The rest of the War floors from 1- 30 reflect the aesthetic of the common floor itself, wide, spacious, and full of a surreal type of vivid life. It lacks the creativity of Famine or the beautiful of Conquest and instead, is just a haphazard mess of obstacles to navigate, everything located at impossible heights. It is a jungle, though the concept of concrete isn't quite there.
Impossibly large trees seem to spawn everywhere, sprinkled by the occasional trail of an obstacle course. There are what could be considered offices as well, though those are too located on the very top branches of trees, in open-ceiling abodes. There is a sense of gregarious sense to the place once past the obstacle course in the canopy. It feels social able, almost welcoming, and of course, a little daunting to all visually take in. Occasionally, Allen, the self proclaimed king of the canopy wanders around both the obstacle course and the canopy. He is equal parts competition and encouragement. It has been after all, a long era since horsemen took the front lines, and they now instead, work on improving their own combat in small, concentrated missions. He's very proud of his Human World name, just don't tell him how to actually pronounce it.

It was very important for Liya that she got herself focused. Dorothy had no answers. The other Horsemen were just as in the dark. She didn't like having no memory of things that happened literally a day ago. Or at least not remembering what might have caused the memory black out. Berserk frenzies were a thing and while she didn't remember what she'd done during, she at least knew the events leading up to it. Yesterday, however, might as well have not happened. The whole "memory rehabilitation" was not working out for her and she should mention this the next time she was asked. For now, she was going to center herself and regain some measure of control. And what better way to do it than through training?
Which was what brought her here to the War Commons.
Her wings unfurled to their full breadth as she stretched out her arms, reaching towards the sky. She focused on her breath, on the flow of her FEAR, on the sensation of her muscles contracting and relaxing. She waited, allowing the sounds of her environment to wash over her until she was ready to take on the challenges and trials the Queen's Guards had prepared for her.
Undoubtedly, it would be dangerous for her to enter but if they weren't then what would be the point? Bouncing on her heels, constantly glancing over her shoulder, Liya seemed downright impatient to plunge herself headlong into the training course. So what was she waiting for?
Well it was not what but a who.

Kai was exercising and waiting for something to do. The canopy was always the place to catch up with people coming and going, and it was also the best place to stretch your wings and kinda hop along until you found something to occupy his time. Liya was out and right now was the best time to smoke without her around.
So he pulled out a bone pipe and started to smoke on a branch, blowing out plumes of smoke as he watched the light move through the leaves and kept his eyes out.

Leaving the room with quite an obvious confusion, she took the elevator to find what they called her room. It was very unclear of which parts of the memories she missed since she didn't have the complete checklist to begin with. Siluhe knew she was from the War Clan and just that.
Seeing the conversations ongoing, a rare sadness invaded the petite horseman. She shrank into a ball and wrappped herself with her wings, as if a bird mother would do to their offsprings. Why everyone seemed to know each other while she didn't? If there was someone that important to her, she bet she won't forget them. So she guessed that she might be an orphan after all. Her heart sank as the elevator went up. She didn't notice which floor she chose, and the elevator stopped at a certain floor.
Like a bird broke through its cage, she drove into the sky and threw all the lingering emotions off her wings. It felt like home! The large coverage of greenness, the smell of the forest and the humid earth that she loved to dance on bare foot when rain showered. It was home!
Siluhe spun through the gaps between the trees, a vague image of she playing hide-and-seek and several chasing games popped up in her mind. Maybe she wasn't alone at all? The discovered cheered the petite horseman a little bit, she began to sing like a songbird in a good mood. Legs swinging freely as she perched on a thick branch.

Rayu was bored. Bored. Everyone was too unsettled by the memory lost to do anything fun. If anyone actually had a hint as to WHY they had no memory, he's have a direction to go, but as it stood everything seemed to be in place. As far as he was concerned There was nothing for it, so why waste time an energy on something no one could change?
He'd rather be doing something fun. And fun did mean playing around in the training area.
When he entered, Rayu realized that his friend had somehow managed to beat him here. She must have been satisfied after finding her brother and was ready to train. She hadn't noticed him yet. A sly grin crossed his face as he dropped into stalk mode. He did his best to use whatever obstacles were available to keep him hidden to the last possible second, waiting silently as he edged closer and closer.
It was a slow game, a waiting game that stretched into minutes until he was satisfied with his position. And then he ran for his target at a dead sprint launching himself into a half flight tackle. "Liya!" was her only warning before his entire mass tried to occupy her space.

She had found her brother. Rep had found his children. It had definitely been good enough for Liya to leave for the commons room. And while she looked as if she was lost in her own world, it was never good to underestimate a war horseman. Of course that didn't mean Rayu was underestimating her. Tackles were their usual greeting fare even if he was yelling out her name.
Liya turned towards her friend, arms and wings spread, "Yooooooooooo!!!" She braced herself for impact, knowing there was little reason to avoid. Also she didn't feel like a game of dodge-chase right now. The obstacle course was going to provide that in spades.

Yelling out her name had the desired effect. she didn't turn around and stab him. If you didn't let a war horseman know who you were you were as likely to get dead as survive a surprise attack.
instead she turned and took it like a true warrior. Though with the force he had it was impossible for them not to both go down with a satisfactory thump. "Feeling better?" he asked two inches from her nose.

In all honestly, Meelo couldn't say he had felt particularly too off after waking up in the straight white room with the others. Sure there was the dizziness and the haze that had immediately settled after he had gotten to his feet, causing a little bit of an alarm with how long it had lingered after moving around and observing where he was. There had been a few distractions to really allow him to dwell on the matter. And maybe, just maybe this didn't feel like the first time he had managed to knock himself out in a way to acquire a little bit of memory loss; it just felt like a natural thing that he got hit in the head a lot or something.
The elevator ride to wherever - a random button pressed - allowed him to really think on the matter, however. Yesterday really did seem like a blank, like he heard others fret about, and there was a little more pieces that didn't seem to fit. Or was that just... typical. His green eyes narrowed slightly as he pondered the great mystery, scratching idly at the side of his face while the elevator traveled. Then dinged and opened up to the wide open spaces of green and trees.
There were a few others who had retreated to the spot ahead of him, how many exactly was hard to tell with the cover of the trees themselves. Meelo shrugged at the thought, unfurling his wings and stretched them out in a satisfying manner - it had been awfully cramped in that room. Pushing off from the ledge of the lift, the clansman climbed to the highest perch he could muster in a single bound. The branch got a good shake as he landed but remained steady, supporting him decently even as he walked the rest of the length of it to hop to another tree.
A song drifted in his ears then and he glanced about trying to pinpoint the source.
name: Meelo journal:A link! clan: War (Soldier) arcana: Hermit description: Tall, tanned, lean, toned and tattooed. His brown hair is pulled into a man bun with part of the sides shaved. Eyes are green, clothes are barely there, a smile always present and wings are large, tan with red markings.
No matter how much one tried to ground themselves and brace for impact, there was only so much you can do against the full force of a charging war horseman. Especially when you took into account the size difference between the two. She was knocked off her feet and while she did try to angle and twist their bodies mid-air, it still ended up her flat on her back with Rayu on top. Credit to Rayu, with his mass he could quite easily crush someone of Liya's size but he managed to refrain.
She'd folded her wings behind her in time but it was still awkwardly positioned, hence her response "My wings'll be better if you get offa me. Or am I gonna have to buck you off?" the grin on her face could just as easily meant she was serious than teasing.

"Naw, you'll just have to learn to get out of it." his knees had missed her wings on the way down. He hadn't indented to go down mean and made sure their heads didn't slam together on the way down. But now, he was on top and she was on bottom. He had the advantage. He pushed a knee up and pinned her wing down flat, and then stole and arm for a very uncomfortable wrist lock.
His grin clearly said he was having fun. He wasn't breaking anything just pushing the limits on how far her wrist would bend.

It was fine at first, just being pinned. She didn't have much issues with her limbs but then her wings were being brought into the spar, "Oh we're doing this now?" Her free arm snaked up to bring the point of her fingers to his throat. "You know I've shaken off broken arms before," she laughed.

As a War veteran, even she didn't look like one at all, Siluhe grew up in the wild. That gave her rather good intuitions and excellent sense of dangers ahead. She could see someone at the training course and knew she wasn't the only presence within the canopy when she saw the smoke somewhere.
It was, however, a mild vibration from nearby that made her paused her singing. She looked at the man appeared with absolute innocence, bright big eyes stared into his soul in all curiosity. "Hello?" She greeted her fellow war people, wings spread out and fluttered gently in excitement. "Do I know you?"
Honest speaking, she felt a bit lonely and she thought it would be great if she could meet someone who knew her. There's hope, right? With such an optimistic idea, cheerfulness quickly restored into the horseman's body. She sparkled in joy and waited for an answer from another horseman. No matter what his reply was, they could be friends from anew.

She looked frustrated, and that's because she was. A day lost meant a day of work lost. She'd need to step things up to make up for lost time - and that meant more hands to help.
Thus why she was pinning up a lovely little flyer, written in dark read ink.

"Yes but that's not the point. If you break it, it takes time to reform. If you wiggle right, you can still get out." He touched her hand, smiling and looking please that she had manage to wiggle her way out of it, some how. "Broken bones are a last resort." he released her and then got up, stretching his wings for a moment.
"So what are we doing today? Balance, jumping over things? Or races?" Rayu wasn't particularly fond of the last one. if it wasn't a short sprint he just wasn't interested in running.
"Or we can just punch each other." that was always a good option. "I vote punching."

"But last resorts are always the most fuuuuun," it almost came out as a whine as she finally got to her feet. Sometimes, it was hard to believe she was actually a lot older than she looked with the way she acted and sounded. But that was only when she was with one or two clansmen at a time, and only with those she trusted in combat.
As Rayu rattled off their options, she pursed her lips in thought. "Hmmm, tempting, why can't we do all of 'em and save punching for-" she suddenly aimed a fist for Rayu's gut. "First!"
