Backstory: Sarpati is a powerful wizard whose sole power is control over lines that originate from himself. He resides alone in a ruined castle that he repaired with these lines. He's very old, but never seems to age, and tends to throw intruders into his dungeon to rot. Unless they're also evil, those he sometimes tolerates.
Family: Both of his parents are dead, no siblings. Relations: Lenora - Neutral - Maybe she'll make a good slave, she's not good at much else.

Personality: A thick-headed, sometimes stubborn punk, Caecilius likes to talk with his fists more than with words. He likes getting in to trouble, but typically only at his own expense, as he doesn't tolerate others suffering because of his actions. His biotic power isn't that great, but he prefers to augment his fighting ability with it, and has therefore trained himself in creating mass-increasing fields. He is trained in small arms, but prefers to stick with hand-to-hand, reasoning that while guns can jam, fists cannot. Theme song:Lexx - Brunnen-G Theme
Backstory: Born on Mars, his mother was excavating the Prothean ruins discovered there when a mining accident exposed her to dust-form element zero. Once his biotic potential became known, he wound up at Gagarin Station in the Biotic Acclimation and Temperance Training program, and was fitted with an experimental L1 implant soon after. The surgery to implant the L1 amplifier had complications however, and has left Caecilius blind. To compensate, he wears a visor that interfaces with his nerves, feeding him visual data from all spectra.
Caecilius' blindness is absolute, as his optic nerves were severely damaged. The implants that his visor uses interface with the nerves between the damaged sections and the occipital lobe. As such, there is no way to fix his sight.

Technical Text:
The idea for Caecilius' visor came from the VISOR system worn by Geordi La Forge from Star Trek: TNG fame. Since it's a lot bigger than La Forge's visor, I tweaked how it works a little bit.
Basically the visor detects incoming electromagnetic radiation, and transmits it to the undamaged sections of Cae's optic nerves, letting him 'see'. The visor detects what his eyes are actually doing, so it won't keep feeding him data when he's trying to sleep or something, assuming he sleeps with it on. It is powered by a small battery that recharges using Cae's abundant electrical energy, and has a battery life of about a day on its own. An onboard processor handles all radiation to light conversions, feeding his nerves only the light information that they understand.
The 'glass' part of the visor is a lower end version of the material used for observation ports in star-ships, and is much stronger than glass, but not indestructible. It is tinted blue, and it is hard to see detail through it, as there is no light on the inside.
So far Cae can switch between or filter different spectra, so for instance, only have the visible spectra displayed, or the visual spectra plus IR and UV. In addition, if he finds someone with technical expertise, he might be able to make further functional modifications to it. Cae has no use for tech stuff beyond what he needs (visor) or uses (omnitool occasionally), and is rather technically inept.
Add later: Assigned to secrety undercover mission to spy on Asari to see what biotics could do. While en route, Cae just boots everyone off and makes a run for it. Alliance can't chase Cae because then they'd have to reveal where they were and what they were doing and that they have biotics and whatnot rawr. Cae runs to Omega, gets the tracking chip removed, bam.

Cyprinus (Sih Prih Nis)

Personality: Despite being a little mad, Cyp takes pride in his work. He would never intentionally harm anyone, but he does have a problem distinguishing between 'friend' and 'food', which can cause some issues. Backstory: He's a sushi chef, and prides himself in using only the finest fish, which he catches himself. He doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with this.
But is his madness just from mercury poisoning?
Of course not! Well, maybe part of it is. P:
Cyprinus is the only survivor out of himself and 5 close friends after their fishing boat, the Paw-seidon, went down in a bad storm. He will never bring up the subject himself, and it's quite possible he doesn't realize what happened, that he suppresses the memory, or has otherwise forgotten about it.
Prior to the tragedy at sea, the 6 Noodles together ran the restaurant that Cyprinus currently claims to own, the Krill's Grill. Cyprinus still thinks his friends are around, and runs the restaurant just like it was before the incident with their ship.
Possible plot Reunion - What if Cyprinus isn't the only survivor from the ship? If you want to take part in this plot, we will need to discuss which Noodle it is (if only one), and the hows and whys of their disappearance, as well as how you want to reunite them with Cyp.

Personality: This guy is the most quiet character in my head. So...yeah. Backstory: Dagda lives with his father in a small village, and helps him run the fishing business that supplies them with some food. Their house lies next to the lake, and is somewhat small. His mother had a garden for growing their own food, but it has been reclaimed by the forest since she is no longer around to take care of it. Some of the original crops still thrive there, they are simply unmanaged and it is rare that they bear anything worth consuming.
Family: His mother passed away while giving birth to his brother. His brother was too sickly, and didn't survive the week, leaving him as an only child. His father owns a small fishing company to supply their village with food. Relations: Cherry Tesko - Friendly - A poor soul that seems to have been hurt in the past. Perhaps in time I can earn her trust and be able to help her?

Personality: Technically adept, though he tends to miss most of the social nuances. He knows plenty about his own species, but he has yet to read up or pick up on those of other species. Backstory: Kar is about 4 years into his pilgrimage, trying to find something of value to take back and offer to the captain of whichever ship he wishes to join. (He hasn't quite decided on that yet).
Kar started on Omega, hoping to salvage some tech to bring back, before stumbling across the eezo drive core of a dreadnaught. Or what was left of it. From there, he came up with the idea to co-opt some wrecked or decommissioned ships from the Turian fleet, as there are bound to be plenty in the wake of the Relay 314 Incident. That would bring plenty of spare parts and new tech to the flotilla, and would help their species as a whole.

Personality: She's kinda full of herself right now, but that will change as she matures. Or when she runs out of money. Backstory: Cyrielle comes from a rather wealthy family, and was tagging along with her mother at a young age to the standard high class parties. These parties, which her family either hosted or attended, featured people wearing suits and dresses that could each feed a small nation. To Cyrielle, looks and money seemed to be all there was to life.
This was not meant to last though, and when it became apparent that her family was in danger of going bankrupt due to her father's lavish spending. Deciding that she could do better, Cyri took what money was her own and moved to a remote island. There she dives for pearls, seeing her finds being put into the exquisite jewelry she used to be able to own and wear.
Even so, she still views appearance and wealth as the most important aspects of life. Perhaps her past and fate have something in store for her?
She also has a timeline for her antics with the others.
