Netflix Enthusiast - When one spends all day at home doing absolutely nothing, something is needed to bide their time. For Jinxi, there are the wonderful pieces of media called movies. She whined to her mother until the woman signed them up for Netflix and, since then, she hasn't gone back on her obsession. She watches from the crappiest horrors to romcoms in Swahili in entertained glee. It has come to the point Jinxi is convinced she's watched all of Netflix's stock twice, but isn't against going for a third time. She's totally up for a viewing with a person or bunch of pals if they don't mind her muttered comments here or there.
Cryptozoology - Jinxi is just big on cryptids. Despite acknowledging it as a pseudoscience, she is absolutely devoted to the weird creatures whose existences are up in the air and seems to brush her second guesses under the rug. Her entire room is littered with books about every bit of evidence about every bit of crytpid there are said to exist. Like movies, she's gone through these tomes enough to be able to mentally locate a citation and/or recite some trivia with ease. In the dead of night, she can also be found snooping around Destiny City looking for any evidence of the creatures said to also exist there. Nothing would make her happier to own a Tsuchinoko as a pet.
virtues
Gentle - Jinxi's mother has remarked that her hands must be made of cotton because she's so gentle, and for all they know, it may as well be true. She treats things as if they are fragile and has never broken anything in her life by dropping it. Thus, she tends to be very careful in her advances, and this is also evident when interacting with people. Jinxi won't push or pull a person for something. Instead, she may gently inquire or request instead of fussing; remaining patient until what she wants completed is done, no matter how much time it may take.
Observant - As someone with the patience for meticulous research, it comes to no surprise she also a keen eye for information gathering. This extends over to people as well. She has a penchant for people watching, even when in a social situation, and picks up on little gestures and quirks about a person fairly quickly. Unfortunately, she isn't good enough yet where she can decipher if a person is lying or cheating her out on something, but she's observed enough body language to tell if someone is upset or frustrated, and can provide a shoulder to lean on if the person needs it.
flaws
Disconnected - Unfortunately, while Jinxi can pretend to be empathetic, it is quite the opposite. Due to her neglected upbringing, she has a hard time regarding others, and there is a noticeable disconnect in her speech and mannerisms. She just doesn't get people and is far more likely to avoid them; offering the aforementioned shoulder if the person just needs the comfort of a foundation, but not so much comforting words. In fact, there may be an air of awkwardness about her as she does.
Insecure - Her disconnect with other people and her mother's passive-aggressive opinion of her daughter have caused Jinxi to turn blame inward. She tends to shoulder fault for parts of her personality she has no control over, and due to this, has formed a very low opinion of herself. Though she tends to hide it under a mask, it's most evident when someone compliments her—Jinxi just can't accept anything good said about her, so she downplays it heavily until the person either retracts their word or apologizes.
history
Before Jinxi was conceived, she was an unwanted child. Not because Jizabel, her mother, hated her, but because the woman knew that she would not be able to give her child a life worth living. Her own, at that moment, consisted of going from bed to bed of different men to earn an honest living. Yet, she did try to turn her life around; she cut herself off from her bed-hopping days and took up janitorial work at the local university as a new job. She even rented an apartment to live in, and while it was a dump of a place, Jizabel would make due for the life growing in her womb.
Unfortunately, she suffered from a lot of difficulty juggling care for the newborn Jinxi and her job. Care for Jinxi was usually left to the devices of Jizabel's elderly neighbor, Samantha, and when she was home, Jizabel was too exhausted to pay her much attention. The stress of work also began to take its toll on Jizabel and her anger problems began to swell. As the years went on, it became worse, and Jinxi took the brunt of most of her mother's infamous tantrums as a result. Her mother never laid a hand on her, but she was prone to throwing things at her, so sometimes she was left with a mark from whatever item she wasn't able to avoid in time. This, doubled with her mother's passive-aggressive streak, caused Jinxi to grow up mildly insecure about herself. Come the start of high school is when the problem became severe.
Meadowview was a whole new ballpark for Jinxi. Freshman year was easy as teens were still settling into the atmosphere of high school life, but sophomore year was when cliques started to form. Jinxi, already an outsider from the get-go, couldn't adjust as the friends she thought she had started to move on and her mother's tantrums became commonplace. She dove into books for comfort—in particular, cryptozoology, which she discovered when she had to write a report for biology. This didn't become something that magically made her cool or have friends. In fact, it was quite the opposite; while she wasn't bullied, she was relentlessly teased, and became known as the "Bigfoot girl" as a result.
Suckered into the position that she may not change and that school, in general, was not for her, Jinxi officially dropped out of Meadowview during the last few months of her sophomore year. She dedicated all of her time remaining at home and helping out with chores, enduring the brunt of her mother's tantrums, and honing her interest. This continued to be her existence until, at age eighteen, she was officially recruited into the Negaverse. Then it became a new goal in the girl's life.
miscellaneous information
Jinxi is Hispanic; both of her maternal grandparents are from Spain. She doesn't know a lick of Spanish, though. As for her father's side, she doesn't know what she is.
Due to her flaws, Jinxi shows signs of acute social withdrawal. It is also one of the main reasons why she dropped out of Meadowview.
Her scope of human interaction is very limited, so it is unknown how she would react to flirting or romance.
Jinxi has a noticeable stutter, but she can talk pretty evenly without it coming out. It is only during swells of emotion that it can really jumble her speech.
Dunsparce is her favorite Pokémon.

A tasseled bookmark - Despite being small, it is made of metal and can cause some harm with its sharp edges.
Captain
A tasseled jitte - A non-bladed weapon that can intercept a sword or staff by hooking it on the guard attached to the hilt. Sarabauite's jitte has a forked tip, however, making it lethal if used via stabbing.
General
A tasseled kabutowari - A blunt, knife-shaped weapon ideal for striking through armor or breaking bone. Sarabauite's is of the dirk-type, meaning it is suitable for stabbing as well as bashing, unlike the weapon's truncheon-like counterpart.
personal youma
Neaera, a humanoid youma with ashen grey skin and large, mallet-like arms with spikes jutting out at the ends. Though she doesn't speak, she has the temperament of a child, and while she can be amused by simple things, she's also prone to tantrums and disobedience. Her fuse is very, very short and the smallest of annoyances could drive her into a frenzy.
youma ability
When commanded or angered (which doesn't take much to do), Neaera goes on a swinging frenzy with her arms that can pummel an opponent and knock them off their feet. The spiked ends can also close about a target like a pair of mandibles, preventing movement.
miscellaneous information
Sarabauite's more of a strategist instead of a go-getter when it comes to battles.
If inclined to hurt someone, she's reluctant to hurt Chaos-aligned individuals, but has no qualms if an opponent is Order-aligned. In fact, she shows zero emotion when attacking a knight or senshi, and describes the action akin to scratching an itch.
She doesn't outright hate Order-aligned members, but she's incredibly distrusting of them due in part to the influence of Chaos and her own inability.
Likewise, she's actually friendlier to Chaos-aligned members, but work still has to be put in to get on better terms with her.
Filling her quotas is her number one prerogative no matter what.

Thrinakia, also called Trinacria or Thrinacie, is the island home of Helios's cattle in Book XII of Homer's Odyssey, guarded by Helios' eldest daughter, Lampetia. It is sometimes said to have been Sicily, since the name Thrinacia could be taken to imply a connection to the number three (Greek treis, tria sounds vaguely similar to Thri-) and Sicily has three corners. However the island is also associated with Malta, and that Sicily is often identified with the episode of the Cyclopes only serves to underscore the shaky footing any geographer is on when trying to identify Homer's locations.
Odysseus and his crew arrive at Thrinacia after passing Scylla and Charybdis. Odysseus has been warned by both Circe and the shade of Tiresias to avoid Thrinacia, but his men beg him to let them stop and rest. He reluctantly agrees, but makes them swear an oath not to touch the cattle on the island. However, for the next month unfavorable winds blow continuously and they are unable to leave. When Odysseus goes to pray for a safe return to Ithaca, his crew, fearing starvation, slaughter and eat some of Helios's cattle. In punishment, when they finally sail away from the island, Helios successfully pleads to Zeus to send a thunderbolt at their ship, killing all the men except Odysseus. Odysseus is spared but, as forewarned by Circe and Tiresias, is himself punished when his return to Ithaca is delayed by a seven-year sojourn on Ogygia.
In Greek mythology, Lampetia (English translation: "shining") was the daughter of Helios and Neaera; she was the personification of light. She and her sister, Phaethusa, were taken by their mother to guard the cattle and sheep of Thrinacia. She looked after 700 animals in total. She ran to her father when Odysseus' men slaughtered and sacrificed some of his ageless and deathless cattle. Her father, Helios, was enraged and asked the gods to avenge the deaths of his cattle, threatening to bring sunlight to the underworld if the men were not punished. Zeus then sent a lightning bolt down and a storm, killing all of Odysseus' men, a doom which was portended by the meat writhing and lowing on the spits.

Name: Lampetia.
Gender: Female.
Ages: Twenty at start of knighthood; thirty-two at death.
Thrinacia's care was always placed in the hands of the first white-haired child to be born of the previous knight. Seeing white as a charm of good luck due to the longevity of the first knight of the island, the tradition was kept up through the generations. Thrinacia was around since the dawn of the planet and its upkeep went through many, so it was hard to tack down just what generation Lampetia came into knighthood. Nevertheless, like her ancestors, she took great care of the suburb and was a known face among the many that frequented the thermae at the center. She specialized in massages and the creation of soothing oils in tandem with running access to the bathhouse and springs. She earned enough where she could run a successful business; known particularly for hiring young girls down on their luck to clean the baths and train them to be masseuses. If one came to her looking for a job, she would likely hire them.
Her temperament was very gentle, but when the moment called for it, Lampetia could hold her own against unruly clients by standing her ground. She never found a need to raise her voice and rarely, if ever, yelled. However, once she straightened her shoulders and frowned, she meant business. While she kept her cool during most situations, she was guilty of falling into almost fanatical stupors whenever the princess of Venus made a rare appointment at her thermae. Whenever this occurred, Lampetia was known to cancel whatever appointment she had (even walk out of those she was in the middle of) and cater to her. It was obvious she was hopelessly in love with Princess Venus and there were even rumors she confessed only to be rejected, but even if that were the case, Lampetia never let it show. She remained dedicated to the princess and was shown to favor clients who were long-haired blondes; presenting them discounts and free "private services" should they feel inclined to take her up on her offer.
