Shouldn't Utopia be 191.1 and the sound of drums be 191.2 and last of the timelords be 191.3?

Yeah, I think that you're right.. that one's the 3-parter.. all the other season finales have been 2 parters.

I'm not sure if it's officially considered a three-parter or not, but I based the episode numbers according to Outpost Gallifrey's episode guide: http://www.gallifreyone.com/epguide-dw10.php

It's for reasons like this that I wish the multi-episode stories were given the same name (followed by part 1, part 2, etc.), instead of individual episode names like 'Aliens of London' and 'World War III'.
