Lot of plates to keep spinning though, isn't it?
I'm prepared to guess that Sarah will be back for the finale of Season Four as well. They used Doctor Who to 'endorse' Torchwood last time round, this time I think they'll use it to endorse Sarah Jane Adventures.
And there's that lovely "look me up" scene that passes between Rose and Sarah in School Reunion. That exchange just feels so much like it should be foreshadowing for something. .
However it happens (and I've no idea on this one) I think Sarah's going to be Rose's way back.

Well thats f*cked up behond believe. I can count a million times that the stupid sh*t known as RTD has said 2The episode we saw was a goodbye episode" but nooooo, he thinks "well bringing her back in another illogical and stupid scenario so that we can rake some more viewers and hopefully break some records". I trusted Russel to do something new with the series which he mostly has done but now thats all gone down the sh*t pan.

Takuha now thats all gone down the sh*t pan. Also... two out of the three specials the following year will be atrocious. The 2010 season will be pretty good, but the show will go rapidly downhill in 2011 before getting back on track halfway through the season after that. Oh no! Hang on a minute! I've not seen any of that yet, so I don't know what I'm talking about! Silly me.

This is totally shocking! How will this happen, I thought they said the character Rose has ended, END. But now it's all over again.... WOW!
But as a part of this sci-fic television series, anything could happen. I am still way beyond eek eek
Tennantsbutterfly, thank so much for telling us about this news. I am not being positive nor annoyed. I've just voted "HOW??" in your poll. It's this shocking!

I know some people that want to see the Doctor deliver Jakie's baby. On the difference in time variance, it could have just been a few months for Rose.

Just because she appears in the series again doesn't mean she'll be back in this universe. Maybe she has an adventure in her new universe. Maybe she meets the Doctor of that universe. What would he be like? Maybe it's an adventure that spans universes & depends on each acting just right, perhaps based on knowing what the other would do, to stop some multiverse-destroying whatchamacallit. There are different ways you could handle that without Rose coming back here. She & her family have a new life & she has big responsibilities if she's really in charge of the revamped Torchwood of that universe.

She's stuck in another dimension! The Void is been super forever closed yeah? How?! Not saying that I'm bitching about getting her back (though it does seem quite the fanfic scenario), but still...RTD, wth? We've been like: 'ROSE IS GONE 4EVER! DEAL WITH IT!' So, we did. And now 'zomgroseisgonnabeback4ever! JK, she was never SUPER GONE in the first place. Haha, I fooled you. 8D'
... rofl If Martha meets Rose, there's definitely gonna be a cat-fight up in tha' joint!

I squee'ed so hard when I heard about that. heart It was one of those heart-stopping fangirl moments that wakes up everyone else in the building...
And honestly I can't wait to see the Martha-Rose inevitable impending cataclysm.

eek I found it out on the BBC site and rushed back to the guild to post, but looks like I'm a little slow xp
How!?! I can't even form a coherent thought, Rose is gone, deal! I can imagine it playing out like a bad Rose10 fanfic,
"Doctor! I'm back!"
"Rose! I missed you so much! I love you!"
and they all live happily ever after.
Please, please let it be a deeper story that makes more sense! As nice as it would be to see them together again, Rose leaving is part of what Doctor Who is! This is going to be a very, very fine line for RTD to walk, it could easily be the worst episode of Doctor Who ever, but I think it has the potential to be as moving as Doomsday.
