Scol trotted proudly behind, fragments in hand. "Goddesses! I am here!" He called loudly with chest puffed out, walking into the shrine without apprehension. Joyfully, he released the fragments and waited for his hot deities to reward him with touches and compliments on his sexy gray form...
But only got a pain in his heart. "... Was my booty dance not appealing enough?"
This could only mean one thing.
He had to learn how to shake his a** twice as hard.

Shatann's quest certainly had left him with more questions than answers, but the Shrine seemed almost a comforting place as he offered forth his orbs. He hesitated to return to the bleak world beyond...
...but how else would he find answers?OOC Link to task completed: HereName of character: Shatann Link to Heart Log Here

She could...be a goddess? Ideih blinked and just stared up at the statue that had come to life. Whoa.. cool, right? She looked to where she had seen the empty statue places. A goddess. Neat. Upon her return Ideih eventually held up the five glowing orbs in her arms, her gaze curious. Would this do? When her body felt slightly more solid she blinked. Huh...interesting. What did that mean? What did it mean? Ideih's brow furrowed a moment until she finally shrugged and continued down the hall with curiosity.

As calmly as you please Arinth entered the shrine, his head held high as he walked toward the statues. The orbs he had gotten were held carefully, delicately for the Goddesses had asked for them and he would provide. Satisfied with his task he offered up the orbs, waiting until they were taken before he clapped his clenched fist over his heart in reverence. When his hand dropped back to his side, more details became clearer on his being, but they were not enough to fill in the other blanks he still had. He could only trust that the Goddesses would provide for him.

It took Lyeb a very long time to navigate the broken path to the temple now that he could no longer float. It was only his sheer determination that got him there, and when he presented his fragments to his goddess, it was with shaking hands and a faint smile. His first.Quote: Link to task completed: x x x x xName of character: Lyebner Link to Heart Log: x

The goddess' voice was like the whispers the fragments offered her; it filled her with warmth and tremors of excitement. And yet, perhaps she should not feel this way. Her voice was different. Sad, somehow. Solliette still thought it best to smile. "Did I help you? What will you give me?" She asked, her excitement ill-concealed. It seemed as if her form shifted to match that feeling: her feet felt more solid as they bounced, her hands bunched up into fists. She looked down at her fingers, fascinated at the way they moved, no longer tapering into mist but suddenly a little more real.OOC Link to task completed: 1 2 3 4 5 Name of character: Solliette Link to Heart Log: Here!

She had finally found them. It had taken her quite some time wondering the red spiral town looking for the fragments needed before returning to the shrine. Held close to her chest she brought them to the goddess presenting them as an offering. An even warmer feeling started to spread through her body as she looked at the goddess. She could feel even her fingers started to show their solid form.

Laurus arrived at the shrine with five fragments cupped carefully in her hands. Wordlessly, she held them out for inspection. Whether reward or punishment lay in store, she had done her best. She tensed for another flare-up of her heart, an echo of what had happened when one of the goddesses had given her this task.
What actually occurred was better. She hadn't realized that she was less than whole before, but the new sense of wholeness that warmed and solidified her form was welcome. Where she had been content to chase fragments on her own, she now felt curiosity about the others. After a respectful bow to the goddesses, she set off in search of company.

Going into the shrine with the five fragments the Goddess' feet, kneeling as he felt a power surge into him. He felt more complete, more tangible. A smile graced his lips. "Thank you."

He had them all, he had brought the fragments to the shrine of the goddess and laid them down at the feet. He could feel the warmth spreading through his body, even the ground underneath his feel he could feel almost growing more solid by the moment. Saithamti wondered though about the words that had sounded each time he had a fragment. OOC Link to task completed: [1] [2][3][4][5]Name of character: Saithamti Link to Heart Log: Log

To the goddess, Jing went, with offerings in hand. He prayed for enlightenment, minutes passed under the statue with the gems upon her feet and in time. He got his wish, he found his way on the path.

There was a clear unease in Viae's body language as she slowly stepped into the shrine. While she was pleased to hear more of the goddess... she was displeased to relinquish her fragments. But it was for a purpose, for a reason. Not... an aimless task. Or so she told herself as she placed the tiny fragments before the goddess. Letting herself smile towards the goddess, she felt herself bowing without knowing why.
Her form strengthened, turned more solid, and Viae brightened. Purpose. So long as she had it, had a concept, then she could learn to ignore the strange desire to keep such trivial objects.

The task was done, and so now Nush made his way to the shrine to receive his blessing. He blinked a few times as he was filled with.. something. His awareness was a little stronger now, as far as he could tell.
