress, Haruko wears a light indigo cloak with a white collar, held together by a brooch and ribbon. A black and white choker decorates her neck while arm length back open finger gloves with gold trimmings cover her arms. Lastly black boots with heels that end just below her knees are Haruko's personal choice for shoes.
Personality: Due to her disappointing childhood, Haruko has developed a natural hatred and lack of trust for those who serve under an higher power. After the death of her grandfather, Haruko had practically closed up her heart from others. She hated how twisted the world around her was and continued to yearn for the power to destroy that chain of power and rid those who so greedily fight for their fortune. Haruko believes that those who rule with greed and fear are trash and don't deserve to live, Haruko hopes that by taking the power from them, people who actually care for others can replace them. It's a far-fetched dream since once someone tastes power, they never seem to want to let it go but Haruko would do anything to destroy the current chain of power, including her father's current status. No matter how cold-hearted Haruko has become over her years of traveling alone, she still can't seem to keep her cold demeanor around kids, their child-like innocence is what helps to keep her motivated. They view the world as a peaceful place where the lords treat them respectfully but in reality, they're only being sheltered from the truth. Not wanting them to experience what she did when she found out her father's true attention, Haruko tries to upset the government whenever she can without being caught. As of now, no one has been able to break through her shell and gain her trust, Haruko believes that in a twisted, demonic world such as this, the only people she could trust are those who share her goals of disrupting the seat of power and herself. Feelings such as trust, respect, and loyalty are all traits that Haruko believe needs to be earned and not given thus her hardcore criteria when hanging around the same person for a long period of time.
Behavior: Haruko has developed many faces over her years of traveling with her grandfather as well as alone. There's the professional/formal/polite one Haruko has developed over the years for when conducting business with people she has never met before since she hated the chance of getting too close as well as a mask to help hide her discuss against working with certain clients. Special Ability: [AUGMENT]
The Medical Ninja Class is able to utilize a specialized technique wherein they can concentrate immense amounts of chakra into a single spot, generating an incredible amount of force behind any one of their attacks. This enhanced strike, or [Augment] allows the medical shinobi to channel their energy into a single devastating attack which can reduce stone, earth, or wood to rubble, or leave an opponent completely crippled, or worse. Beyond this, they can also use the ability to grant a kind of super-human strength, allowing them to, for a brief period, accomplish tasks no one normally could, such as lifting heavy slabs of stone, or ripping a tree from it's roots and swinging it around. An augmentation costs 3 chakra points to perform and this cost cannot be reduced by any means of chakra cost reduction. The [AUGMENT] lasts for only one attack/action, and the Medical Ninja must allow for a one post cooldown between uses.
Tweak: Dropping Second Element to gain a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu style
Though Haruko may have lost almost all of her faith in humanity, mainly those at the seat of power, she still wishes to do what she can to prevent premature deaths. The death of her mentor/grandfather figure struck her hard and at 18, Haruko was even harder on herself for not being able to do anything about it. Her "grandfather" had taught her the basics of healing jutsus along with the knowledge of numerous medical/poisonous herbs during their time together and yet, in his time of need, Haruko was unable to gather the knowledge to save him. Never wanting to let another life she could have saved slipped through her hands, Haruko committed herself into becoming a master healer.

→ An intelligent mind is required in order to handle the complex style that is passed down among her family. Intelligence is one of the requirements to learn the Hien fencing style.
The Kansatsuryoku, as Haruko learned, required a lot of chakra as well as great control over chakra in order to use. Her large abundance in chakra reserves help Haruko to maintain greater control over her bloodline ability while granting her more chakra for other techniques. With this, Haruko is able to train longer in various nin-/ken-/medical jutsu. Something that works well towards her goals of purifying the nation and becoming a medical specialist. In battle, Haruko uses her large chakra reserves to her advantage. Offensive combat is not her strong point as she specializes more in evasion and weapon use. So if possible, Haruko aims to end things quickly or to stall it out so that she would be the last one standing with chakra. Agility and Intelligence are both needed if one hopes to do well in learning the family weapon style. Past down from generation to generation, the Hien style consists of fast and complex moves that requires both an agile body and keen mind. Using her training from the Hien style to her advantage, Haruko has trained her body to be more flexible and swifter giving her the edge in evading attacks. Combined with her intelligent mind, Haruko is able to plan her moves carefully and effectively for either a quick/long lasting battle. Both with minimal injuries.

Chakra Control: All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.
Summoner: Allows a ninja to sign a Summoning Contract and gain access to the summons within it. Primary Style: Hien (Swallow in Fight) → Current level of Mastery: 1st Flight
Passed on from generation to generation, Hein, is the primary fencing style used by members of the Tsubame family. It utilizes the basic stances of fencing, and expands on these with chakra to extend, empower, and control ordinary footwork and bladework beyond the average warrior. The movements of this style are graceful and smooth, often described as a dance around the opponent more then a form of combat.
Maneuvers
En Garde (Stance) - The standard starting stance of any fencer, the En Garde stance is the perfect balance between defense and attack. when set, if the fencer holds this stance for a post, without making any other attack or using another maneuver, the next attack used agaisnt them, of C-rank or lower, and even D-rank jutsu are easily dodged, deflected, or otherwise avoided due to the keen intellect and swift movement of the Hien style user.
Advance (Footwork) - Pushing forward with their back leg, the Hien style practitioner is able to amplify the action of their muscles with a burst of chakra, which propels them forward in a slight gliding movement, which can be rather disorienting when a classical 'step' is expected.
Beat (Bladework) - More of a provocation then anything else, the beat maneuver gives the appearance of whatever the user wishes. by making a light tap agaisnt the blade of an opponent, or even simply a feint attack to the air, the beat is meant to provoke an action in the enemy which can quickly be capitalized on by the Hien's quick motions.
Parry (Bladework) - A basic, yet incredibly useful skill, a parry, when performed successfully will allow the user to deflect any incoming weapon-based attack against them, the sudden movement of the blade, either by sweeping or beating agaisnt the opponent's blade, pushes the attack out of the user's away. (This functions as a guaranteed evasion of an incoming C-ranked or lower incoming weapon-based attack which can only be used once every 5 posts.)
Techniques
Lunge (Footwork) - Combining the art of the Advance with the placement of the blade, a Hien student is capable of propelling themselves forward in a double advance, while simultaneously lunging the tip of their blade forward. As the blade is lunged forward, chakra is also pushed through the arm, allowing the blade to pierce through solid ojects with ease. those trained as Medical-nin can even use this pointed attack, which, when striking the enemy's body, can hit pressure points, causing the area struck to be numb for two posts.
Coule (Bladework) - A technique which only works against another user when they are using a weapon, A Coule, or grazing, can be used to make an attack agaisnt the weapon itself, allowing the Hien practitioner to channel their chakra through their blade as they scrape down the side of their opponent's weapon. The friction between the blades and the chakra creates a pulse which sends the blade to the side, bringing the user's arm with it as it creates an opening for the Hien user to attack. (The Coule itself is an automatic success, but the following strike is not)
Riposte (Bladework) - Usable only after a successful parry, a user channels chakra through their arm to make an enhanced attack agaisnt their opponent. Channeling the necessary chakra (a C-rank amount), the energy travels through the user's arm and out into the weapon, propelling it forward at twice the speed of a normal attack with 1.5 times the thrust and piercing power. (This attack can only be used once every 5 rounds, sharing it's cooldown with parry, and must be taken instead of an In Quartata movement.)
Remise (Bladework) - On any Riposte, with an additional D-ranks worth of chakra, even on a miss, the riposte's attack will hit. the premise comes in the extra boost of chakra unexpectedly lengthening the blade's range by adding an additional two inches of chakra off the tip of the blade, also creating a chakra tail, which can also do damage on the attack. (This is only a guaranteed against opponents one rank higher then your own, and agaisnt opponents who do not have the 'Agility' Attribute in either the Primary or Secondary position)

Weapon Type: Rapier Weapon Range: Melee Weapon Location: The sheath of her rapier is hung loosly on a belt located by her right hip.
Weapon Description: The Kokushibyo is a dark black rapier made purely of iron and weighs approximately 0.9 kilograms. The blade is 1.5 centimetres (0.59 inches) in width and 1 metre (39 inches) in lenght, ending in a sharply pointed tip. The Kokushibyo was made with flexiblity and swift movements in mind so it's design is fairly plain. The hilt is weaved out of two long pieces of metal forming a simple guard for the hand and a mini dome of protection for the area where the blade connects with the hilt.
Special Properties:
When infused with chakra, the user is able to warp the shape/form of the blade providing the user the ability to direct his/her blade around certain objects/obstacles that might be in the way during an attack(wrapping around an enemy's weapon).

Physical Description: With clothes that just about stick to her figure, it's very hard to mistake her level of fitness. Absurdly toned muscles, in part due to her Konaga lineage, do their best to keep excess fat to a minimum, allowing her to show off her figure to its fullest. Zenko sports a healthy bust of 36DD, the cleavage of which is more often than not, exposed by a daringly open top. Further down, she has proportionately wide hips with a round bottom. Even though she has no problem with openly flaunting her looks, Zenko doesn't show that much skin. She fancies long skirts which usually fall to a foot above her heels, and at the front, it stops mid-thigh, allowing her legs more freedom than a normal, long skirt would. She has long, straight purple hair which flows level to her bottom, and a pair of ocean blue eyes.
Personality: Zenko isn't exactly the talkative type, but she tends to use her natural charisma to take advantage of others to suit her. Along with that she had a tendency to voice her opinion. She isn't afraid of anyone despite how things may seem, and rarely holds respect for anyone, even those of higher rank than her. Lastly, she's terribly interested in dark humor, and isn't aware of how taboo it may be to some people; because, quite simply, she doesn't care, as the well-being of others isn't above her own.
Behavior: Alone, she likes to amuse herself with any type of scenario she can think of in her head, often times bordering on sexual themes. She knows that she looks good, and takes advantage of it when she can, often trying to worm her way out of getting things whenever possible. In combat, she likes to keep a humorous attitude most of the time, belittling her opponent, and keeping an open mind for any opening that she can abuse. Dirty blows aren't a problem for her, so often, she will aim for one's groin, or attack someone while their down. If one mentioned her conscience, she would mention that she is her own conscience, hence, she has no guilt for any action she does.

Primary Attribute: Sexy
Benefit: Ninja with this attribute are so attractive, that anyone who would normally be attracted to the user`s gender will be unable to lie to the user, and will be much more likely to believe what the Sexy Ninja is saying. This makes any Genjutsu used by a Sexy ninja to act as if it were one rank stronger against a susceptible foe.
Combat Ability: Once per combat, a sexy Ninja can utilize the "Sexy Barrage" ability, a pose or otherwise flirtation to distract and knock the opponent off balance, thus gaining the upper hand. The sexy barrage works to make an opponent's attack miss, or mesmerize their opponent long enough to give them a higher chance of getting their own attack to hit their enemy.
Secondary Attribute: Speed
Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.
However, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.
Tertiary Attribute: Toughness
→ Even as a woman, Zenko knows how to take a hit, mostly due to her Konaga genes, but that's not the point.
Specialties:
Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.
Combo: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.

Weapon Type: Spear Weapon Range: 198.5 cm (6'6") Weapon Location: Strapped to her back.
Weapon Description: Forged by the blood, sweat, and tears of Zenko's father, the weapon is a masterpiece in the image of his daughter, a pure and wonderful creation for the purpose of aiding her whenever she had need of it. Beautiful, yet deadly, he would never know the truth of this description. Beautiful because its smooth purple surface which felt like silk to the touch, and because it matched the long locks of his offspring. Deadly because of the menacing tips of each end which were sharp enough to easily puncture anything other than metal armor, and on the tip, able to slice cleanly through flesh and into bone like a hot knife through butter. Both ends can be used for thrust, yet only the top end could be used for slicing. The whole of it seems to glow dimly in the light when Zenko touches it, becoming beautiful beyond compare to any weapon forged of steel.
Lastly, if cracked or otherwise damaged, this spear takes fives posts to repair, and drains three stamina per post.
Special Properties: As stated before, when the weapon comes into contact with it's owner, it glows faintly with the color of her chakra, which is the sign that its chakra coat has been activated. ( This is possible not because Zenko wills it, but because of the unique crafting method that went into making the spear. The chakra imbued within it is that of her father's, and reacts harmoniously with his daughter's which produces the glow, as well as the coat. ) The coat is capable of taking up to A-Rank taijutsu abuse, capable of being raised to S (5 Stamina) and SS(10 Stamina). However, when an alien chakra source comes into contact with the weapon the coat is deactivated, requiring one post to bring it back to life.

Physical Description: The most noticeable thing about Jouji is his hair; a mess of a dark colour you can’t quite decide is brown or black, for some reason, above all else, this what people notice about him and remember, physically.
He can be found in tight black leather pants with a black leather belt with a thick steel buckle, calf-high black combat boots and a dirty grey singlet top that extends over his belt. He wears a tight black arm warmer on his right arm which extends to his elbow, and the hand portion is fingerless on the middle and pointer fingers, while he wears a simple black glove on the left hand. He also has a steel coloured tongue piercing which he often plays with absentmindedly, having quite the oral fixation.
Personality: While ‘Odd’ seems a pretty silly way to classify a person’s personality it actually fits Jouji perfectly; there is always something just “off” about him and the way he thinks and acts. He’ll oft be wearing a melancholy smile, or a look of erratic contemplation, in fact the only time he doesn’t look or feel “off” is when he is laughing sincerely.
He is distinctly vivacious and flirty in his speech but expresses a clear distate for humanity and their idiocy; he hates that people cannot discern that chaos and order are invariably linked not because they balance each other out but because they necessitate one another. He also hates that people refuse to look at themselves and apply any of the judgements they throw onto others also onto themselves.
Behavior: When off duty Jouji can generally be found in his room smoking, drinking and reading adult novels and manga, sometimes naked just for the sake of being naked which makes uninvited entry into his room a very dangerous thing, especially for men. Around men he is very flirtatious and erratic in his speech and thought however, he has absolutely no luck with relationships and laments being single.
Jouji has written various works which can be found at a few libraries in the various countries, mostly light pieces about spirituality, the nature of divine event and intervention, and some very deep examinations of the notion of chaos and order and how it relates to freedom. These are under the name of Jouji Ijuin and not Akio Takamiya. The books do not provide any visual reference to Jouji or his activities outside of writing these works and thus a connection cannot be made between him and his works upon seeing him. He would also be listed, if at all in bingo books (current) as nameless and in old books (with a very different appearance and way of dress) as Akio Takamiya.
Fun fact: He refuses to eat seafood of any kind. Fish is especially terrible as he cannot get the taste or texture out of his mouth for weeks.
Jouji’s movements have a lazy ‘drawling’ motion to them when not in combat and he takes some small pleasure in intruding into others personal space just to unnerve them or make a point. He is also prone to suddenly turning his on its side or various other head twitches, and his eyelids flutter when he is trying to think rapidly.

Ninja Class: Medical As a truly unique class, Medical shinobi get to enjoy a well sought after niche as the best healers in the shinobi world. With access to most everything that other ninja have access to on at least some level, they also have the benefit of accessing healing jutsu, making them both incredibly well-rounded fighters and extremely sought after teammates. When combined with the ability to augment their physical prowess immensely through their chakra control, Medical shinobi are no joke and are often times some of the most dangerous opponents to face.
Special Ability: [AUGMENT] The Medical Ninja Class is able to utilize a specialized technique wherein they can concentrate immense amounts of chakra into a single spot, generating an incredible amount of force behind any one of their attacks. This enhanced strike or [Augment] allows the medical shinobi to channel their energy into a single devastating attack which can reduce stone, earth, or wood to rubble, or leave an opponent completely crippled, or worse. Beyond this, they can also use the ability to grant a kind of super-human strength, allowing them to, for a brief period, accomplish tasks no one normally could, such as lifting heavy slabs of stone, or ripping a tree from it's roots and swinging it around.
An augmentation costs 3 chakra points to perform and this cost cannot be reduced by any means of chakra cost reduction. The [AUGMENT] lasts for only one attack/action and the Medical Ninja must allow for a one post cooldown between uses.
Jouji likes to be versatile and free to take whatever action he pleases, therefore it is natural that he would become a medical based shinobi capable of both healing and hurting those around him.Medical abilities also exponentially increase his usefulness to the Akatsuki who can't really rely on normal medical facilities to treat their injuries.

Primary Attribute: Great Chakra Reserves
Though few individuals are blessed with legendary amounts of chakra like Bijuu hosts are, variations in chakra levels still exist between shinobi. As the very basis of the techniques that the ninja world depends on, the amount of chakra a shinobi has directly effects what they can and cannot do. Those blessed to have high chakra however find that they are capable of using more ninjutsu then their companions, allowing them to last longer in combat, and in the most dire of need, draw from an inner power to go beyond their limits.
Benefit: User receives an additional +5/10 chakra points. [For every 10 points of chakra a user has, they receive an additional 5 points of chakra] Combat Ability: Once per combat, even if the user has been completely drained of their chakra, the user can still complete one final jutsu which they already know by utilizing their "Overdraft" ability. [This jutsu costs no Stamina to use]
Secondary Attribute: Endurance Through incredible amounts of physical training, these ninja have become masters of their own bodies and can push far beyond other people's limits. Using their great endurance, they can go harder and last longer in a fight, pulling off far more techniques then the average shinobi would be able to perform without getting tired.
Benefit: Ninja with this attribute treat themselves as having stamina which is one rank higher than their current rank when placed in the Primary or Secondary Attribute slot
Tertiary Attribute: Sexy
→ Jouji despite all his oddities is quite a handsome young man, with a body that leaves many drooling for more.
Jouji is a good looking young man who prefers to scout and talk rather than fight and even when he does fight he finds his place in the back row, supporting allies with healing jutsu and blasting foes with lightning ninjutsu. Larger than normal pools of chakra and stamina allow him to keep this up for longer than most other ninja, though why he is blessed with such reserves is unknown, it just seems to have been luck of the draw at birth.
Specialties:
Combo: Masters of stringing moves together in one attack after the other, Combo Specialists are a fearsome group to deal with. With their innate ability to combine their quick wits and their incredible dexterity, they are able to perform twice as many actions as other ninja can in the same amount of time, giving them a supreme edge in combat. Forcing their opponents to deal with a set of attacks one after the other rather than a single directed attack like most others, Combo Specialists excel at keeping the pressure on and backing their opponents into a corner hard and fast. Benefit(s): Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.
Chakra Control: All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.
