He stirred a bit as his alarm went off, unwinding tail and arms from Vita as subtly as he could, despite knowing how light a sleeper she was. Turning the alarm off, Dolon stretched and flicked his tail a few times to shake it out before anything became tangled, then slipped on his robe and slippers before quietly making his way to the kitchen.
He started the coffeemaker for himself and Vita, looking around the kitchen as he waited for it. Though it had taken them a few months, he was rather pleased with the deal they'd gotten on this place. A nice three bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, and the kitchen was only a little smaller than their old place. Definitely worth it though, with the four new members of their family. Having the master bath in the room he shared with Vita was a nice bonus too. Though his father was quiet, Lucius had learned to pick out the sound of the coffeemaker, stirring at the top of the bunk-bed he shared with his brother Dovah. He hated the taste of coffee, but if he got up now he might have a chance at the bathroom and a hot shower before his sisters woke up. Snagging his goggles from the bedpost, he slid them on before deftly hopping to the floor. Landing with a soft thud, he looked around in the dim light and headed into the hallway.

Despite his best efforts, Vita woke up as the warmth that normally surrounded her when she was asleep retreated and went away. She wasn't quite ready to get up though and burrowed into the blankets reclaiming a little of the heat that had escaped with Dolon. She knew she should really get up and get moving before the kids did. Otherwise it would be awhile before any bathroom including theirs was available for her use.
The smell of coffee though was enough to spur to some sort of semblance of life and she grabbed her goggles off the beside table and shuffled into the bathroom for a quick shower. Prisca sprawled across her bed in the room she shared with her sister and was quite oblivious to the fact that the apartment around her was coming to life. She was always grumpy in the morning no matter how early she went to bed and often stomped around the house like a monster until some time around 10 or 11. She grumbled in her sleep and pulled blankets over her head as sunlight tried to peep through the blinds and disturb her. If she'd had it her way, life start until noon.

Roon groaned quietly as she gradually stirred from her sleep by the sounds coming from other parts of the house. She wasn't exactly a morning person either, like her sister, but in a rather different manner. While she wasn't grumpy in the slightest, she took forever to actually properly wake up and start being responsive to things. If only she could've fallen back asleep.. but that usually didn't work for her. Slowly she sat up in the bottom bunk, rubbing her left eye some - she'd learned to not touch the right one. Glancing at her pillow, surely enough the towel placed on it was stained once again. At least her parents had helped her come up with the idea of covering it with something so the pillow wouldn't have to be washed constantly.
Moving around as quietly as possible so she wouldn't bother Prisca, she slowly got out of bed, carefully reaching around to grab her goggles from the bedside table, almost knocking them onto the floor by accident. As soon as she managed to get them on, her depth perception was corrected somewhat.
Quietly she slipped out of the room, closing the door behind her and dragging her feet a little, made her way into the kitchen.
