 ^I wish he had had one of these kuni in his mouth. Daichi could have ended him in a second. Name of Weapon: Akbar Kunai Who Owns the Weapon: Daichi Mayu Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Daichi created these kunai while looking for a way to create explosive kunai without the telltale explosive tag. In the end he took the concept of a battery, which uses energy to store energy chemically, and then release it, and applied it to an explosive. Range: As far as you can make them go, plus a 3 meter explosive radius (an average explosive tag). Number: Daichi can have 6 at a time, and they take two empty kuni can be filled and welded shut per post. Weakness: Once chakra is run through these kunai, they will explode upon coming in contact with any object. This means that if you activate one of these kunai and your opponent uses a gentle jutsu to redirect it toward you or it hits a projectile in transit, you run the risk of being blown up by your own kunai if it's close enough or wasting it. Weapon Description: These kunai look exactly like regular kunai, except the insides are hollowed out for the chemical compound. The outside of the handle has a somewhat grainy feel, which allows him to distinguish them from regular kunai. Special Properties/Abilities: These kunai contain a chemical compound that becomes unstable when chakra is ran through it. After the user runs one chakra point into the kunai, it will explode with the force and heat of an explosive tag plus shrapnel will result from the metal of the kunai. Rp Sample:(I was told by Cobra that, because of how simple this weapon is, the application itself should suffice.If you really think it does need a sample though, I'll see what I can cook up.)

iBakuhatsu_Kay-kun Cobra_X iBakuhatsu_Kay-kun The Criticizer That's what I thought at first, but considering his large weaknesses [Canceled out with ANY ranked jutsu of the opposing element, only D-Rank damage] I thought it would not matter that much. But I do agree, that I am slowly starting to dislike the few who are trying to get Attributes or Specialties for free. It's all up to you to approve it. It's weak compared to the Energy Slice, he gets -15 Chakra Points for using and then has to wait for Five more posts. At the other side, it's very similar to the Attribute Ability. Thinking about it from that position, I think the cost is a little too high for such a low level of power... could I up the damage? If not how about i lower the cost? Lower which cost?... give me specific changes to work with. Lowering the cost of using the slash to around 3 chakra points. This weapon sounded good in my head... but it seems to be a little too... cumbersome.

 Name of Weapon: Yowkow Who Owns the Weapon: Jouji Ijuin Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? It was forged and woven by monks at a temple dedicated to the reading and mapping of the stars and their meanings for divination and occult purposes. They blessed and named the fan in honour of the star; Yowkow. However their temple was destroyed in a war and their knowledge and artifacts lost, but Jouji in the two years between POTS and TUP acquired data about the temple's whereabouts and in his investigations ended up excavating Yowkow from amidst some rubble, seemingly untouched by time. Range: When folded, it is a close-range weapon when it is unfolded it doubles the range of any Fuuton ninjutsu thrown/cast from it. Weakness: Wind jutsu of a higher rank absorb Wind jutsu thrown by Yowkow and the effects backfire on the wielder of Yowkow. Wind jutsu that are 'combined' with Water or Hyouton jutsu to achieve a higher rank in the calculations of special ability (3) can render any effects granted by Yowkow negated. Water/Hyouton combinations with Wind jutsu cannot be thrown from Yowkow or mixed at any stage or else the jutsus will negate each other. If a Wind jutsu thrown by Yowkow is intercepted by a Water jutsu of equal rank or higher its effects are either negated or it is destroyed by the water jutsu entirely. An equal rank Water jutsu renders the special effects negated but the Wind jutsu will still cut through and cancel the opposing technique A higher rank Water jutsu will destroy the Wind jutsu completely. A lower rank Water jutsu will evaporate around the Wind jutsu and the attack will continue on its intended course. Weapon Description: A giant japanese fan, about 140cm in total length, made with a black steel frame, and flame-retardant and water-proof golden cloth like material for the inner-portion of the fan. On one side there is a small red cord which one can use to sling Yowkow over their shoulder. A large red dot typically used to represent the sun is painted on the center of the gold material but in this case symbolizes the star; Yowkow. Special Properties/Abilites:(1) The wind blown from this fan and thus Wind jutsu thrown from it are very hot, and make you feel like (when hit) it's a 40 degree celsuis/104 degree farenheit day. (2) Every 3 (that's three separate jutsu) times you are struck with a Wind jutsu thrown from this fan in the same battle you lose 2 stamina. (3) Because the wind blown from this fan is imbued with quite a bit of heat (Katon) when two Wind jutsu of equal power rank clash in battle, the one that was thrown from Yowkow automatically overpowers the other and dissolves it completely. If the jutsu cast from Yowkow is a higher rank it also automatically overpowers and dissolves the other, however if the other jutsu is of a higher rank it absorbs the heat from the Yowkow thrown jutsu and continuing on its original trajectory transforms so that it will now deliver heat blisters and burns to anyone caught in it in addition to its usual effects with exception of any Wind jutsu that has cold or water based properties in which case the heat and cold/water are both negated and the Wind jutsu continues with neither effect. Opposing Wind jutsu combined with Water jutsu/Hyouton techniques are treated as +1/+2 respectively when determining the which jutsu overpowers the other but the actual power rank of the technique does not change. If a Yowkow thrown jutsu overpowers a Wind jutsu combined with either Water or Hyouton the special effects of Yowkow are negated for that jutsu if it lands but the jutsu continues on its trajectory. Cobra_X I think you edited it to be too weak now.Fulgur Secondus should work like this imo:
1 strike : E-rank damage delivered
2 strikes : D-rank damage delivered
3 strikes : C-rank damage delivered
...a strike always costs 2 chakra.
Fulgur Tertius :
If used after 1 strike --> Concentrated blast does D-rank damage
If used after 2 strike --> Concentrated blast does C-rank damage
If used after 3 strike --> Concentrated blast does B-rank damage
...use of this technique always costs 5 chakra and 3 stamina. Fixed, added in a damage chart to make the damages clear.

 Name of Weapon: None [Will be explained], The Green Shield (Name by Tyson)
Who Owns the Weapon: Kenzo Kurochi
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? The turtle shell was found by Tyson around the foreign lands between the Rice and Wind Country. It was in it's only known state by then - The Shield. Tyson thought that the Shield was left or fell from a shinobi, precisely the Turtle Sage. Although it was not the same story, it's still very similar. Tyson never knew that he had entered a special area of Turtle Summons, not their homeland, simply a base in the Shinobi Lands. Therefore, all he crafted was the shield's other form, the gauntlet. He simply linked straps and set the mechanism for the transformation.
Range: Shield's size is 1.1Meters (3'61"), and imagining it's strap to be linked on his elbow, it would have a 10 cm reach [3"94]. Gauntlet form has the same reach, but it's size covers his forearm only.
Weakness: Due to it's size and weight, when the shield is activated Kenzo suffers a loss of One rank in speed. Taijutsu attacks of A-Rank break the shield with two hits, while S-Rank break it with one.
Weapon Description: The weapon's base is an ancient shell therefore it has no specific name, as the first folk to touch it was the Turtles. They held it as a sacred reward from Mother Nature, but the humans took their attention and the shell was lost. It was then found by Tyson, who was returning from the war. It has two forms: The Gauntlet and Shield form. The Gauntlet takes the form of the two center turtle scales, however still keeping the sharp ends and at the same time borders. The two scales on the very end are extraordinary sharp, acting as the head of the Gauntlet and also focuses on attacking. The shield form takes the figure of a turtle's whole shell, 110cm long and 55cm width at the most wide point [The upper center]. If crouched, it can protect Kenzo's whole body unless he chooses to stick his head out. Upon running chakra through the shield, the lines between the scales glow in the user's chakra.
Special Properties/Abilites: The Gauntlet form's only ability is an Active Move or technique which costs one chakra point. The technique allows the two blades in the front to violently shake, such creating a Bleeding Effect. He can use this ability only twice per battle, and the Effect comes when tearing the enemy's muscles. Even after the blades are out of the body, the enemy suffers a loss of one stamina point for the next five posts.
To transform to the Shield Form Kenzo pays one chakra point. It can block up to A-Rank nin/ken jutsu, while up to B-Rank Taijutsu. The Shield form's ability costs five chakra points. By running chakra through the shield, the lines between 'tiles' glow the color of Kenzo's chakra. This intensifies the shield and can ignore a side of an attack. For example, if this would absorb an A-Ranked Taijutsu it would ignore a side of the attack, such taking the enemy another two attacks to destroy the shield. Or would ignore half of the S-Rank's attack, such needing another attack [Or another half] of the same rank to destroy it. After using this, the shield returns to the original form.
The shield can be held active for five posts, while Kenzo would have to wait for another three posts to be able to activate again.
Rp Sample: I think I showed enough above, if something is not understood/you need to know another manner I can use it tell me and I'll continue with the sample.
[P.S: If you're wondering why I put Tyson instead of Kenzo, I see Tyson as my old character, the old personality of Kenzo. Tyson was less serious and somehow lost his creativity, therefore giving it a weak name.]

Hyouzou's Nodachi
Name of Weapon: Hyouzou's Nodachi (it doesn't have a name, and Hyouzou is too lazy to give it one)
Who Owns the Weapon: Hyouzou Law
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Retrieved by Gold Roger, given to Hyouzou Law as a gift (Gold Roger is his father) Creator is unknown.
Range: The blade is 4 ft. The blade's special ability range differs depending on the amount of chakra used.
Weakness: The blade is primarily not used for fighting. Due to its massive size, its attacking/defending speed is -1 rank the user. (So if the user is a chuunin rank, he moves the blade at D-rank speed. This does not mean that he himself is D-rank speed, just his movements with the sword)
Also, see the red thing on the sword? If one pulls that out, the pink mist held inside the sword is released, rendering the special ability useless.
And, of course, Hyouzou cannot strike the opponent with his sword during the effect. If someone touches the blade an even number of times (2, 4, 6, 8, etc), they are immune to the effect.
Weapon Description: This blade is pretty long. Primarily used by two hands, this nodachi has a blade that is 4 ft long. The blade has nothing significant about it, while the sheath has small crosses going up and down the blade. The hilt is made of fur, presumably from a Panda Bear. Hyouzou usually holds the blade in an upside manner, with him holding the top end of the sheath with the hilt sticking upwards.
Special Properties/Abilities: The sword is both a custom weapon and a genjutsu. The sword seems like nothing special at first glance. However, there is a special liquid kept inside the blade. In order for the blade's special effect to activate, the victim must make physical contact with the blade once. If touched twice, the effect is deactivated, and will not take place. Hyouzou will spin the blade around countless times, and as he does this, the liquid kept inside the blade will start to exude out. However, it comes out as a pinkish mist, a pleasant aroma accompanying the mist. Once anyone smells the mist, assuming they have touched the blade, the effect takes place. To the opponent, everything is inverted. Up and down, left and right, as well as forward and backward are opposite. This makes countering the damage from the inverted directions almost impossible, for one would have to be a calculating genius in order to process all of the inversions within the mind at the last second. No matter how powerful or quick the opponent, their body will not adapt and will continue to fight by reflex, which causes it to continuously succumb to the power's effect.
The inversion lowers an opponent's reflex, as well as their speed, but not by a specific amount. that will be determined by the victim. also, intense concentration is needed to continue fighting, for the victim must take a moment to properly move, attack, aim, etc) It will be allowed for characters to RP out of some attacks, but acting as if nothing has changed will not be acceptable. Most likely, the victim will form a barrier of some sort to protect themselves, or rely on fellow teammates to fight while they wait the effects out.
Requirements: In order to activate this effect, Hyouzou must offer up some chakra, the same amount of chakra needed for that specific rank in ninjutsu. As the rank progresses, added effects appear. Also, the victim needs to touch the sword an odd number of times (1, 3, 5, etc)
D-Rank: Sight is inverted (50 ft in range)
C-Rank: Sight and Sound are inverted, as well as light. (Darkness appears light, light appears dark. Great use for a bright day) (75 ft in range)
B-Rank: Sight, Sound, and Feeling is inverted (so, if someone taps the victim on the left shoulder, it feels as if it happened on the right shoulder. can be useful) Also, things that normally are weak (a shuriken) feel much stronger, and vice versa with stronger attacks (100 ft in range)
A-Rank: Everything the victim does is inverted (attacks, walking, handseals, etc) (250 ft in range)
Countering the Effect: However, even though this effect is almost impossible to get out of, those of higher intelligence are able to deflect the attacks. Those who hold the Intelligence attribute of any rank (either primary or secondary) can RP fighting without any hindrance (they merely just have to roleplay that they see everything inverted. However, it does not have to be last minute or anything. Still, they probably need to get attacked once, since they don't know that everything is inverted)
Medical Shinobi of equal rank or higher are able to get the substance out of their systems. They must, however, have prior knowledge that
- the inversion is due to the pink mist
- the liquid is still in the system
Duration: The effect duration depends on the rank of the victim. For those of at least 2 ranks or lower, the effect lasts 10 posts. For those of 1 rank lower, they suffer fro 7 posts. Those of equal rank suffer for 5 posts. Those of 1 rank higher suffer for 3 posts. And those that are 2+ ranks higher only suffer for 2 posts. Again, the effect is de-activated if the opponent touches the sword. Also, if the user or an ally touches the sword, they are affected as well (but again, it can be de-activated if they re-touch the sword) Hyouzou can not sheath his sword, or the special ability ends. Hyouzou only has enough liquid in the blade to activate this twice per battle, for he must refill it often.
RP Sample Hyouzou grinned. "Well well, seems like we're at an odds here, eh?" The pirate never expected this to happen. Someone else who ....who couldn't be affected by genjutsu. The boy, also aiming to become a chuunin during the exams, shared the same ability as Hyouzou, meaning that neither of them could use genjutsu against each other. It would have no effect, since both of them were immune to the illusive art. The boy didn't seem to care, for he was already throwing up a slew of handseals, most likely aiming to perform a ninjutsu. However, before he could continue any further, Hyouzou held up a hand.
"I didn't think this would happen so soon, but I kept a trump card hidden for this very reason." As the boy looked on, puzzled, Hyouzou grabbed his nodachi, which was hanging loosely from his shoulder until now, barely supported by his right hand. As his grin grew wider as the boy's confusion, he flipped the blade upside down, the nodachi now standing right side up. He then flipped it "again", the blade being upside down once more. Again and again, the genin continued to spin his blade, and as Hyouzou's opponent looked on, guard up, he noticed that something was emitting from Hyouzou. In fact, it appeared to be a pinkish mist. "What the....."
Suddenly, Hyouzou stopped. As the boy looked on, he resisted the urge to rub his eyes. He failed. Hyouzou, the boy's opponent, the genin from Sunagakure.....he was no longer there! It was as if he had disappeared. In fact, he "did" disappear.
"Yo! Over here."
The boy, sweating profusely now, slowly turned around. Hyouzou was there, blade intact and grin as wide as ever. The nodachi was right side up, aside form its usual manner. However, Hyouzou.....Hyouzou was upside down! In fact, everything was upside down! The boy looked down, amazed that he was now standing on a cloud while the ground was above him. The chuunin exam crowd, the onlookers: they didn't seem to notice a thing. They just kept there eyes on him, as if everything was usual, as if nothing had happened. The boy began to worry. But....but i thought that.....I thought that i was immune.....No! This has to be a genjutsu.....Is he godmodding? Hyouzou kept his grin on his face. He didn't want to, but he knew he had to finish this up rather quickly. The kages were watching, and wasting time was probably not in his best interest. He touched his blade once, only once, just to see what his opponent was seeing. His eyes stayed drooped as everything was suddenly turned upside down. He looked down, then up. "Man, this must be freaking him the hell out."
He let the blade skim his index finger, returning his sight to normal. He had to attack before his opponent could recover. I can't cut him. That would cancel out the effect, and I really don't can't use chakra again. With a nod, Hyouzou crouched down. "OK, here I come. Just so you know, everything is inverted. So, you might want to.....s**t!" Hyouzou scolded himself for revealing his attack. What the hell was he thinking? Now the boy had a chance....no. Even if he knew what had happened, his reflex would inevitably play out. It would make no difference. He sped up, charging suddenly at the boy. He would finish this with a kick.
As he attempted to strike, the boy moved. He actually dodged the attack! Hyouzou's hand slowly went to his face, his expression solemn. "Facepalm. You have the intelligent attribute. Is it your primary or secondary?" The boy only grinned. "Heh. Primary. b***h. Problem?"
10 Minutes Later
Hyouzou laid back in his chair. True, he had lost his battle. The dude, who ha intelligent as his primary, used the "Analyze" combat ability to figure out the secret behind Hyouzou's technique. Then, Hyouzou, having no ace up his sleeve, had given up. Fighting on even terms just wasn't the shinobi way. You either had to have an unfair advantage, or admit defeat. "Sigh, i just hope The Criticizer's RPC is kind enough to make me chuunin rank. I really don't want to wait another 6 months for the mods to organize another one." Hyouzou let out another sigh. "Eh, might as well log off. The new Naruto Manga is supposed to come out today anyway."

Cobra_X Kaze: MekajikiThere are a couple of points I'd like to make here:
1. You can correct me if I am wrong, but your character has the weapon... therefore there must be some kind of story as to how he got it, where it was found, or where it came from. All of those details belong in the "Where it was found" section. A response of 'Unknown' is simply unacceptable. Truth exists for all things, and seeing as you created the weapon, you can create the truth for this weapon. Sure, maybe your RPC doesn't know the truth, but as the sword's creator... YOU do.
2. When you say 'Directly Struck' by a Fuuton technique... to what degree are you speaking? Many Fuuton techniques hit in a wide range, since it's air.
3. When you describe the weapon, you counter yourself. You say it's like Samehada, but with smaller scales and a slimmer frame... but how small, and how slim? Then you say it looks like a Swordfish's Sword... but a Swordfish's sword is much smoother, thinner, and more pointed.
4. There is no mention of the sword's dimensions (hilt and blade)
5. Range of a sword cannot be mid-long. It's still a melee weapon at base... maybe a reach weapon when extended, but that doesn't make it a long range weapon by any stretch of the imagination.
6. I don't understand how it can have a streamlined physique, yet resemble Samehada. Samehada had scales meant to shave... not cut, and it was heavy. Yeah, you mentioned the scales are smaller and the blade thinner, but even so... if it's 1/10 the size of Samehada, it's STILL not going to be efficient at CUTTING THROUGH PEOPLE. Sure, I can understand cutting through Suiton techniques (But only up to the User's rank... and it's going to cost something)
7. So the word 'Cleave' does what? Makes the scales come out? Makes it so the other abilities can be used?
8. If the range extended 5 feet, it would make the weapon incredibly unwieldy... I mean that's longer then Sephiroth's sword. Not sure what you plan to do with it at that point as it wouldn't be incredibly accurate... and it doesn't give an advantage to long-range combat... all it does is extend the range of the blade by 5 feet. Technically, that would make you WEAKER to long range combat, as it would be harder to deflect or slice through things with it's large size as compared to a shorter, more mobile blade like a kodachi.
9. The Raiton ability.. I don't mind, but if it's elemental weakness is Fuuton... why is the element it is most effective against Suiton? Raiton is most effective against Doton. is the Raiton just there because you want it to be because it's your RPCs proposed element, or is it simply a mechanic so that only you can wiled it?... or does it have a greater purpose? Sorry, didn’t notice this until just recently. Can you quote me next time? ;D 1. Ah, I see. Alright, I can change that. 2. Now I was thinking Fuuton as something like Air Bullet jutsu. Something that is directly sent to the weapon. 3. Hmm. I can fix that! 4. I can fix that, too! 5. Noted. 6. I think I’m just going to remove the Samaheda bit altogether, as well as the key-word for it as well. The key-word, “Cleave” only activated the Samaheda-like ability. That wasn’t very well described sweatdrop Also, what did you have in mind for a cost? I also wanted ideas on that. I couldn't think of any xP Chakra cost and stamina cost are the things missing. 8. So, what would be more realistic? A few inches? 9. It is there because of my RPC's element. I will update that post on pg. 8. Should I repost it since it's so far back?

Name of Weapon: Tsukiakari [Moonlight]
Who Owns the Weapon: Hatake, Takeshi
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? It was given to Takeshi’s parents by his Samurai sensei. When he graduated from the academy his parents gave him the katana.
Range: 63cm
Weakness: This blade is extremely weak against Suiton and Katon. They do extra damage to it.[E-->D, D-->C, etc]
Weapon Description: Tsukiakari has an overall white and black theme to it. The blade signifies the sky at night, and the white signifies the light of the moon. It was originally forged for the Samurai who taught him before he entered the academy. It has little special abilities to it.
Special Properties/Abilites:
- Chakra Enchantment Color
Passive
This is the most unique thing about Tsukiakari. It doesn’t matter what color the chakra is of the person enchanting it, it always turns black and white. This is just for appearance though, doing nothing to the actual blade.
- Tsuki no hikari [Rays of the Moon]
C rank
By focusing your chakra into the tip of Tsukiakari, you create a ball of black and white chakra. This ball quickly covers the entire blade of the sword. With a quick swing of your sword you launch an arc of black and white chakra.
Rp Sample:
Takeshi was staring at his sensei. They were training at the moment and he had just given Takeshi permission to come at him with the intent to kill. Takeshi unsheathed Tsukiakari and applied his White Chakra Enhancement, to increase the overall length of the blade by ten centimeters, three inches, and the cutting power to that of a sharp longsword. He ran at his sensei. He reached him and slashed. Tsukiakari hit his sensei and he was covered in a puff of smoke. When it dispersed Tsukiakari was in a log. "Damnit." Takeshi jumped back as three kunai hit the log. He focused his chakra into the tip of Tsukiakari and slashed at his sensei. A arc of black and white chakra towards the direction of his sensei.

Name of Weapon: Lilith
Who Owns the Weapon: Zenko
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Lilith is a unique weapon in the shinobi world not only because it's a spear, but because it's a spear made of pure amethyst. Crafted by Zenko's father, a man known in his area for forging tools of masterful quality, it was intended to be a birthday present. ( His decision to make it was decided after his daughter told him that she would be joining the Academy in Otogakure. ) It is the best weapon he ever fathered in the image of his daughter, if the only one, and it was truly a masterpiece. The existence of it would not be possible if not for his overwhelming dedication to finishing it, and its finesse would otherwise not exist if not for the care he took in crafting it, as if he were raising his daughter again.
Range: 198.5 cm (6'6”)
Weakness: Although a masterpiece, and an almost impossible marvel to gaze up, the weapon is very brittle due to it being made of pure gem and chakra. When struck without its chakra coating the spear will break under an ideal amount of stress. ( C-Rank Taijutsu )
Weapon Description: Forged by the blood, sweat, and tears of Zenko's father, the weapon is a masterpiece in the image of his daughter, a pure and wonderful creation for the purpose of aiding her whenever she had need of it. Beautiful, yet deadly, he would never know the truth of this description. Beautiful because its smooth purple surface which felt like silk to the touch, and because it matched the long locks of his offspring. Deadly because of the menacing tips of each end which were sharp enough to easily puncture anything other than metal armor, and on the tip, able to slice cleanly through flesh and into bone like a hot knife through butter. Both ends can be used for thrust, yet only the top end could be used for slicing. The whole of it seems to glow dimly in the light when Zenko touches it, becoming beautiful beyond compare to any weapon forged of steel.
Lastly, if cracked or otherwise damaged, this spear takes fives posts to repair, and drains three stamina per post.
Special Properties/Abilities: As stated before, when the weapon comes into contact with it's owner, it glows faintly with the color of her chakra, which is the sign that its chakra coat has been activated. ( This is possible not because Zenko wills it, but because of the unique crafting method that went into making the spear. The chakra imbued within it is that of her father's, and reacts harmoniously with his daughter's which produces the glow, as well as the coat. ) The coat is capable of taking up to A-Rank taijutsu abuse, capable of being raised to S (5 Stamina) and SS(10 Stamina). However, when an alien chakra source comes into contact with the weapon the coat is deactivated, requiring one post to bring it back to life.
Lilith Techniques:
Chakra Enhancement – (4 Stamina) – Utilization of this requires that Zenko knows that 'Chakra Blade' technique. Morphing the methods use to create the chakra blade for her own purposes, or rather, the spear, Zenko is able to extend the blade on top of the spear an inch with chakra, and it becomes extremely sharp, able to pierce a large boulder as it if were paper, and likewise, cut it to pieces like one would a batch of brownies. This only lasts for one post and its usage creates a burn effect on the user's hands. After usage cool down goes into effect, requiring one post before it can be used again. It can only be used twice each meditation cycle, a third time is possible, but it will risk cracking the spear. To determine the outcome of the third enhancement, a 20 sided die will need to be rolled. 1-5 and the spear cracks, becoming unusable, as well as damaging Zenko's hands, making them useless until she had gone through a meditation cycle. 6-15, and the spear just cracks, becoming unusable unless repaired. 16-20, nothing happens.
Chakra Bash – (6 Stamina) – In essence, this technique is just an extension of the most basic of Konaga chakra utilization. Instead of focusing the chakra into one of the limbs for a powerful strike, Zenko would focus it in the spear, releasing the chakra at one of the ends for one solid strike. The concussive force of it is equal to a Chuunin using the 'Chakra Force' technique. Can only be used once every two posts.
Jutsu Repellant – (X Stamina) – Since the spear itself is very weak against jutsu, naturally, there is a technique designed to try and combat this. By spinning the weapon quickly in a windmill fashion and applying her chakra to it, Zenko is able to repel one jutsu of any rank. Any jutsu replled by this technique will harmlessly 'bounce off,' its kinetic force absorbed the shield that the technique creates. The stamina drain is dependent on the rank of the jutsu repelled, and it only works on projectile jutsu. This technique can only be used once every three posts.

It can not be out right immune to physical attack when covered in chakra, hard as s**t to break, sure, but not immune.
You need to add ranked amount on the types of tai, or kenjutsu blows that can break the spear, Havik does not have strength as his attribute, but is very strong. You could say a base strength amount of +1, although the way it sounds to me any type of attack with a C rank or more amount of power will break it. Up to you what you want to put though.
Chakra Enhancement: This seems like a less costly version of the Chakra Blade jutsu from your clan, and weapon ability's that mimic those of jutsu already available, but to a lesser degree have been denied in the past. The exact same thing would be achieved through simple adding a chakra coat to your weapon, like other weapon users do, the fact your is a spear, and not a sword just means you mold differently

Chakra Bash: Again, very close to a clan jutsu, but your weapon is a medium, and you added on a little bit more cost, and a duration as a counter balance, so approved.
Jutsu Repellent: It is pretty much fine the way it is, I just need to know one thing, how would the effected area work on a persons body? For example Deil charges Zenko, throwing Misuki to the wind, as he is overwhelmed by her sexy, and surprised by this Zenko starts twirling her staff like a frightened cheerleader. What would happen to Deil if he was caught up in the effected area of this ability?

- Tsuki no Hikari: Even if I was to accept this technique, I'd tell you to specify it's strength and its weaknesses. You're being very little detailed here. Now comes the main problem: That is a copy of Ki Strike.
- Be more specific in everything you've put until now, except Range and above.

1. Okay. I thought y'all did. 2. Not a dang thing. It's aesthetic, just like Hatake white chakra. Something to make it differ. 3. Actually, it was suppose to be a nerfed Getsuga Tensho, and you can do Ki Strike though weapons. Did not know that, the way y'all worded it made it seem like you could only use it with taijutsu. 4.
