Powered characters can be purchased one stage at a time, or all 3 stages at once.
Each stage costs 1,000,000 gold PLUS extra fees (up to 250,000 gold).
Civilians not in a school uniform are 500,000 gold.
Civilians in a school uniform are 200,000 gold.
Alt powered art is 1,000,000 gold PLUS extra fees (up to 250,000 gold).
You may only obtain one custom every 3 months.
Cats, and Corrupted are BRIBE ONLY.
You may not play your character until their profile has been stamped and approved!
Please have your QUEST THREAD FORM form filled out (INCLUDING DESIGN INFO!) when you enter!
Entries without this information will not be included in the raffle.
Please make sure you have uniform appearance ideas/refs in your quest thread, and make sure that they are up to date on what you want, because that is what I will be going by! Negas need to have some vague semblance of military-ism at the very least. All designs that do not fit uniform guidelines will be adjusted to meet the minimum requirements!

ALT POWERED Babylon Knight Template Number: Male 5, 10, or 11 (Maybe the head from 10 on 5's body? Or whatever splice you see fit.) This art would incorporate changes from an upcoming plot, and if I win a slot I will PM you references for the new design and information about its approval status.
