In this five-year timeframe, every RPC has received 20,000 AC and can spend 10,000 AC on the following rewards. You can keep the 20,000 AC and not claim any reward, you can spend 10,000 AC and get one reward and keep 10,000 AC, or you can spend all 20,000 AC and claim two rewards. With NecroPlant or Evanescently Magnificent's permission, you can claim one title rank increase for your RPC if you are a village ninja. Businesses are considered successful during this time skip. Owners of said businesses and/or Plantation/Mining Rights earn three months IRL's accumulation of Ryo.
This thread is open for claiming on new and old characters alike until August 26th, 2019. Here are the rewards:

β’ 5 more custom technique slots.
β’ Technique Scroll: 10 techniques slots or 1 taijutsu/bukijutsu style.
β’ Energy Pool Expansion: either 100 chakra, 100 stamina, or 50 chakra and 50 stamina.
β’ 25 training post coupons. Allows for 25 techniques to be auto-learned at a minimum but location and class learning bonuses apply.
β’ 2 Free Career / Crafting Title Advancements
β’ 30,000 ryo.
β’ May choose 1 technique to become variable ranked. This must be approved in the profile approvals thread separately from the RPC's profile.
