Background: Junko is a member of the Shiba Family of the Canine Clan of the Kemono Shinzō bloodline. She was borne in the Canine Sage Lands before the events that destroyed the old nations and villages, growing up among the animals and people like herself for most of her life. At 12, her family takes pilgrimages out into the world, believing that as man and their best friend in one body, they should seek some one in need of their help and receive a new name. She wandered about seeking shelter, being taken in by merchants, and eventually sold in Takumi to one Yoriyoshi Kanzaki-no-Kami Uchiha no Konohagakure, who dubbed her Kaoru.

She has spent the last six years with him on his adventures. Learning to cook in the Sage Lands, fighting the Kyuubi, or sunbathing on the decks of a ferry were all orders of the day, even learning to speak while transformed. There was nothing they did that they did not decide together, being treated more like a partner than a pet. The day eventually came where Kanzaki decided the village didn't need him anymore and left, while she remained behind in Uzushiogakure secretly to receive training that she feels she needs to be more capable aide to her best friend, seeing the changes in the world that he remains blind to.

The shinobi can pick a single weapon, or two if dual wielding, to apply this focus toward with examples such as Katana, Spear, Bows or even Dual Daggers.
