When the power went out, Liya had to managed getting out of the obstacle course safely. She was sure Rayu would be close by, knowing him. But she did send him a message letting him know what she would be up to and would also let him know if she was back.
The next message she sent was to her brother informing him of the same. She hoped he was doing alright. Once the messages were sent and she had gathered as many crystals as she could physically manage without losing any, she came back to drop them off

[ office canopy ]
Compliments aside, which got Siluhe a winning smile, Meelo was finding a lot of enjoyment from making the female laugh. It was light and airy, heartfelt and almost contagious.
"I find the pants very constricting," he added into the conversation. Humans seemed to like them as tight as possible, some of the other clans as well which didn't seem practical for combat. Really, it was no surprise that the female shared his views while anyone from War probably would anyways. Perhaps he should too look into skirts with the lovely creature before him. "I would love to join you," he replied with every drop of coolness he could muster.
He made to answer her further, addressing the subject of adventures into the human world when suddenly the canopy went dark. It halted everything except his eye movement which went about in a circle and was both thankful that his companion didn't seem to panic under a sudden situation such as the one they were in, but also a little disappointed that he was not able to be the source of comfort to her.
Aa well.
Some semblance of light returned to the floor but only in the form of dimmed and red, as if an act of emergency. The phone that was tucked somewhere on his person twittered about, updating on what was happening around them. Fear needed to be collected and with a gem (his the form of an earring). "I do believe you're correct little manu," even now he was smiling, "where would you like to go?"
He pondered the options while Siluhe conversed with their lead.
name: Meelo journal:A link! clan: War (Soldier) arcana: Hermit description: Tall, tanned, lean, toned and tattooed. His brown hair is pulled into a man bun with part of the sides shaved. Eyes are green, clothes are barely there, a smile always present and wings are large, tan with red markings.
When ever the heir couldn't tell the exact life span of the crystal, it meant it could be the next second, there was no time to waste. She frowned at the silly disputes some horsemen having on the communal chat and sighed. If they had idle time to argue, they should have collect a lot of fear energy already.
Adelaide's words proved that it was an emergent problem they were facing, when asked if she was ready, the petite horseman didn't know. She hadn't been to the human world but with Meelo's companion - she gave the stalliona warm glance, she guessed she would be fine. "Yes, I think our clan trains us a lot of how to deal with unfamiliar situations. The War clan doesn't flinch." She answered with determination sparkled in her eyes.
"Before I go, I've heard some youngsters from our clan had the awful thought of privatizing the red crystal. I don't want anyone get our clan's name dirty." The petite horseman was a verteran after all, on one had she understood they all make mistakes at youth; on the other hand, something as big as that needed to be stopped at once. "Maybe you can keep an eye on any suspicious approach the crystal?" She suggested.
Siluhe waited a while in case Meelo wanted to say something to the heir as well, before grabbing him at his wrist. With a bounce, she opened her wings and flew towards the elevator with her friend. She was a bit anxious about heading to human world for harvesting FEAR and squeezed Meelo's wrist quite tightly.

[ WAR COMMONS ]
Asuna slipped into the commons and fluffed her wings out, ditching the uncomfortable and constricting 'sweater' as soon as horseman-ly possible. With a great shake of herself, she wandered over to drop off her crystal and grab another, making to relax for the moment before going back to that... insanity.

As an Executioner of her tribe, she wears fitted armor (a la the Amazons in Wonder Woman) with a belt of her trophies across her hips. Her wings generally sit loosely folded against her back, patterned like blue jay feathers. Her Judgement tattoo sits just below the hollow of her neck on her sternum, for all to see.
Liya came back from collecting FEAR from a hunter base with Rayu. "Sure we didn't get any trophies but at least we got some FEAR. Don't forget to deposit yours, okay?" she instructed as she dropped off hers.

Vania had been in slight panic mode when the crystal went out, then stayed out... but even it fading back on wasn't enough to quell her fears.
So she did something about it, after listening to the Heir.
Collecting the things she needed from the quests wasn't hard. (Okay, it was. A tiny bit. BUT STILL.)
But there was an underlying fear that ate at her, nagging incessantly.
And she wasn't able to shake the feeling.
After dropping off the particular needed essentials for FEAR collection, she realized that she actually needed to rest for a bit... so she sat in a nearby chair and watched for anyone that wanted to talk.
Or even sit by her, at this point. Even silent company was better than nothing.

A very, very disgruntled looking Asuna stormed into the commons, pulling the necklace from her throat even before she'd entered the commons proper, and dropped the crystal on the table. She looked disheveled, out of sorts, and somehow sunburnt, with her face bright red and peeling against her dark skin.
She did not look happy.
She did not look enthusiastic.
She kept muttering something about a place called Phoenix, Arizona, and how of course people were engaging in combat, because how could you even stand to be in that heat for any length of time without losing your mind and wanting to stab someone!
She also kept looking around for something, muttering about how she was going to challenge them to trial by combat and then simply take their head off for causing her so much grief and maybe they should go run around in the baking sun for eight hours with no relief and see how that feels, huh!
To be fair, she looked rather off kilter, and probably should have been isolated to check for Insanity, but she'd probably kill anyone who tried to get close to her.
Volatile War Horsewoman, sheesh.
Asuna slipped out of the commons just as quickly as she'd come into them, muttering all the while.
Adelaide frowned in thought before flashing a smile at Siluhe. "Thanks. I'll do my best to keep an eye on things." She looked up, then around as if appraising things. "You're right, we don't flinch. Best of luck out there." She nodded as the girl left to complete the task.

After a while, the war horseman returned with a happy face. She had collected some FEAR from the human world and found the lightings were all restored. They still needed to work on the power functions though, but it was great to see such a good progress. Siluhe couldn't help but shared the good news via her cellphone and encouraged her War fellows at the same time. It wasn't far before the power would return.
