Acquired: was given to Bang by her father while she was a foal, however she cannot remember it happening.

Awful Sound has been with Bang as long as she can remember. They don't always get along; having regular showdowns which include a great deal of biting and attempted stomping. But Awful will always fly to her defense if she is threatened and Bang will kick your a** if hurt him.



Bang does not like Boom. The feeling is mutual. A lot of blood has already been shed.

One word was all it took. That was all she needed; only one small sign to prove that, just like all the others, he would leave her too. Break her heart. Let her go. Fury blossomed in her chest. She held onto the anger; fed it, made it grow. It seethed through her and filled her until there were no other emotions at all. There was just the rage and an overpowering desire for violence. Another had dared slight her. Another one needed to be punished. Her head dipped down and her crimson gaze focused with deadly intent. It would be her pleasure to stamp him from existence. It was time to pay.
Bang, bang.

Nothingness stretches out beneath her hooves and reaches off towards the horizon, where a dying sun sinks down and casts the world into twilight.
Dark shapes circle in the sky, yet she cannot bring herself to fear them even as they dive towards her like deadly streaks of lightening.
They catch her. Rip, shred, destroy. Tear her with claws and beaks until she is scattered across the grey nothing.
The world shifts and changes; a swamp grows around her and she watches it all from the one eye that still remains.
She only blinks once and foal is there. This foal is her and there are tears in its eyes as it stares at the torn and strewn pieces of a future self.
The small form trembles with desolation.
“Do not fear.” She says to it. “You are only dreaming.”

Is that Speak Softly coming? Don’t be fooled! Quickly, stuff your ears with something. Dirt, leaves, anything… oops, too late.
Speak Softly is a loud and really rather obnoxious girl who has no concept of personal boundaries. She’s there, in your face, saying it how she sees it. Blunt and to the point, she hasn’t quite got the concept that sometimes other Kimeti can be hurt by such an approach. Because it isn’t something done on purpose, just her over-the-top personality, even when somebody clearly is fed up with her presence she continues to follow along talking at the top of her voice about how hilarious their tail looks.

Forgotten considers himself the self-appointed leader of the group of siblings and is always the loudest voice to be heard. When times are tough he feels it is his task to drive them forward with both physical force and words, even when it looks like they can not take another step. His dream is for them to find happiness together in the swamp and he believes this can only be done by finding out their true origins. Forgotten does not like to be disagreed with, but his heart is always in the right place, even if his methods are sometimes a little over the top.

History:
They were born with markings that glowed along the edges of their skin, that lit up the night in a way that no Kiokote had seen in a very long time. Kiokote didn't glow; this was a strange phenomenon reserved only for fireflies and stars in the night sky.

Five siblings, they were treated with awe or terror, depending on who they were speaking to, but never quite fit in with their kin. Their mother, a somewhat bland black doe, retreated into the tall grass and only ventured back once in a blue moon, when the mood struck her, when she needed something or had a word of wisdom to offer.

They never knew their father.

This last time that their mother came creeping out of the grass, they had been old enough to press -- fully grown and anxious, uncertain about their futures and their pasts both. In the chill of night, clustered around a fire that sputtered and began to die in the wind, she had spun them a story about her own youth: traveling from the plains to a distant Swamp, her meeting with a strange not-Kiokote whose eyes had glowed like the brightest star they'd ever seen.

The siblings didn't know his name, nor the name Kimeti, but they did know that whoever he was, he'd understand where their bright patches of shining color came from. They knew he was in the swamp. And so that was where they headed.

Name: Witch Hunt

Personality: Mad, vengeful, deceitful

Do you need a spell? Perhaps you need the means to remove a nuisance from your life? Witch is will help. If you have the guts to find her…

Witch is a small, weak bodied and mostly insane doe that lives on her own, coming in contact with others only when they seek her out for her particular area of expertise. She is a specialist in all things poison and she harvests it often, using rocks and her hooves to create dangerous concoctions that are available for a price. Her knowledge also extends to herbs that heal, however she is far less interested in that.

Her continuous contact with her delightful poisons and the odd occasionally ingestion, has let to her madness over the years. Now she is mostly immune but her mind is still twisted. Her body was left weakened, but her spirit is as strong as ever. Witch is a dangerous enemy to have. She had no such thing as a conscience.

Personality: Devoted, Obediant

From the moment of their birth, Dusk has always followed Dawn. He is her all, her protector, her dearest brother. She is always obedient, a trait developed from their young years when only his ruthless determination kept them both alive. It sometimes seems like she hardly has a mind of her own. Her gaze tracks him constantly and her body shifts in response to his every move, as her head dips to acquiescence of his every request. After all, he knows what is best for her.

Only on the odd occasion will Dusk stray from her brothers side, but the bucks she chooses to give her affections never seem to hang around for long. No matter, she tells herself, she is content to let them go. As for the does that Dawn occasionally covets, she can only manage to give a disapproving glance. But at least she knows they will last a shorter time then even her bucks.

As to their lively-hood, who is she to complain? She has everything she needs and she owes her existence to her beloved twin. Perhaps some of their jobs are somewhat unpleasant at times, but she is a good girl, and she will do what is asked of her without complaint.

Personality: Killing Moon, despite his somewhat ominous name, is good-natured, confident and always pleasant. ‘Customer service is the key’ is his motto and he treats everyone he meets as if they are all potential customers. ‘Have you been to my father’s shop?’ he will ask, with a wide grin. ‘No? Come with me and I’ll show you the way.’ But this male is no fool. Beneath his cheerful grin is a very shrewd mind and he uses it to his advantage. He seems to have an endless patience and is rarely angered, though he is not above putting somebody in their place if they badly step out of line. Don’t continue to push him. Beware his rage; Killing Moon's vengeance is swift and brutal.
