Civilian was previously approved; tweaks are to powered side! (Rather than revising AFTER I get him...)

Name: Niall Croft

Nickname: Chaskah - by his mother and grandfather

Age: 16

Birthday: May 7

Sign: Taurus

Gemstone: Lapis Lazuli

Blood Type: AB +

Fav. Food: Homemade beef stew

Hated Food: Anything processed, really. It does not taste right.

School: Meadowview High School

Hobbies:
Outdoorsman || Niall loves hiking, skiing, camping, and any other excuse to get outside. He feels free in the great outdoors, and to him there is nothing worse than being cooped up inside. He tries to do it every weekend, unless the weather is so atrocious that to go out would be dangerous.

Bow Hunting || Besides general outdoorsy things, Niall is a trained bow hunter., learned at his grandfather's side. He prefers it to guns or any other weapon because bows are cleaner and quicker. And he doesn't hunt for sport, either! During the summer, he, his father, and his grandfather hole up in a mountain cabin for a month and live entirely off the land. There, Niall push his hunting skills to use, and they use everything he brings in. Niall also competes in archery competitions, and has been known to offer lessons to friends.

Survival TV || As much as he loves being outdoors himself, Niall loves watching shows like Survivorman and Man vs. Wild. Bear Grylls is his hero. Niall would like to be as badass as that someday.
Except maybe the piss drinking, he can pass on that.

Comic Books || There is one thing that can keep Niall indoors, and that's a good comic. He collects, reads, and loves them. It's to the point where he buys two copies of certain issues - one to read and one to keep wrapped in plastic forever. He adores tales of superheroes and supervillains, and he's rather fond of the idea of being a comic book hero himself. Niall has a tendency to geek out with other comic book fans...or just with people in general.

Virtues:
Loyal || Niall is like a puppy. He is eternally loyal to the people he cares about. His loyalty is earned, not given, however; he has to be a friend and he has to decide you are worth it. Once it is earned, no matter what you do, Niall Rose is your man forever.

Team Player || Once Niall is placed in a group of any kind, his first instinct is to begin working for the good of the group. He is not a social loafer, will always do his part, and never lets his ego get in the way. Once you're on a team, individual glory isn't such a big deal; it's all to make sure the group is at its best!

Encouraging || Whatever you think your flaws are, or whatever challenge is ahead of you, Niall is always there to be a cheerleader for his friends. He's terrible at taking his own advice, but is never without a word of encouragement for someone else. He sees himself as the sidekick in a friends' story, and that means giving the main character a boost!

Flaws:
Always the Beta || Niall is not a leader in any way, shape, or form. He quails at the idea of ever being in a position of leadership, even if that is just organizing a group for a class. He doesn't feel like he is near confident or competent enough to be in a position of power and will run the other way rather than even begin to try! He is also very easily bossed around or convinced to do things - not only does he not lead, he follows without protest, often into situations he would not normally go near without the urging of someone else.

Fear of Failing || Niall, deep down, is terrified to his core of failing and letting others down. In order to combat this, he tries just a little too hard, avoids any kind of power, and does his best to ensure that if he screws up, he will only screw himself over, not anyone else. The fear is ever-present and often it gets the best of him - he worries so much about being a failure that he sabotages himself in the end.

No Self-Confidence || Niall has trouble seeing any of the good in himself. His failures loom larger in his mind than his successes, and so while he will take any challenge or follow any lead, he goes into it with very little presumption that he'll actually get it done. This, combined with his fear of failure, means that he often pushes himself way too hard in an effort to overcome his "natural inclination" (in his mind) towards screwing up.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Icy blue

Hair: Dark auburn, mid-back-length

Face: Round; darker skin - clearly shows his Native heritage

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Cry of the Pack!
Sailor Lupo speaks the name of his attack, throws his head back, and howls. The howl echoes for twenty seconds, and gives a boost in speed and strength to Lupo and his allies within a five foot radius - the more people there are, the stronger the boost, starting at about 20% and with an additional 10% per person beyond 2. As long as the allies are within the radius when Lupo casts the attack, they continue to receive the boost for the duration of the attack. However, this attack cannot be used if Sailor Lupo is on his own. Sailor Lupo can use this attack three times per battle.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Call of the Pack!
Sailor Lupo speaks the name of his attack, throws his head back, and howls. The howl echoes for twenty seconds, and gives a boost in speed and strength to Lupo and his allies within a five foot radius - the more people there are, the stronger the boost, starting at about 30% and with an additional 10% per person beyond 2. As long as the allies are within the radius when Lupo casts the attack, they continue to receive the boost for the duration of the attack. However, this attack cannot be used if Sailor Lupo is on his own. Sailor Lupo can use this attack twice per battle.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Song of the Pack!
Sailor Lupo speaks the name of his attack, throws his head back, and howls. The howl echoes for thirty seconds, and gives a boost in speed and strength to Lupo and his allies within a seven foot radius - the more people there are, the stronger the boost, starting at about 50% and with an additional 10% per person beyond 2. As long as the allies are within the radius when Lupo casts the attack, they continue to receive the boost for the duration of the attack. However, this attack cannot be used if Sailor Lupo is on his own. Sailor Lupo can use this attack once per battle.

Hey, Song! Since this is only the powered side, it should be quick!

I think increasing speed and strength (especially when it only works in a group) is a really neat idea for attacks, but I think starting at 80% increase with +20% per 2 characters might be a little much at any stage. If Lupo is traveling with two other senshi in his group it gives them the ability to move twice as fast and hit twice as hard as they usually do (which in some cases might make them stronger than fourth stage characters, I think). Either way, for characters that are already trained in some sort of physical defense, I think at a 100% increase in strength they could be doing a little too much damage (especially if in a group or ORP setting).

I think to make it more fair, it might be best to start with a smaller base and work his way up as he upgrades? Maybe start with 20% and a 5% boost per person? For Super, a 35% base and for eternal a 50% base? (That way no one has super strength or the ability to break bones or move around without others hardly being able to defend themselves?)

Quote me with your changes and I'll be back! 8D

Good luck getting him~

Made some tweaks! Hopefully that will make it a little harder to hit ridiculous levels of power XD
