The next orb came to his outstretched hand as he followed. Slowly tracking this one, it almost seemed to notice him. Chuckling softly, he clutched it to his chest, rather relieved to see that his other fragments had companions now. No one should be lonely.
'Perhapsly this one is not good enough...'

Prying up a rusty, once-painted sheet of metal, Shatann found the source of the latest gleaming light. Scooping it up with both hands, he took the fragment upon himself with a motion that was almost reverent. "Last..."

A boisterously confident woman's voice this time. So many people...perhaps they were lost, and the fragments were reminders. "It must be sad to be lost..." Perhaps an orb out there could tell him what he had forgotten.

Whereas earlier brawn had not been the best way to catch the lights, calmness was and Arinth found more and more little lights wandering toward him. This voice spoke softly, nearly sad in the way of saying Change is not always bad. That didn't make Arinth feel any better, but it was something.

Thin arms crossed over her chest, pale eyes narrowing. "I don't hear you coming up with any better suggestions." Which meant he could just keep his opinion to himself.
He probably wouldn't.
The narrowed eyes were accompanied by a perplexed twist of her lips at his warning, and she would have asked what the hell he was talking about, but right that moment something came shambling out of the rubble lined shadows. A big, bright, flicking screen. Accompanied by odd buzzing and beeps. She gave a pained sort of groan as she stared at it. "Not this agian.."

Having somehow discovered the trick to catching the crystals, Arinth continued on quietly, not wanting to bother any of the others near him who were also fulfilling their tasks. It would be nice to talk to someone, but he was almost done. If someone wanted company, they could come to him. Just like these little orbs kept rolling into his grasp. This one was a bit louder, but more stuttered in its declaration of I-I am sorry, this is the only size I will be. That made him crack a smile even if he didn't understand what it meant. It was still funny to hear.

In an effort not to waste any more time, Arinth quickly scooped up the last little orb he needed and began to walk back to the shrine even before it had spoken to him. This time it sang to him, a song of battle and brotherhood, but he did not linger on the memory it did not bring with it. The song was a good song, one he'd have to remember as he instantly liked it. But it was sad he could not remember where the song came from, or even if it was for him. Pity really, but he was not one to dwell on sadness. Or, at least he thought he shouldn't.

ReDawn continued his search, for what he didn't know. The people here were different, yellow. Perhaps they had what he was looking for.

He had found one, a glowing orb as it started to sink its warmth into his body. There was a voice, something that was the word Kasi but he wasn't not even sure what that as.
He kept walking, driven almost to find the fragments that lit the way. Some that looked almost like one were not, others were nothing at all just light shining.
There were harder to find now, it was as if the city itself with the abandoned billboards wanted to keep them from him.
However Saithamti was curious.

Another one, he had found another lingering near a group of brighter lights that lite a dark corner of an alleyway.

He had to keep moving, he wanted to finish the quest and to figure out the noise that he could hear whispering each time the warmth spread into his fingers.
