or maybe the most charming.
so those are the qualifications. sorry,
i guess i just didn't quite fit the
description of ideal. or maybe i did and
perfection just made a monster.
either way, i guess it hurts. because
even monsters can feel pain, right?
or maybe my ideals made me a monster. and
monsters can't be pretty. not like that. not
like pretty that you've never seen
the equals of. so i saw darkly through
the wrong mirror. i saw a heart that
wasn't dropped quite enough times but
still managed to never fully heal.
i should have looked harder. and
thrown myself against the floor just a
little bit more often.
