Come on in, order your drink and settled in with new or old company, all are welcome in my humble Cafe. Candy, Coffee, Pocket, and Digi alike. here we accept our differences and just enjoy our favorite drinks, snacks and company.

~Coffee Lounge~
Here settled in the many squish chairs I have in the lounge are the Swamp Side Cafe's resident Coffee. the Breed that is the gleaming inspiration for this establishment. stop by and introduce yourself sometime. <3

~The Candy Bar~
At the very back of the Cafe is a bar where all the drinks are prepared, perched on its stools are my family's Candy. they might not be my favorite breed but each of them are as dear to me as any my Coffee. So be sure to greet them warmly when you go to order your drinks.

~The Pocket Table~
When you take your seat, be sure to keep and eye out before setting your drink down. I've recently had either the amazing skill, or dumb luck to have caught myself a Pocket Numa. he likes to lounge around on the tables, and steal sips from my customers, and until I have trained him properly I only ask for your patience and understanding. any stolen jewelry or spilled drinks will be replaced ASAP.

~The Digi Hot Spot~
Yes indeed, this is a Cyber Cafe. plug in your laptops or hop on one of our PCs along the side wall and log on. with the help of our own Technology savvy Jazz Meister, we have even managed to link up the Cafe's connection with that of the Numa Digiland. you can upload your digital friends to enjoy yous visit here any time you wish.

~The Pet Pet Play Pen~
Smidgeons are of cource more then welcome in our Cafe. but sitting at the owners side quietly can become quite boring for the poor critters. So we created a little play pen for you to drop them off at and let them mingle and play with other Smidgeons. the resident Numa's Smidgeons can be commonly found there as well. and they are always ready to play.

We hope you enjoy your visit to the Swamp Side Cafe, we are always happy to see new faces, as well as reoccurring ones. so please, stop by again <3 and bring a friend ^_^ have a pleasant day.

Relationship Status

Before you go much farther, please know that I do not, under any circumstances change any of my Numa’s personalities to fit around another Numa.
No, my Numa are not easy to get along with, and they are not easily impressed.
Finding a mate for them is not that big of a deal for me, but if I was to find someone for them then I need to make sure that it’s the right Numa, and someone that RPs well with them and me, since I do intend to RP these Numa quite often.

When it comes to my Coffee, I rarely like the idea of a Candy/Coffee mating. I have made one acceptation, but I don’t fancy the idea of doing that again,
Most of my Coffee are not the kind that gets along to well with Candy.

Nari collected the mugs and brought them over to the sink once they had disapeared out the door, nothing else there to catch her attention.


Equis had watched Heritage and the male leave. looking over at Narissa as she returned to work, he slipped out from behind his bar, appearing behind Narissa as she put away the dirty mugs, her reached a claw out to gently grasp her elbow for a second.
"where's Tage off to?" he asked, eyebrow raised.


Nari pulled her arm out of his grip, glaring a bit up at him for disturbing her. She shrugged. "Just a walk. He wanted to get to know him more, I suppose. Not that I can blame him... He was so cool..."

Equis frowned, one side of his nose wrinkling up in dislike. "I don't know. he looked pretty suspicious to me" Equis muttered flipping a glow stick up from his sleeve and twirling it though his fingers thoughtfully.


"He wasn't suspicious at all... You're just jealous, Equis. He was very kind." She grumbled, crossing her arms over her chest.

Equis looked at her for a moment then looked away again "its a guy thing" he mutterd. though knowing she was probably right about him just being jealous.

She snorted and rolled her eyes. "It's a BOY thing... an immature boy thing. Jealousy is so unbecoming..." She flickered her tail at his direction and turned back to the sink, rensing out the mugs.

Equis lifted a corner of his mouth, his eyes half lidded as she chewed him out,
"I'm serious" he muttered rather calmly to her, where if it were anyone elce he would have knocked them across the room. he returned to his bar, with very little intention of actually returning to work.

Nari huffed and glared at him as he walked off. "Fine, whatever, leave." She grumbled, then turned back to washing.


Equis' head poked unexpectedly back in the kitchen. a deep frown on his face, eyebrows furrowed "did that guy say you were pretty?"

Nari's ears flickered towards him, but she didnt look at him. "Of course he did. He called us both very beautiful." She smirked a bit as she scrubbed the mugs.


Equis let out a bark of a laugh "i knew it." his head vanished then reappeared again "well he has no IDEA how hot you are, since all he is commenting on is your looks." he smirked, his eye lids falling slightly as he looked over Narissa "I know the real you, so when I say your beautiful it actually means something" her let out a deep purr loud enough for her to hear then pulled back around the corner.

Nari blinked, her eyes wide at that, her mouth gaping a bit. The mug shattered as it crashed to the floor, her hand having been to shocked to hold it any longer. She... had not expected that. She had expected him to yell and threaten to go kick his a** like always.... She bit her lip and glanced away, trying not to smile. "Equis... Idiot..."

his entire body was standing in the doorway now, after the sound of the glass shattering had caught his attention. worried something was wrong ears slanted back at an angel with tough guy concern. with her fur color he could not easily tell if she was bleeding. but she was biting her lip so maybe she had been hurt.
Careful not to step on any obvious pieced of glass, but ignoring any smaller ones he might have stepped on, he strode forward toward her, reaching his claws out and lifting her easily off the ground, setting her down on the counter to get her off her feet.
"Did you step on any?" he asked, his claws slipping down to her paws, where he gently ran his claw pads over, checking for blood.

Nari blinked as she was lifted quite easily, sitting on the edge of the counter with him in front of her... His paws carressing her's. The pads were softer then she had expected. She stared at him, her smiles gone. She didn't look like she was in pain... In fact she was almost glaring at him, staring more intensely than she had ever before. "Do you love me?"

Equis' clawed ceased there movement along her paw as she asked him this. his head remained slanted down, hiding his face for a short time, until he slowly glanced back up at her, no playful smirk playing on his lips, no pridefull glimmer in his eyes. his face, held a very serious, and oddly soft expression something that rarely showed on his features,
with out a word, his claws released her foot, slowly he stood and leaned forward closer to her, powerful claws placed on the counter on either side of her hips, eyes looking into hers with an almost painful feel to them.
he literly breathed his reply, a slow unavoidable grumble etched in his words, but he was so close to her by now, that every word he spoke could be heard clearly
"deeply"
he did not make anymore advancing movements, though it was quite obvious he wanted to.

Her eyes searched his as she waited for his reply, and when she heard i she was still for a moment, both set of glowing eyes locked on eachother. After a moment his words finally sunk in... She had to repeat it in her head to make herself believe it. She smiled slowly, and in a swift moment she had closed the distance. Their mouths met... and she kissed him. She wrapped her clawed paws around his neck, pulling him close. Closer than even when they had been together in the tree top... Finally.

a swell of emotion over took Equis, it was shock at first, but only until the reality, the warmth of her, the smell of her, her soft gentle embrace sunk in. this was not just some fantasy he had worked up while he watched her work, or sing. this... this was real, and he could feel it, this was real!
moveing in as close as he posibly could, having to compensate due to his own size, wrapping his own arms around her waist as he kissed her back,

She beamed, smiling akwardly as she continued to kiss him, deeply for a while... Quite awhile, all the passion and emotion she had kept cooped up exploded out of her, and she didnt even need to breath! All she wanted was to cling to him, to continue to kiss him... But her chest started to hurt, though she didnt know if it was by lack of oxygen or if her heart had swelled so much that it was constricting against her chest.. But finally she pulled away, gasping to breath. Tears of joy streamed down her cheeks as she hugged him, her arms still around his neck and her legs firmly wrapped around his chest, quite leech-like. She didnt care how stupid it looked. She finally had him. She chuckled warmly, her muzzle close to his ear.
"I've loved you all of my life..." She purred loudly, nuzzling her cheek into his warm neck.

His lips went to her neck when she had to break away, breathing heavily into her fur, he let out one deep chuckle, lifting his chin up to rest it on her head. Eyes glancing down at whatever part of Narissa they could find. Picking her up off the counter and onto his chest. Not caring about details about why she had held back for so long, he was just overjoyed to have her in his arms now.
"I've could never love anyone till you,” he growled intimately, lowering his head again nuzzling into her neck “my princess”

She smirked widely, continuing to nuzzle into his neck and chest, purring louder than she could ever remember. This. Was. So. Worth. It. She chuckled and clung to him, her tail wrapping around his waist when he lifted her. "I know..." She tilted her head and kissed his cheek. "I told you I'd marry you some day, didn't I?"

"ah, you did. I remember that clearly" he said, with a deep chuckle "you played to get my attention then I recall as well" he said with a grin, glancing sideways at her, remembering how she had pretended to drown. kissing her several times from her cheek to her neck. he lifted his head back, to look at her. lifting up one of his claws to brush a few strands of fur back into place. then gently ran his claw down her cheek. "I am yours alone,"

She smiled back at him and leaned into his hand, starting at him warmly for a moment. Her eyes became half lidded and for a moment it seemed to her like this was just a dream. But as she felt his hands on her she sighed. It wasn't a dream, not this time. "Mmm... Yes, I know." Her tail constricted a bit tighter around his waist, though not painfully. She kissed his lips again, then pulled back, her claws moving to cheeks. She tilted his head down gently then leaned up and licked the base of his intake horn. She paused, savoring the taste that lingered on her lips, then leaned back and stared at him expectantly.

he alowed her to move his head, eyes widening as he felt her lick at his horn. feeling suddenly nervous, he hoped that she would accept his flavor, but at the look on his face, his smile spread cross his face, she had accepted him, now there was only one thing to do, giving a quick kiss to her forehead as he leaned his head in. he in turn licked her horn, grinning as he found it very pleasant.
he didn't quite know what he was feeling at that moment, but it was powerful. next thing he knew he had sunk onto his knees on the floor face buried in Narissa's fur, shouldered trembling as he held his mate close to his chest in unspeakable love.

She smiled, tears running down her face in solid streams as she brushed the fur of his cheek with her claws gently. She shifted a bit to sit in front of him. After glancing away to be sure they were away from the broken mug, then pulled him down onto the floor, continuing to wrap any body part she could around him, kissing him as much as she could without becoming light headed. Her chest felt almost painful, her heart beating hard and quickly. A content sigh escaped her and she squirmed until she was laying confortably on his chest, her eyes half lidded in pure happiness.

Outside customers were grumbling at the lack of service, but for the first time Nari didn't give a damn about the cafe. She'd probably insist to just stay like this for the rest of the day... She dared someone to tell her no NOW.
